A sharp knock was heard, Followed by three more rapid taps. "Seems your out of the fire now, But you'd better pay soon. Otherwise I'll be back." Turning, Zack snapped his 941 away. Moving toward the door, He unlocked it an shoved past the nurse with little care. Edging toward the stairs, He pushed through the entrance to the stairwell and vanished from sight before anyone could question him. Manson descended the steps quickly, A frown on his face. 'Would they pay this time?' Blinking once, Manson exited through a side door and pushed into the main hallway of the hostpital. As he walked toward the front doors, His right hand lifted to his pocket, Which concealed his Jericho 941. All he had to do was get out the front doors and he was home free.

Moment's away from freedom, Zack felt as though he should sprint. However, This would cause a scene, And possibly slow him down. Pushing through the front door, He grinned and began across toward the parking lot. His optics narrowed slowly... The van was gone... Turning, A cold sweat broke instantly against Manson's back. This was wrong, All wrong. Could his own gang have set him up somehow? And why, He was an asset to them. His phalanges qiuckly constricted about the grip of his 941, as a car pulled up. Windows dropping as it came forward.

Diane looked up at the nurse and intern and smiled. "No, no, it's okay. We worked things out. It's just been an emotional day, that's all." She smiled over at her daughter, a smile that meant 'keep your mouth shut'. She laughed her tears away and patted her hands on her knees. "So," she said with a new tone of cheeriness, "What do we have to do to get my daughter home?"
Lily kept her mouth shut. Even if she had wanted to spill what had happened in those last seven minutes, she knew somehow that man would find out and get back at them. She was smart enough to keep that little meeting a secret, even though she couldn't stop thinking about it. She felt betrayed by her mother. Lied to, hated, and betrayed. She wasn't so sure she wanted to go home now that she knew what sort of person her mother actually was. Lily lifted up her glasses, blotted at her eyes and looked up at the blonde boy, whose nametag read 'Chris'. She assumed that was his name. She tried hard to think about something else, anything else, than what she had just seen and experienced. "Can I take this out of my nose? It tickles." She pointed to the oxygen tubes feeding cold air into her lungs.

Jumping backward, Small muzzles seemed to work their way out from the windows of the approaching olds-mobile. Loud blast's erupted from the vehicle as Manson hit the deck. .45 mm. rounds ripped through the glass windows and doors of the hospital, Wounding a few civilians inside. As screams of pain were heard, A .357 slug ripped through Manson's shoulder. A thick crimson sludge ran down his shoulder as the car began to speed up, Tearing off into the street as people began to help the wounded. Zack didn't draw his weapon though, Instead he stood and began to dash around the side of the building. He didn't need to be there when the cops arrived, And the security detail for the hospital would show up any moment now.

"Alright if you saw so..." Chris said as he sighed deeply. He felt bad that someone who looked like a criminal managed to get away. He calmed himself down. Chris said "Yes I believe it is fine to do so." went over to the young girl and proceeded to help her take the IV out of her arm. The nurses taught him how to do it so it was pretty easy for him. The nurse went over to the girl's mother and gave her the check out forms and the bill. "All you have to do is fill out the form and when your done you can bring it back to the main office and the payment for the bill is due in about a month. That's all you need to know to check out," the nurse said. "Well good luck and try not to come back here again," Nurse Cunningham said jokingly. Chris walked towards the door saying, "Well I better get back to work, Take Care!" he said as he waved to them and left the room. Chris headed towards the elevator and went back to the main office. The main office was in a panic. "What's going on???" he thought as the he saw the scene of chaos as people were screaming in the main lobby.

Anna walked down the street looking around. She was happy. Skipping down her home street in a bright green skirt with a white top, a slight bit of rain in the air. Rainy Seattle, she loved it. Good to be home. Good to be back out West. She was pretty sure she hated Massachusetts. Why couldn't she have gone to a local school? Somewhere where the classes were easier at least. Felt nice to cool her head for a little while, she'd been giving school so much work the past few weeks, it was killing her. She didn't even time to sleep well, let alone take a break to write or anything.
She didn't want to go into the hospital. Her dad would probably try and 'show her off' to everyone else. He'd do that. He was so proud of her. Which was good, she liked that, but it was embarrassing too. She- Anna's heart stopped when she heard the gun shots ripping through the air. She jumped back, seeing the guns sticking out the side of the window tearing into the hospital. A hospital? Why would someone do a drive by on a hospital? Everyone was running, screaming, she didn't know what to do. A strange man, dark hair, dark clothes ran towards her, running away. The shooters were gone, and it looked like a bullet had ripped into his shoulder. He didn't look like a nice man, or one she wanted to talk to, but the hospital was right there, he was running the wrong way. "Stop!" she yelled jumping in front of him. "Don't run away you've got to get that looked at. Here," she grabbed his shoulder holding pressure against the bullet hole, "That'll slow the bleeding, lets go inside."

