Story
The story takes place forty-five years after the era of the Full Metal. After the homunculi were destroyed and Edward and Al were restored to the alchemist world it was a peaceful time people grew old and died. Unfortunately after those forty-five years an alchemist named Garguath rejected from the military went rouge. Garguath had recovered bodies to sacrifice to make a philosophers stone forging one after several days. Now with a second philosopher’s stone created the power was in his hands. After forging philosopher’s stone Garguath seeked revenge from the ones who rejected him, but needed an army. Garguath set forward and created new Homunculi named after the layers of hell. With this now he sought out to make a war with central and kill every single person to create a new world under his rule. He was on a path of destruction killing every state alchemist who posed a threat. Now you are a dog of the military

Eli was standing on a stepping stool to increase his height to be seen by the others. A phone call rang through to Takaymaru Hanashi, who relayed the call, amongst the other state alchemists, that it was time to report to Central at the headquarters for a meeting. Eli would lead the meeting.

Beliel looked up across the table. It was a semicircle booth in the back of a club hidden in the corner of the club, with several of the other homunculi there. He looked up, to the right of them. “Gargauth, you called us here?” Beliel asked, but he looked different. He wasn’t dressed in the normal Fuhrer outfit, but a large black cloak.

Tensa walked into head quarters and went to the meeting area.He saw Eli and asked "Is everyone showing up,or just a few of us?".He didn't know any of the state alchemists well and thought it was funny that Eli was one of the state alchemists.He chuckled a little on accident.

Marcellus walking into the HQ and went to the meeting area while practicing his alchemy by producing sparks on his fingers before discharging them safely into the walls before turning to Tensa and Eli with a slightly annoyed look, as if he lost a fight or something before going to the meeting and then giving a wave before slumping into a chair with a sigh, "Alright, what's going on?" he asked.

Drake walked into the headquarters after hearing the annoucement play in central. He entered the headquarters to find a young child on a stool and two other alchemist. Drake walked casually over to them fixing his glasses and waiting for the meeting to begin.

Garguath turned to beliel and glanced at him and said "Yes i did and for the particular reason for starting our plans on conquering Central" he glanced at the rest of homunculi and started pacing back and forth. "Now who will be the first to travel into central and do some spying"he asked as he sat wondering where the master was and if he was using the philosophers stone.

Fierna watched Garguath pace back and forth. Leaning against the wall she spoke up, "Sir, may I volunteer too spy?" She pushed away locks of her hair behind her ear.

Garguath stoped and turned to face the round table slamming his hands on the desk. "Well nice to see someone cares, you shall go with me and both of us shall spy" he said as he walked over to fierna and stuck his hand out being a gentleman. "Lets go my dear" he remarked while he waitied for her response.

Fierna took his hand and replied curiously, "So what exactly will we spy on?"

Despator hung back and just listened as Garguath asked for someone to spy on central. He knew he was the best man for the job but as he calculated the probability of him getting caught the odds were nearly a 40% chance of him getting caught. He was not much of a risk taker so he stayed quiet as Fierna was picked for the job. Her odds were even lower but she was going with Garguath so that made it rise a 70% success rate.

He sat back and grabbed a drink from the bar, he was curious as to how it would all play out for Fierna. He hoped no trouble arose because he didn't like to have to get his hands dirty unless the odds were in his favor. Let the others go on the suicide missions.

Beliel sighed. His entire face was hidden. “I doubt we need to spy on central much… I am he Fuhrer… After all.” Beliel said, watching the rest of the Homunculi. “Gargauth, you’re the leader… why bother sending one of our best?” Beliel asked, smirking to himself. No one else really dared to question Gargauth much but him apparently.

Eli looked down from his pedestal at Tensa with an exasperated, annoyed look. “I’m a higher rank than you and I’m twenty years old. You’d be surprised how many rookies like you get their asses kicked for snickering like that.” He said, as he gave Tensa a gesture to take his seat. “I’ve called this meeting to order so that we can address the death of a state alchemist. It was the crystalline alchemist, whose body was found several days prior. Now… He was killed by alchemy… but… There were no circles present. Now, either he had circles on his clothing- or it was a homunculi.” Eli stopped, as he knew this qould cause anything from murmuring in the crowd to an uproar.
