Cel had managed to get herself lost again. She sighed, no matter how many times she tried, she couldn't grasp the concept of a sense of direction, usually she just followed her victims around but tonight she couldn't find anyone who hadn't got contaminated blood, most of the people she was around were drugged up, high off weed and crack.
"I may as well just feed from them, the high I'll get will be seriously good," she said to herself as she followed a young man towards an alleyway. |

On and on she went with her speech, walking over to a wounded officer who seemed to survive the onslaught of bullets.
"Most of all," She hissed, opening her mouth slowly to bite into the man's neck "I hate the Law. You fuckers didn't help me when I needed help but if I was to take a piece of candy or anything, I was immediately penalized. What kind of justice is that? None, I tell you." Instead of just merely biting into the Officer's neck, she savagely tore through his jugular, chewing and spitting out skin and blood. "I'll make them all pay for my pain!" Turning to a little girl who lost her Mother through the crowd, Sight smirked at the sounds of crying. She turned in the direction and slowly began her stride to the child. "You know what. This will be my most pleasure yet - I'll make this child suffer what I have. Suffer and spread it amongst all so they can feel what I've felt for the past 10 years." The child was on the ground, crawling backwards with quivering lips and tears streaming immensely down her cheeks. "P-please lady! Leave me alone!" Sight had no mercy since no one had none for her. "See No Evil." She whispered, the shadow hand that has guided her in many of her battles ripped up from the ground and struck down at the child. The child screamed out, holding up her teddy bear in defense.

Ezekiel felt wind past by him as the man from the diner sped past him. "What the..." He gasped as the slender form pulled past him slowly as they both sped towards the scene. Fangs- never a good sign. "You dont want to see this happen just as much as I dont, let's put this feud to rest for a few minutes shall we?" Ezekiel yelled up to the close vampire as they both passed through abandoned police barracades and slowly reached the scene of havoc.
Ezekiel skidded to a stop, ripping open his trenchcoat- buttons flying and skidding acrost the rough pavement. Ezekiel quickly loaded his extra pair of lithium batteries into the under-belly of his gun just in case. "Take this" He told matthew, even if he had refused to take Ezekiels side in the fight. Removing the blade from his ankle, he tossed it to Matthew so he had a weapon. "DONT YOU DARE TOUCH THAT FUCKING GIRL!" Ezekiel roared, pointing the barrel of his gun right between sight's eyes as she prepared to strike the little girl. "ATLEAST ATTACK SOMEONE WHO CAN PUT UP A FIGHT... YOU FREAK!" Ezekiel roared. He never did enjoy calling people out because of the way they were; hating the word freak with a passion- although if it was his only way to get Sight to attack him instead of the child, so be it. "CARNY!, CIRCUS FREAK!" He continued to roar, free hand covering the 'On' switch of the powerful light below the gun. If he needed to, he would switch it on. But untill, it reamined off.

The shadow hand stopped and Sight's body twitched from the roar. She turned slowly in the direction of it, the little girl saw this as her opportunity and quickly ran away, skittering off to some place safe.
Sight lowered her head, listening to the barrage of harsh words. It brought her back to a place she hated the most - the past. She twitched again, tilting her head back and letting out a piercing screech. "I hate humans! So judgemental yet no where near perfection." She walked towards Ezekiel, cautiously. The shadow hands were slowly rising up from the pavement, defensive of it's master. "You, hunter, finally decide to arrive, ne?" She chuckled darkily. "You are sure you are on the right side? Hunting we of the night as opposed to those accursed daywalkers? Those bastards that condemned me to a much un-needed faith and took away the one thing I cherish so much; my eyes." The pale green of her eyes stared endlessly at Ezekiel, unblinking eyes. "It isn't fair." She shouted, a child nonetheless with her childish emotions and tantrums. "You will die!" She charged straight at him, the wave of shadow hands raising up behind her to guide her speed and her foot steps.

