"What a cute Pikachu!"

"Mom, your smothering Sparx!" Said Pikachu didn't seem to mind as he snuggled in her mother's arms "So you named him Sparx?" she asked Ari, who nodded "You do know that Pewter City's Gym leader is a Rock/Ground user right? Pikachu won't work well against Brock's Pokemon" Ari gave her mom an off handed wave and took Sparx back "We'll be fine, I'll just catch a Caterpie from the forest and evolve it... or something, but I've gotta get going. Later Mom" Ms Green just shook her head and sighed as she watched her daughter run out the house "Be safe Ari."

Kenyth Returned Squirtle, "Kenyth. I'd love to chat, but I need to go catch more pokemon and train them. I may very well see you in the Viridian Forest my friend." With that he headed into the Viridian forest, alone. He might meed the other trainer at Pewter Gym.

The Forest teemed with life. Bug pokemon in particular were present. The trainer heard a rustling and dove to the side as a Weedle lunged at Kenyth with its stinger. Kenyth threw a pokeball as he came up on his feet from the roll, "Go Squirtle, Tackle it and then use withdraw!" Squirtle appeared hitting the Weedle squarely. As the bug pokemon recovered and lunged at Squirtle, the water pokemon drew itself into its shell. The attack bounced harmlessly off its hard shell, "Now Tackle it!"

Squirtle's shell began to spin as it smashed into weedle, knocking it out. kenyth took out an empty pokeball, "You're mine, go Pokeball!" The pokeball hit the unconscious weedle and cracked open. The pokemon was sucked inside as the ball fell to the ground. The light at the sphere's center flashed on and off as the container wobbled. Finally it stilled as the pokemon was caught.

The trainer walked over to the pokeball and picked it up. He minimized it and put it at his belt, and looked to Squirtle, "Great job." The pokemon looked pumped, so Kenyth decided to keep it out of its pokeball, "COme on lets-" A high pitch crackling got closer and Kenyth grabbed squirtle and jumped back as a jolt of electricity hit the ground where the Water type had just been.

The pokemon's trainer looked back to see a pikachu attacking the two trainers right after they'd just battled, "This might be difficult for squirtle..." He mumbled as he looked at Squirtle. The turtle pokemon puffed out its chest to show it was ready. The trainer nodded, "Alright, you ready." The pokemon got in front of its trainer and stared the pikachu down. The Pikachu began charging up, "Wait for it..." The electric mouse released the jolt of electricity towards Squirtle, "Ok Use withdraw to roll out of the way!" The Water type jumped to the side and withdrew into its shell. It rolled out of the way and towards the Pikachu, "Now hit it with a Tackle!"

As Squirtle neared Pikachu, it came out of its shell and its hard head hit the mouse square in the chest, sending it backwards, "Now Tackle, one more time!" The electric mouse had charged up its energy and released it as the foe neared. Squirtle became charged with electricity, "Squirtle!" The Turtle breathed heavily as the attack ended, "You ok?" It wasn't listening as it hit the Pikachu with a tackle as it withdrew into its shell. The pikachu skipped across the ground and fainted. Squirtle stood for several more seconds before also falling to one knee. Paralysis from Pikachu's Static ability had set in.

"GO pokeball!" The pokeball hit the pikachu and sucked it inside as Kenyth walked over to Squirtle and took out a Paralyze heal. He healed the paralysis caused by static as the pokeball stilled. He pat squirtle on the head as he picked up the caught pikachu, "Lets get you healed up at the pokemon center." The Squirtle complained and the trainer smiled and took out a potion, "Alright, alright...here. This might sting a little, but it'll fix you right up." The potion took effect and healed the pokemon's wounds quickly, "Better?" Squirtle nodded with a faint grin, " Alright then, lets keep looking around then."

"Alright I guess were going to need new pokmon to take on the first gym leader."
A wild Pidgey attacked Charmander.
Charmander used ember and shot tiny blasts of fire at Pidgey to scare the it away.
Pidgey used gust to blow the ember back at charmander.
Charmander gets mad and dashes at pidgey and violetly claws it with scratch.
Pidgey hurts its wing and cant fly anymore.
"Ok that was a little over kill Charmander."
Kenni throws a pokball.
it opens up and a beam shoots out and pulls Pidgey into it.
The pokeball wiggles and rolls and finnally stays down until it stops moving.
"Ok I caught a Pidgey.Still dont have a pokemon to fight the first gym leader with though."
Kenni brings out Pidgey and sprays him and Charmander potions.
"Ok now lets find some good pokemon."
"now is viridian to the left or straight."
"lets go left and see where that leads."

"Thundershock again Sparx" Sparx's cheeks sparked heavily and he released a jolt of electric energy, hitting the Caterpie square in the chest, after the results, the bug looked fried but didn't go down "Piiiee" a white gooey substance shot out from it's mouth and began wrapping around Sparx, covering it from head to toe in a cacoon and then charged on its tiny feet and used its head to knock a wrapped up Sparx back a few feet.

"That was String Shot and then a powerful tackle attack" Aria clenched her fist and grinned "I've gotta catch it. C'mon Sparx chew your way outta that mess and Thundershock one more time" Sparx complied and began usin his teeth to tear its way through the string. "Piiikaaa" Sparx cheeks crackled and he mustered all the energy he could and then released it "Chhuuu" the electric energy hit Caterpie in the chest once more and Caterpie was down for the count, it's eyes swirled as it rolled on its back "Go Pokéball!"

