In the middle of nowhere (literally) there is an island covered mist. This island is in its own universe and has many gateways leading to many different times and places. These portals have been closed for millennia but recently they opened simultaneously and all closed an instant later, but in that instant several people came through the portals and so did hundreds of beasts tame and wild, friendly and vicious, normal and mythical. What will become of this once peaceful island? Only time will tell.

Character name (last name optional): Gawain Conall

Age: 18

Physical description (Picture can replace description): 6’ 0”, 128 lb, brown hair, blue eyes, tan skin. Wears a forest green cloak and matching full body suit long sleeved and legged.

Personality: Somewhat of a loner, more of a follower than leader, loyal friend

Character class: Bard and minor magician

Character’s abilities/powers: Minor magic, agile and flexible, can see through the eyes of his wolf companion for a limited amount of time, musician

Character’s special items: Leather pack containing herbs and a few magic opals, ukulele, jewel encrusted tuning key worn on chain around his neck, ice blue ocarina carved to look like a wolf’s head.

Companion (not required): a white wolf (swiftstrike)

History: Gawain was a normal bard and had been so since he was 10. He was traveling down a forest road one day when he and his faithful companion, swiftstrike, were snatched from the forest and landed on a snowy mountain.

Character’s abilities/powers: Agile, stealthy and very acrobatic Can blend with shadows to almost completely hide himself.

Character’s special items: Glove that covers from his left hand to his elbow and has razor sharp fingertips. A dagger.

Companion (not required): A raven named Raven.

History: Yasou had been a thief living on the streets for years. He had been sleeping in an alley and awoke on a strange island.

Gawain stood up and looked around, as far as his eyyes could see there was snow adn a few rocks, looking up he saw a peak. 'I must be no a mountain,' he thought 'but how!?' he wanted to know more about his surroundings but was too cold to walk to far.

"Swiftstrike," he said to his wolf companion "go out and explore the area." The wolf stood up and walked off blending in to the snow. Gawain connected his mind to Swiftstrike's to see what ss saw. Sfter a few minutes he they saw a cave. 'Good.' he thought disconnecting his mind and walking in Swiftstrikes direction, he found the wolf and the cave after several minutes and went inside. Gawain layed down and SS curled up on top of him to keep him warm and they both fell asleep.
