Scenario

A strange man, seemingly in his late teens, probably 17, has entered a gas station, and turned the whole place upside down. The teenager is said to be psychotic, or borderline so. He entered the gas station at approximately 1:05 p.m., and shot up the whole place. As soon as he entered he pulled out a handgun and managed to shoot three or four customers in the head, the rest were running around by then, but he managed to take them down as well. However, some that were shot did survive. Currently, it is 1:20 p.m., and the teenager has barricaded himself in the gas station. As of now, police are trying to negotiate with the crazy teenager. So far the most progress they have gained is learning in how many killed and wounded. There are no possible sniper positions near by, so taking him out unexpectedly is going to be hard. The SWAT team is en route to the gas station. Also, a Fox News helecopter is hovering above the gas station.

Appearance: He is wearing a black t-shirt, with a windbreaker over it. Although unknown to anyone else, he has a bullet-proof vest under all that.
In inventory: Walther P99, and Browning 9 mm with 4 full magazines for each weapon.

Nick held one of the wounded persons in the gas station as a hostage, with a gun to their head. The person had already been shot once in the thigh. The police yelled something through the megaphone, but Nick did not pay attention to it. This adrenaline was really getting him hyped, finally he had gotten the excitement he needed. Although, even if the police do manage to get near him, no way he is going alive. He has the mentality that they are never going to take him alive. The hostage whispered something as a plea. He gave a grim smile and said "Now shush. You are not going to die- yet." he said, his voice seemed bone chilling. So serious, and yet with a mix of amusement.

Nick then heard someone else breathing, a wounded. He took the gun temporarily off the hostage, and pointed it at the wounded, and shot them in the head while they were on the ground. The blood splat all over the floor. Nick didn't wait long and put the gun back on the hostage's head. "Oh, I think your friend there didn't make it." he said smiling. There is one other wounded in the gas station that Nick doesent know about, or rather, thinks he is dead. He had shot the person in the back, and the person didn't move much after that so he figured they were dead. Now he holds the hostage in a neck hold while standing up, but he has them quite firm. He has a gun still holstered on his side, while the other is in his hand pointing at the hostage. He is thinking of the scenario, and a manor of escape.
