He looked at everyone and smiled. Happy that almost everyone agreed to help. All that was left was Jimmi. John had some arguements about how to prove him wrong, and he would let some go now. He would hold the rest in reserve, and they retreated from his tounge back to his brain. He turned to face his advisary, the one who opposed the idea.
"I agree only partly with you Jimmie. While common sence is indeed a leading factor in this desision, bravery must also take a lead. If these young people had none, then why would they say yes in the first place? They saw what the Rockets can and will do to accomplish selfish goals. And, as per the matter of experiance, Officer Jeanne and the Rustboro squad have already agreedto train us to helt teach the needed skills and battling techniques. These Pokoemon and items, are also gifts from the Lilycove squad. Jimmie please, nobody is asking for you to take responsibility for anyone, but I am asking you to join us. Please. As a fellow trainer and a freind, please join us." He held his tounge afterwards and stood up. He took several steps towards the door and coughed. He opened his mouth again, and said, "Excuse me. I will give you all a little more time to think. This is quite a hard chioce to make guys, so think it through all the way." With this, he turned the handle of the door and stepped outside. He walked over to the hotel entrance and walked towards the woods nearby, the fresh fallen leaves crunching underneath every foot fall. It had started to rain as well, and the fresh drops of clear water fell on his head and body. Pitter Patter. The rain fell without distrubance and always hit its mark. Whether that be human, ground, or building. He went a little deeper into the wood and sat down near a rock and let his Pokemon out. He looked up to the sky and prayed a little to anyone listining. Guidance. That's what he needed in his life, wasn't it?

The police from here, Rustboro City and Lilycove City supporting the ATR squad? I have a feeling we might go down in history. If Johnny and the rest of us can convince Jimmie to join our venture, the vote will be unanimous in favour, mused James. He heard a few contradictions to Jimmie's statement from a couple of other people that were starting to shake his credibility along with his own two cents.

These people, there’s just no talking to them… well it can’t be helped we’ll just see how things play out. He was a little impressed with Johnny’s speech, but it really didn’t change his mind much. He wasn’t going with, that was one thing he wouldn’t do, but he was feeling generous. When the youth had walked in the woods Jimmie had followed behind, enough as not to be noticed, his movement gaining Johnny’s attention. John sat upon a rock his pokemon surrounding him like guards protecting their king.
His eyes narrow, probably a bit sore with the fact Jimmie had opposed his idea, but that was to be expected. He stood in the woods where Johnny had walked off to, the rain drizzling down upon the earth at a steady pace. His pokemon companion moving closely behind, his movement had caught young Johnny’s attention. ”Okay Johnny…I’ll go along on one condition.” The younger boy’s ears looked up in interest. Jimmie paused for a dramatic effect “If you can beat me in a pokemon battle then I’ll go with you… but if you lose then you’re not effected I’ll just go on my way.” He didn’t know why, he just had this feeling, this urge to give it a shot, but who was he giving a chance? These people, or the journey itself, he didn’t know, but he was going to give it a shot. That was if Johnny could beat him. Jimmie grinned at the thought. ”So what do think Johnny, want to battle?” A smile crossed his mouth. At his side Jehiel’s ears at his friends words. A battle? It had been a long time since there last battle and the pokemon was itching for one. Despite his lazy attitude Jehiel was always up for a battle, unlike his master. |

((you godmoddded a little))
He was startled by Jimmie creeping behind him, but even more shocked by the challenge. He was taken aback for sure, but he wouldn't back away. Not now, not here, not ever. "Fine. I accept. And you will use Zigzagoon I assume? Fine. But i will use two pokemon. Seeing as how have them, I will use them. Go Dratini!"

Trinity watched the two walk off and then returned her other two pokemon in there pokeballs. She quickly walked out of the inn and walked towards where she thought they had gone to. She started to walk towards the woods. The rain beated down lightly on the top of her head and a low sound of thunder could be heard in the distance. Trinity walked deeper into the woods and finally walked up on two figures. She noticed right away it was Jimmie and Johnny. They appeared to be about ready to battle. She walked up to them and stood a ways away from them, ready to watch there battle. She was confused on what had caused it but she wanted to watch it none the less.

Rain pelted everything, the beautiful cascading drops of water dispersing even further as they hit the ground forming puddles of mud and water between the overbearing trees that loom over the forest floor. This was now the stage for the battle about to take place. “Jehiel.” Jimmie spoke. Heading his call the pokemon took his place in front of his trainer, his canine like eyes narrowing at his opponent. To Jehiel the Dratini looked young and inexperienced, but he also saw potential in the younger pokemon. He could tell this was going to be a fun fight.
“Since I challenged I’ll give you the first move.” |

"Heh, your loss." Since Dratini was a weak Pokemon at a lower level, knowing only Twister, Johnny had given him multiple TMs. Some of them attacks and some stat boosters. "Use Dragon Dance!" Dratini did the dance of the Dragons, and his eyes glowed briefly. "Now, use Twister!" All the rain and dirt and loose grass and wind merged together in a cyclone of devestating force. And it crashed towards the Zigzagoon.

the rain seemed to crash down harder as if it was playing a role in something looking into the woods "What a cyclone?" looking closer and walking towards it he saw the two pokemon battling it out. Nick legged it to the battle taking place seeing Trinity he ran beside her and asked "What do they think they are doing?" looking at her

Trinity looked over to see one of the people from the inn. Nick she believed his name was. She turned her attention back to the two battling. "I'm not sure. I got here and they where both standing across from each other, getting ready to battle. I'm not sure what caused it." She replied to him. She turned her head back over to him. "What are you doing out here anyways?" She asked him with a slightly confused expression on her face.
