Time setting takes place in the 1850's in the US. At least as far as 'modern' things, and type of dress (for the ladies, men can make up something if they don't particularly like the look of men's fashion from the REAL 1850's). There may be fighting- You can use guns, old styled ones of course, or you can use swords whichever you prefer.

I'd like most female characters to be around 16-20 so either just about to make their debut into 'adult' society and set about finding a husband and all the like. Men can be anywhere from 18-33 (older would be pushing it all things considered...) Remember that back in this time a matchup between 19 and 35 wasn't looked on as 'strange' as it is today.


So, basics;
Romance of course,
there will be;;
- balls
-parties,
-long travels on horseback of by coach, or if you're nuts; on foot.
-Fighting over women, property, gambling, etc.

Think of a romance novel set in this time period. And a soap opera minus the lame overacting.

Just NO killing other peoples characters without permission. Duels = Okay, etc.

You may have;; an estate, fortune, horses, slaves, servants, etc.

Most rich women will have servants, etc.

Name: Marcus "Bandit" Hughes, or as he's known amongst the other brigands, "Bandit the Gunslinger".

Age: 27


Gender: Male


Appearance: Marcus has the appearance of a bandit. The personality of one.
His black, shoulder length, flowing hair has that odd look of being wild but at the same time, majestic.
His clothes are typical of a bandits, tough brown hide pants, red cotton button shirt, tough brown boots and a knee-length rawhide trench-coat.
But perhaps his most striking appearance are the criss-crossing gun belts at his waist, holding in each holster, two fine revolvers with red sandalwood grips and shining steel.


Skills: He's a well accomplished marksman and gunfighter, and on top of that, he has a devilish charisma that usually lands him a hot night in a young maidens beds...usually with the wrath of a brutish man aimed at him the morning after.

Belongings: The clothes on his back, his guns, his wit and an unmarked book, nobody but Marcus knows about it, and everytime it's open and his eyes scan the pages, he looks different, like a new person, as if it's the doorway to some secret burden hidden deep inside his steely interior.

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Appearance: Slender build, but curves in the right places. Her family teases her about having ‘chicken legs,’ because they are skinny. She’s tall, but not too tall. Her hair is naturally wavy- not curly, and a dark blonde/brown. She has dark blue-gray eyes.


Skills: She can cook well, after spending countless years in the kitchen with her family’s cook. She can sew and is a decent reader.

Belongings: A small book of poems she keeps with her, and a change purse of coins.

Bio: Elle grew up in a poor family. Her parents struggled to raise her, her sister, and two older brothers. When Elle was nine years old, her family hit their wealth, and they moved to a larger, better, manor. Her parents and her are unlike the snotty rich people, though because at one point they had nothing.