Ezekiel slowly backed up with every advancement she took, the gun remaining trained on her forehead. "Im not hunting you, Im only here to put you in your place." Ezekiels expressions showed he truely did feel sorry for the girl- words such as his own created the tempermental psycopath that stood before him. "If Im not mistaken..." He pleaded with her "You saved a Daywalker earlier this evening. I was going to kill her, end another soul that had tortured you- and you let her walk free."
Snap. The figure rushed towards him, shadow-esque hands thrown behind her as her speed greatend. "I dont want to kill you." The hunter whisperd, remaining still in place. A bead of sweat ran down his wrinkled forehead. Wait for it.... Wait for it... Ezekiel stayed in his statued stance, aiming straight at her face. He waited untill the famel was inches from him, entering the 'danger zone.' "Im sorry." He mouthed, releasing his hand from the underbelly of the gun, the dull click of the switch being flipped on ringing throughout the area. Tzzhhhhhhhhhhhhhh A powerful, white light excaped the lense of the light clipped to the lower barrel of his gun, burning at full velocity for 32 seconds before flickering dead. Ezekiel prayed for every bit of those 32 seconds, eyes closed. "Every little thing.... Is gonna be alright. Don' worry... about a thing."

Screams echoed out, the light engulfing the advancing female. After the 32 seconds, nothing but ashes rose. It was the ashes of the girl, but little did Ezekiel know - she was hanging from a lamp post, part of her body was burned but she managed to get away just be the skin of her teeth. Regardless if it were a little bit or a lot, she was still panting in pain.
"So the Hunter has some fancy tricks." She hissed, flipping down from the lamp post and landing but staggering forwards. The burning had an after effect and it felt as though acid pulsated through her veins for a moment. "Bastard..." She tried to summon her hands but they didn't come up. "W-what...?" The burning must've disabled her ability to manipulate shadows. She stood there, narrowing her eyes and crouching back into a fighting position, knowing damn well she couldn't fight hand to hand for anything. "I won't give up..."

Ezekiel regained his posture, a sigh of release excaping out as the obviously-weary female slung herself infront of him. Cocking his gun for emphasis, Ezekiel stalked foreward. "Look, you're already defeated. Why dont you just relax abit and talk to me n a normal basis?" The hunters voice was strong, although he allowed a trail of sorrow to hinder over his words to buy over the heart of Sight. "No one else needs to die today."

Matthew watched the quick fight. He did think of entering for a moment, but he could see that the hunter outmatched the girl with his 'interesting' equipment. However, as Ezekiel began to speak to the girl, Matt's smirk turned to a frown. He did not believe in mercy for this freak, Matt thought, even he had a concience and killing children was strictly against it. Although Sight had no quarrel on killing the young.
Matt walked up beside Ezekiel. "Ezekiel, right? I heard you talking earlier. Why do you insist on this girl's mercy? At least I dont feed on children, yet she has no quarrel on it. She doesent deserve mercy, no matter how she was treated. I think you should kill her now, Ezekiel." Matthew said without remorse. "Now dont go thinking I'm some lifeless bastard of a vampire because I don't believe in mercy for this Thing, she is worse, more 'savage' than I or any of my bretheren. No, she does not have any mercy, why should we shed some on her?" Matt spoke his harsh words as he looked into Sight's face. He held the blade Ezekiel had thrown him, and twiddled it with his fingers as in a playful fashion. "She deserves to suffer." He said harshly once again "But I am going to leave it up to you, Ezekiel." Matt spoke. Matt had a clear russian-sounding accent.

Cel heard a commotion nearby, she dropped the man she was feeding from, blood dripping down her chin as she ran towards the sound.
"What the hell!?" she exclaimed, watching the scene unfold. She quickly wiped the blood from her face as she saw the hunter ahead of her. Should I attack from behind? she asked herself as she stepped forward slightly. She walked behind the hunter, Ezekiel and whispered into his ear, "what's going on hunter?" |