The ball rolled back and fourth for a few moments, before it stopped with a soft ping, indicating it was caught Ari grinned "Haha, I caught.... Caterpie!" Sparx smiled tiredly and hopped back on Ari's shoulder "You did a great job Sparx, go ahead and rest" Sparx did as told, hopping onto her head and getting comfortable while Ariana continued to walk and think "Hmm... I'll need more than just Sparx and Caterpie if I wanna beat Brock"

"Pidgey. Pidgey!" Ari was brought out of her thoughts when a Pidgey flew by in her direction, Ari blinked and murmured "Hmm I wonder what the all rush is about" there was a faint buzzing noise that reached her ears and Ariana peered up ahead, looking through the endless mass of trees she squinted her honey brown orbs upon noticing a black and yellow speck, that was gradually getting closer "Black and Yellow" she repeated softly, before her eyes went wide "Oh crap! Its Beedrill!" Ari took a sleeping Sparx off her head and began running for it, eventually the buzzing died down and she caught up with the Pidgey that flew by, it was writhing on the ground in pain and upon closer inspection it seemed the Pidgey's right wing was poisoned.

"Hey Pidgey... you okay" Ari bent down and gently picked up the bird and stroked its feathers softly, Pidgey lifted its head and pecked at her fingers. Ari winced and pulled back but then scowled determindly "Pidgey I'm trying to help you, now stop it" she murmured shrugging her pack off her shoulder and pulling out an antidote "This is gonna sting a little, so bear with me" she sprayed his wing and Pidgey cried out, trying to pull away from her "Stay still" she demanded and Pidgey froze, after about a minute of spraying and pulling, she had to wrap the wing, Pidgey was looking much better.

"There, how's that feel" Pidgey looked up at Ari with its head tilted to the side and was about to reply, but the buzzing noise had returned "Crud! I forgot about the Beedrill!" Ari held Sparx in one hand and Pidgey in the other, the poor thing couldn't fly yet because of it's injury, she then took off yelling "Somebody help!"

As kenni was about to take his turn he sees a girl with Pikachu and a Pidgey in arms being chased by a Beedrill.
Kenni looks at her thinking she is so hot.
Then charmanderused his ember to shoot mini fire balls and turned the trees in front of Beedrill into an inferno and scared it off.
"wow Charmander over kill you have ever made this is the biggest."
"Hi are you ok sorry my Charmander has a habit of over doing it."

Kenyth finally reached Pewter City and smiled at the Greenery around him. He walked through the tall grass and stopped as he heard movement around him. He stopped and inhaled sharply as a cut opened up on his arm. He fell to one knee as he looked at the wound. Green poison dripped from the wound as he looked up at he Nidoran (Male) that had attacked him.

Squirtle put himself between Nidoran and its trainer. The Nidoran Attacked again with horn attack, "Squirtle...Use withdraw..." Giving commands was more tiring now. The trainer saw at the moment the attack connected, "Now, use Tackle!" The hit landed, sending the wild Nidoran sprawling backwards. The wild pokemon charged again, "Squirtle do that again."

Squirtle withdrew and then tackled after the attack had been safely deflected. The headstrong pokemon charged again, "Squirtle...one last time...should do it." He was right the last tackle knocked Nidoran out. Kenyth threw a pokeball, which absorbed the wild pokemon. The ball shook a few times before becoming silent.

The poisoned trainer clutched his arm as he walked over to the pokeball and put it on his belt, "You were great-" His legs suddenly gave out. He looked to squirtle, "Get a green spray out from my backpack..." The turtle pokemon quickly found the antidote. Kenyth inched his arm to reveal the cut that had poisoned him, "Now press the button on the top and spray it on the cut Squirtle."

The water pokemon got it after several tried and Kenyth smiled, "Thanks, I'll be alright now...Just rest for now." The trainer then lost consciousness. It would take time for the antidote to take effect. Squirtle shook the trainer vigorously and began to whine. The pokemon curled up next to Kenyth and was apparently worried as it fell asleep.

They had been running for quite a while and Sparx was still asleep "How can he sleep through this!?" she thought wishing someone would stop theses Beedrill since her main Pokemon is down for the count "Charmander, Ember" Ari watched with wide and grateful eyes as the Beedrill began to draw back and retreat "Thanks so much! I'm Ariana and this is Sparx and Pidgey, nice to meet you" she placed Sparx back on her shoulder and held out a hand to shake "Thanks for saving us back there, I thought we were gonners."

"your welcome but you just have to learn all the types of pokemon and weaknesses."
"it's easy to see that Beedrills are weak against fire."
"the weakness chart is all I can memorize out of all the books on raising pokemon my mom bought me."
Kenni shakes her hand still admirring her
"Anyways my name is kenni sammn and Im kinda lost which way is viridian."

Kenyth woke up several Hours later and smiled at squirtle, who was sleeping next to him. He shook the pokemon awake, "Hey Squirtle..." The pokemon stirred and opened its eye. It looked at Kenyth and smiled before jumping on him, "Yeah...Nice to see you too..." The effects of the poison still lingered...but he'd make it. Kenyth looked at his pokemon, "Come on...I need some rest...Lets head to the pokemon center..."

The two headed to the pewter city pokemon center and recovered there. After Kenyth had been given a more powerful antidote to clear out what was left of the poison, Kenyth headed back towards the forest to catch some more pokemon.
