((You'd be surprised what little things cant take down otherwise unstopable warriors. *shrug* It was just a thought.))
Kal stays with Boomer, his helmet still off, struggling to detatched the slagged, sparking power unit. It was lucky for them all that the shields hadnt failed while the Commano was wearing a demolitions load. Boomer, on the ground, moves weakly but without concious purpose. Twitch leaps up beside Chief, and the two sprint after their sargent. The trandoshan is all movement and power. As Darok stumbles back and falls. She drops one of the ornate blades to free a tri-taloned hand. Her arms were longer then human arms, which might disorient Darok as he attempts to prepare for hand-to-hand. Might as well have tried to box a wookiee. The claws seek to grab his throat - or if he's fast enough to reel back - the front of his ripped shirt. Snarling hisses that might be a curse, might be a promise to gut him. Whatever it is, the alien is in a blood rage over the attack, and someone was going to die. If she notices Keq, there is no sign of it. |

Keq slammed into Jesska feet first, with enough force to atleast knock her back a few feet. Landing next to Darok, he brought his vibroaxe into a Death Watch salute, before twirling it in a motion that could be loosely interpreted as "Remain motionless and I won't kill you." Spotting the commandos coming from the side, he grabbed the emergency thermal detonator from his side pocket, and held it in plain sight over his head.
"/Nobody move or we all take a swim in the Kaminoan sea!/", he yelled in Mandalorian.

Seeing Keq move to assist Darok, Cyphor moved over to Kal to try and assist his fallen brother. Upon seeing Kal attempt to get the power unit free he pulled out his lightsaber and dialled back the length considerably, thinning the blade at the same time. The Katarn armour wouldn't be cut easily by the saber, but it would cut with enough elbow grease applied. With that in mind Cyphor started slicing into the housing around the power unit.
As he finished a second slice around one edge of the power unit Cyphor heard Keq yell. He couldn't understand Mando'a like the clones and the trandoshan apprently could, but then that hardly mattered when the thermal det in Keqs hand said it all. Cyphor spoke clamly and quickly "Keq, I would advise against that, Bothans don't make the best swimmers." Third slice done, a few more moments. Looking up from his cutting at Kal He spoke again. "If you could stop your sargent from killing that boy for a few moments I have an idea." The forth cut was done and Cyphor pulled the power unit free, with a flick of the sabers blade he cut the panel to the units access circuits and started swapping some wires around.

Twitch and Chief have their blasters on Keq; clearly of the mind that they might just be able to pick that thermal det right out of his hand.
Jesska staggers back, indeed. But when you hit someone who is grabbing on to someone else, you just push them along for the ride, as well. When Keq holds up the detonator, Jesska holds up Darok, claws tightening. Kal grunts something that might be gratitude and shifts as Cyphor starts cutting; holding his brother's arm out of the way with one hand, the other exposing the vibroblade with a 'shick!' and cutting into the mounting points on his side. Between the two, it's off in a matter of breaths, and Kal lets Cyphor have at the bloody thing before rolling Boomer onto his back and moving to check for a pulse. The Commando on the ground swats his hand away, instead growling, <Who shot me and how many peices is he in?> <Everybody just stand down!> The clone in the green spackles barks with an authority. <This is a clusterfuck of the third degree, I think we're all on the same keffing side, here!> Jesska just snarls something in Doshan. |

This wire here... that wire there... switch that one with this one.. done... The power unit stopped sparking and started pulsing... fast. Wrapping a force shield around the unit Cyphor tossed it out among the others, squeezed his eyes closed and turned away. The power unit exploded with a flash that even the commando visors would take some time to adjust to. Cyphors own vision was considerable brighter than it should be as he extended his saber to full length (think claymore size here) and leaped between Jesska and Keq, saber pointed right at Jesska's chest. By now the effects of the power units blast should be wearing off. "Keq put that damned thing away. Trandoshan, put the boy down or by the force I'll run you through, I'll be damned if I lose a student just after agreeing to train him." It was calmly spoken, and the tone left no room for doubt, he wasn't bluffing.

The large trandoshan swept Darok off his feet before he had time to react. Her sharp claws digging into his flesh and suit as she hefted him into the air, forcing the air from his lungs as she continued to squeeze harder.
Jesska holds up Darok, claws tightening. "Keq put that damned thing away. Trandoshan, put the boy down”, was the last thing he heard before his heart beat was to loud in his ears for him to hear. His vision then began to fade into black, leaving Darok slipped into darkness, a welcome reprieve to his injuries. |

The flash of light brings chaos, no doubt, as the Commandos curse and throw their gauntleted forearms up in front of their visors for what the Kaminoan technology couldnt absorb.
As the light fades and Cyphor has moved, Talon Squad is reforming; Kal has put his helmet back on and Boomer is mobile. Their rifles are cross their chests to prevent the situation from escalating further, but it's clear they want to be aiming at something. Still holding the boy off the ground with no apparent strain as he goes limp, Jesska snarls at Cyphor with utter disregard for the saber tapping against the armor on her chest. "Your choice in sstudents is poor." she abruptly lowers her arm and all but flings the unconcious Darok into Cyphor. "Another friendly fire incident, bothan, and I will ssskin all three of you." Her teeth click shut and glisten menacingly beneath her yellow-eyed glare. The mercenary would not back down, especialy not to a Jedi. But the decision has been made, and she turns asside as if the boy she'd nearly strangled no longer existed. "Oh-five. Sstatus." <Fit to fight, sargent.> The one in red stripes responds instantly, and she points at the Kamino fascility. "All of you. Regulation armor. Now. If the Kaminoans object, tell them to sssee me." And in the mood the lizard was currently in, that was likely not going to happen. |

Keq pocketed the detonator, and kneeled beside Darok.
"You ok pup? I bet that'll teach you to think before you start shooting. C'mon let's get you to the ship." Keq said in a relieved tone, as he helped Darok to his feet, and to the ship. He returned to the group, axe still clutched tightly in his hand. "So if we're all on the same side, who exactly are we supposed to be fighting?", Keq said, more then a little annoyed. He kept an eye on the trandoshan. If she was this reckless again, he might have to kill her. It's as if she didn't care about anyone else......Except those commandoes......Keq gave each of them a glance, sizing each of them up.

The peacefulness of being unconscious didn’t last long when he was flung abruptly at Keq, snapping him back into awareness. “You ok pup? I bet that'll teach you to think before you start shooting. C'mon let's get you to the ship." Keq said in a relieved tone. “Darok head hurt a lot, but he was feeling much better considering he was no longer being crushed. “I was just coming to the rescue, we saw the video feed from you helmet” Darok legs felt weak, so he supported himself with the help of Keq. “Anyway thanks, I don’t think I’ll be shooting anyone soon” he then closed his eyes, letting himself be guided by Keq.