"Thank you." Her mother took the forms and looked at the bill. Her face elongated and she sighed. She sure had a lot of money to raise in order to keep the drug dealers out of her life and to pay back the hospital bills. She didn't know how she was going to do it either. She had a meager amount cashed in the bank, but with the bills on top of it all, she'd probably have to delve into Lily's college fund to pay off the rest. She told herself that she would stop gambling. She would stop gambling to save her daughter's life.
Lily was grateful that the annoying tubes were out of her and she smiled as the kind male nurse walked out of the door. Her mother looked worried, but she didn't want to talk about what had gone on right now. Instead, she scooted off the edge of the bed and cringed as her bare feet hit the cold vinyl floor. "For an overnight visit, stomach pump, heart resuscitation procedure, and intensive care, that's sure a hell of a lot of money." Lily bit her lip. She knew her mom was trying to make her feel bad for what she had done. She hadn't realized the extensive state she had put herself in. She hadn't realized how very close to death she had come, and she felt guilty for causing her mother such problems. It's all my fault, she thought, her eyes threatening to spill tears again. Lily looked around for her clothes, which she found in a neat pile on the shelf underneath the TV. Her pants were bloodstained, but she didn't care. The blood hardly showed up on the black fabric anyways. She pulled them on, took off the papery hospital gown and then put on her black tank top. She slipped her feet into her shiny black mary janes which she always wore. They were her favorite shoes. "Ready?" Her mother asked, standing up from the chair with the paperwork in her hands. Lily nodded and held back tears. She was mad at her mom, but she loved her mom and felt like this entire thing was her fault. She felt like it was her doing that caused her mom to have a gambling problem because business wasn't good and they were on a tight budget. She felt like it was her fault for whatever problems her mother had with that scary man, and it was her fault that she was here, making her mother pay more money that they didn't have to the hospital that had revived her. They walked in silence down the hall to the elevator and rode it all the way down to the front lobby. When the heavy metal doors opened, they saw people panicking and yelling here and there, and Lily wondered what had happened. Although worried about what the problem was down here, Diane proceeded to the front desk and handed the signed paperwork to the nurse there. "What's all the fuss about?"

Chris immediately asked one of the frightened patients what happened. The panicked patient screamed, "There was a shooting just in front of this hospital!!!" Chris was very surprised and shouted "What!!!!!!!????" He then grabbed his cell phone dialing 911 for the police. He told the police the situation and hung up the phone. They should arrive in 3 minutes they told him. Chris tried to get everyone to calm down but everyone was in a sort of frenzy. He carefully walked towards the crime scene and noticed small amounts of blood. "Just great! Can this day possibly get any worse!?" he thought to himself. Then he noticed the Stuarts coming out of the elevator. He told them, "Sorry but everyone's panicking because there was just a shooting in front of the hospital. The victim will probably show up soon too. A great place to get hurt is near a hospital." he said jokingly trying to calm himself and try to make sense of the situation that just occurred. "We're sorry but could you please wait a bit while we sort everything out."

Eria-Willow had lost her brother, she knew he was somewhere in the hospital. Somewhere that was not with her uncle, and probably near some sort of edible confectionary. It was just the sort of person that he was.
Will found her uncle. "Have you seen Jonathan?" She asked him. [Forgot His Name...] groaned, "Keep track of him yourself Eria, I can't do everything." There was a massive commotion outside the front of the hospital. "Eria, go and see what that is," her uncle said absently, going back to his rounds. 'Eria, go and see what that is,' Will mimicked, but did as he said. "What, the, Hell," she said sharply as she stepped outside into the commotion.
