Naruto: All has changed
This is another (I know, there's one hell of a lot) Naruto roleplay. It's taking place AFTER Shippuden, when pretty much canon law says that all Uchihas short of Obito (Yeah, look at Tobi, he's Obito) are dead. Here's the rules...

They were the elite team, the puppet master and the fighter, they knew each other's movements perfectly. But fate did not smile upon Futatsu and Tetsu, during training, an ill-aimed kunai killed the leader of their village. They were immediately run out and branded as rogue-nin. More to be revealed... Village: small unknown village in fire country Kekkei Genkai: none Jutsus: ~Jutsu name: Puppet master Jutsu (Futatsu) ~Type: ninjutsu ~Description: user controls a puppet ~Chakra usage: 5-10% depends on puppet or number of puppets ~Jutsu name: Tetsu Hasu (Iron Lotus) (Tetsu) ~Type: taijutsu ~Description: Target is flipped through the air and attacker spins and kicks target's throat, may add a blade of chakra for leathal effect. ~Chakra usage: 10% ~Jutsu name: Ningyou Kakutoku (Puppet possession) (Futatsu) ~Type: Ninjutsu ~Description: User mentally leaves mind and becomes 'one' with their puppet. ~Chakra usage: 15% ~Jutsu name: Katon: Goukakyuu no jutsu (Fire: Great fireball jutsu) (Tetsu) ~Type: ninjutsu ~Description: User breaths a huge ass fire ball, plain and simple ~Chakra usage: 15% more to be seen. Weapons: Kitsune(puppet)(Futatsu), Shiro Kokoro(sword)(Tetsu), more to be revealed.

((Yay! Another Naruto roleplay!))
Name: Akane Enkou Age: 15 Rank: Leader of clan (skill level of a Jonin) Appearance:  History: Akane was born into the Enkou clan, the users of fire. In the clan, females are not taught to fight or use their kekkei genkai. Despite this, Akane insisted that she was trained as a kunoichi, working hard towards her goal to become a ninja. Finally the leader of the clan relented and gave Akane a sensei to train under, though he was doubtful of her abilities. Therefore, Akane surprised all of her clan when she showed how strong she really was. She swiftly surpassed her sensei in ability of fire control and fire jutsus, so was elevated to chuunin rank. However, it quickly became apparent that Akane had a lot of untapped power. The leader of the clan took Akane under his wing to help her develope her natural talent for fire control. Five years later, when Akane was 15, she surpassed even the current leader in her abilities, and so became the leader of her clan. Village: A small village made by the clan that is set in the Earth Country. Kekkei Genkai: Faiaseishi - This is the kekkei genkai of the Enkou clan. It gives the user control over fire in nature, as well as elevated abilities in fire jutsu. Those who harbor this kekkei genkai usually have larger amounts of chakra then the typical amount. Jutsus: ~Jutsu name: Fireball jutsu ~Type: ninjutsu ~Description: The jutsu converts the chakra in the body into fire. The user then breathes this into a giant fireball. The size of the fireball can be controlled by changing the amount of chakra used. ~Chakra usage: 5-15%, depending on the size of the fireball. ~Jutsu name: Pheonix Flower jutsu ~Type: ninjutsu ~Description: The user spits small balls of fire. These small fireballs are controled by chakra and can chase the enemy in pursuit. ~Chakra usage: 10% ~Jutsu name: Fire shuriken jutsu ~Type: ninjutsu ~Description: Throwing stars are set on fire for more damage. ~Chakra usage: 5% for every five shuriken More to come! Weapons: A bow and arrow made from obsidian stone (shown in appearance). The bow is sharpened on the edges so it can double as a weapon if the arrows are lost.

Age: 19 Rank: Jonin Appearance: all black body suite with a black cloak over it he wears a katana straped to his back with a blood red dragon running down the blade History: he is the last of his clan after the mist blood line massacres he been labled a s class missing nin by mist due to his mastery with his blood line his skills from strongest to weeks would be Taijutsu then Ninjutsu and lastly Genjutsu he is strong with his sword skill and his best know for the sword stile dance of the dragons. Village: small lake village the was destroyed by mist Kekkei Genkai: chakra weapon forge- all member have a lot of chakra and high level of control to the point were they can make weapons of pure chakra in there hands or as it was there clans job to forge weapons out of chakra fire bane is the last and sealed in a scroll under his cloak is his clan library holding all there secrets. Jutsus: (be creative with them, also, the form for the jutsus can be copied as necessary.) ~Jutsu name: dragon forge jutsu ~Type: katon ~Description: heats up use body to the point anything he touches will burn ~Chakra usage: 10% but is a constant drain ~Jutsu name: dragon flare jutsu ~Type: katon ~Description: the area around user in suddenly engulfed in a raging inferno that can even tern steel into slag but the user stays unharmed in the center of the inferno ~Chakra usage: dependent on how strong the attack is ~Jutsu name: dance of the dragon ~Type: swords jutsu ~Description: user pumps all of his chakra into his arms and lage exstending chakra blades from them as he dances his foes are cut to ribbons ~Chakra usage: 80% (this jutsu is a last resort for the clan dude to it high chakra cost and one small mistake in the move could mean death for the user) Weapons: dragon fang is the katana on bane back he can channel chakra though it making the blade to heat up so it cuts eazyer

Futatsu and Tetsu both sat in the trees near a small earth village, it had been a while since the incident which branded them as rogue-nin. Futatsu sighed, "I really wonder just what was going through the village leader's head, he jumped in front of that kunai like he WANTED to die." he mumbled.
Tetsu scowled and remained silent, until something caught his attention, "Futatsu, delta formation, have Kitsune out NOW! Who's there!?!" he boomed as Futatsu ripped a scroll from his pack and a fox shaped puppet with nine tails came out and he got into position...

bane jumped into the clearing just as he landed 4 hunter nins from mist jump out of the forest "i have to admit you 4 are more skilled then the last squad it almost a shame i have to kill you now" bane hands went though the hand sinse in a flash "KATON DRAGON FORGE JUTSU" the air around bane started to riple and the grass at his feet blackend under the heat he looked to the hunter nin "lets dance" he moved his hands in a come on movement

Futatsu saw the man on the ground fighting four hunter-nins, "They're gonna come after us when they're done with him! Let's make it fair, four versus one isn't fair." he said, "Tetsu, Fox Dive entrance, 'kay?"
Tetsu nodded, then jumped onto Futatsu's fox puppet, which then rocketed down and landed between the ninja and the hunter-nin, he leapt off, "Katon: Goukakyuu no jutsu!" he roared as his left hand flipped through the signs and then he spat a large fireball at the hunter-nin...

Tetsu didn't make any noise as Futatsu landed beside the man, "He doesn't like to talk, I have a feeling you're just like us, rogue-nin." Futatsu said, then he moved one hand suddenly and his puppet's tails all fanned out to form a shield. Tetsu lunged forward and grabbed the collar of one of the hunter-nin. He then tossed his target into the air, causing the hunter-nin to flip. Tetsu jumped and spun in the air, slamming a foot into the throat of his target. "Tetsu Hasu..."
