Roleplayer Guild - Forum Roleplaying Games

You are a student at a private school for only the richest, smartest, and/or the most athletic kids in the country. Newman High is located in a small town in East Tennessee, in the Appalachian Mountains. It is Summer Vacation and you have decided to stay as have most of the kids that attend the school.

Places on Campus
-Your dorm, design it how you like
-Gymnasium, a large gym with three basketball courts, outside are volleyball courts and soccer and football fields.
-Lounge, a large room in the main building in the middle of campus, there are ping pong tables, pool tables, foozball (or however you spell it) tables, tv's, high speed wireless, music plays on radios, comfortable couches are scattered about to just hang out. A small cafe serves all sorts of food and drink.
-Swimming Pool, a large pool behind the dorms with diving boards, up to 30 feet high, and a 100 ft water slide.
-Studio, a building close to the swimming pool with sound proof rooms for students to play instruments.

Paved walkways lead from the dorms behind the main building to the pool, into the woods around the buildings, to the main building, and off the campus to a small town nearby. You can go anywhere on the campus, those are just the main places. If you face the main building, called the Newman Hall, to the left are boys dorms and to the right are girls dorms.

School Policies
-Must be in dorms by 1:00 A.M
-Lounge closes at 11:30 P.M
-Swimming Pool closes at 10:45 P.M
-Guys cannot be in girl dorms past 11:00 P.M and vice versa, a counselor must be in the building or no opposite gender can go in the other's Hall. Guys dorms are in the Birch Hall and girls are in Sycamore Hall.
-Gym closes at 11:15 P.M
-You cannot leave campus without parental consent.
-No instrument may be played outside of the studio, studio closes at 12:45
-Pets are not permitted
-No dress code, but students must be covered modestly.

-Lets keep it PG-13 guys, no sex or any of that crap
-Keep cursing to a minimum, it can insult some people
-Don't control another player's character

I'm losing my mind, and you just stand there and stare as my world collides.

Tyler strode outside, the sun beating down on him as he walked. He walked out of sight behind a few buildings. Glancing around he made sure he was alone. He pulled the mangled pack of cigarettes out of his jacket pocket, pulled a cigarette out and lit it. He inhaled deeply as he got lost in his thoughts.

Man what am I going to do? I can't seem to shake this funk, it's bugging me what's wrong with me? he thought to himself as he continued puffing on his cigarette. I'm captain of the soccer team, best of the best, well loved, popular and doing well in school, what is so wrong with me? I don't know maybe its stress, but I don't feel that stressed. he scoffed to himself and walked from behind the buildings back onto the main path. He needed a drink from the cafe.

Aimee walked out of her room in the dorms and headed outside and then walked out of Sycamore Halls and walked across the campus. She looked up and noticed Tyler walk from behind the buildings onto the main path and was on his way to the Cafe, she figured he must have been smoking. She raised her hand and waved over in his direction and then walked in the same direction he was. She headed to the Cafe to get her usual morning coffee so she could function for the day ahead.

Tyler noticed movement and looked over, it was Aimee who waved at him and then began walking towards the cafe. He caught up with her, walking in stride with him.

"Is it sad that we need caffeine to function at age 17? or is it more sad I need nicotine and caffeine?" he asked laughing.
