~Demon~ More of the monsters came into her view, but so did someone else who was fighting back. A girl, mabye twenty, was hacking her way through the zombies, a genuine hand and a half bastard sword in her grip. Her longish black hair was flying behind her as she lept over several of the creatures and right into the middle of them, hacking away. OOC: Yama, I Kinda have to wait until Silentspider posts to do any response for you. January, I'm about to PM you.

| Ace eyed the vehicles skeptically and put her hand on the handle of her gun before reluctantly climbing into the car. The action screamed against her every instinct, but obtaining the information that would avenge Mattie was worth it.

Somewhat relieved she watched another female dive into the crowd of Zombie like creatures. Bashing away at them... 'if she's killing them I guess I can help her out...' a low growl - the beast within begging to be released... but both knew that was not going to happen... Breaking and ripping herself a way through the Undead, she watch carefully not to leave any single one of them "alive"... causing a bloody massacre, but this was just in self defense, right? She tried to reason with herself, she didn't like the fact she was tearing someones loved one apart but god, if she didn't do it, they would kill someone else. This was beyond reasoning, hence she didn't show no mercy - breaking every other neck and limp from the body. Not a pretty sight, but two women where at it and no one dared to come between the two. When it looked like it finally calmed down a little bit, Serra looked up to girl with the sword... "You...who are you?" she asked bluntly.

~Ace~ Once the limo started, Kholan began. "Caulder, as far as I know, has signed on with the von Korrinberg you heard the rest of us talking about. Aparently, his failure two years ago to take control has drive what little sanity he had out of him. He has pooled what resources he has left with the necromancer's. From what I've been able to figure out, he is operating out of a warehouse right near the center of the city. He has mabye twenty vampires loyal to him all told, of varying ages and skills. ~Demon~ The Zombies were gone for now, but she had the feeling, that for the city as a whole at least, this was just the begining. The sword weilding woman sheathed the weapon and answered. "Sarah Hawks." She noted the grey eyes, which were just begining to go back to normal. "Do you work for Kholan or are you just a regular vamp 'civilian'?"

Ace, who'd been quietly chewing her lip at the prospect of so many vampires and a necromancer, all in one space, sat up when she realized this could be to her (slim) advantaged. She pulled out her pad and scrawled a quick note: Where are his vampires from?

Serra hissed... "I'd rather call myself just a "normal" citizen... Vampires disgust me..." walking up to her bag, she threw it over he shoulder walking over the dead bodies back to the woman. "The name is Serra Cruz, and no i don't work for that person..." a brief moment of silence, because she was looking for that letter he had given her...'ah here it is' ... Serra's hand with the letter reaching out to Sarah, a little smile as her amber and green eye turned back to normal. "This is from that Kohlan guy..."

Vivian shot a look toward Director Hill when they heard a young girl calling out near the location of their meeting. The look said clearly that he should clear the area of any ‘civilians’ for their own safety and the continued anonymity of the powerful attendees expected to join them.

OOC: Forgive the huge post, but I needed to get Gabe somewhere that he could easily rejoin the action, but in a way that fit him. Gabe knew from experience that sneaking out of Jack's headquarters was nearly as impossible as sneaking in, so he didn't even try. After all, his father hadn't forbid him from doing anything, he just had to deal with the three vampire bodyguards his father had set on him though. That, however, he knew how to deal with. After a shower and a change of clothes, Gabe stalked out of his living quarters and back to the elevator. He was quickly joined by his unwanted escorts, who he pretended weren't there. Back up in the parking garage, Gabe pulled out keys for a shiny silver Mercedes Benz convertible. He stopped short of the car and turned back to his escorts, who were following closely. "Come on, guys, you don't actually think you get to ride in the Benz, do you?" He waved a dismissive hand at the rest of the cars his father owned. "Go find some intimidating big black SUV or something." "I'm afraid your father was very clear that you weren't to be left alone," One of the vampires said. He sounded like he was about as happy about that as Gabe. "Fine, whatever," Gabe muttered. "One of you, and only one of you gets to ride in the convertible. I'm not the fucking party wagon here. Decide amongst yourselves." He climbed into the driver's seat of the convertible and half a minute later he was joined by one of the vampires. Honestly, he didn't even try to tell them apart. The other two were getting into a black SUV a short distance away. Buckling his seatbelt, Gabe started the ignition and the car squealed and roared as he pulled out of the parking garage. "Let's hope your friends can keep up," Gabe said with a grin. "Oh, and keep a lookout for drive by shootings, one a day is enough for me." Gabe broke speed limits and a few other laws weaving in and out of traffic as he headed downtown. He knew of a few clubs down there and now, since he'd turned twenty one a few months ago he didn't even have to use bribes and fake IDs to get in anymore, which, admittedly, did take some of the fun out of it all. "I have to ask, sir, where are we going since we seem to have [i]accidentally[i] lost the others a few minutes ago. Gabe grinned, good, that's what he'd intended with his rather erratic driving. Now when they actually go to a club he'd have a window of a few minutes with out one bodyguard to worry about. "I don't know where we're going!" Gabe shouted over the howl of the night air as he zipped down the road. "That's the fun part." After a few more minutes of driving Gabe finally settled on one club. It wasn't one that he really cared for, but that was all right since he wouldn't be staying for long. When they pulled up, Gabe handed the keys over to a valet and cut the long line outside the front doors with the help of a hundred dollar bill. Inside the music was loud enough he could hear it thump in his bones. It made him smile brightly. He turned to his uncomfortable looking escort. "I'm in serious need of a drink. Why don't you go find us a table or couch or something, preferably near several gorgeous women." He tried to slip through the crowd toward the bar, but the vampire's hand clamped down on his shoulder and stopped him in his tracks. "I don't think so," the vampire replied. "I'm not letting you out of my sight." Gabe rolled his eyes. "Fine, you can babysit me near the bar, but hang back some. You can call your friends and tell them where we are or something." The vampire reluctantly nodded. Gabe wove his way through the club to one of the many bars. His bodyguard hung back and stupidly tried to call the other two vampires on his cell phone. Between the music and the voices on the other end of the line, the vampire was quite distracted. That gave Gabe the opportunity to pull out another hundred dollar bill and held it out to a rather skanky bleach blonde sucking down a tequila sunrise. "Hey," he called out to her. "You see the guy back there in the suit?" He nodded over his shoulder in the vampire's direction. The blonde's eyes barely veered from the bill he was holding, but she nodded. "He's my friend and it's his birthday. Will you go up and make out with him for a hundred bucks?" The woman grinned. "Make it two hundred and I'll blow him in the bathroom." "Thanks, but that won't be necessary," Gabe assured her. He handed her the money, which quickly disappeared into her low-cut top and then she was throwing herself at his bodyguard. Arms wrapping around him, mouth locked on his. Gabe knew the vampire could have thrown her off easily, but that would cause suspicion Jack didn't want, so the vampire flailed and dropped his cell phone, distracted and confused. Gabe stifled a laugh at the sight and quickly slipped away from the bar. As fast as the crowd would allow him to move, Gabe cut through the dance floor. Halfway across, he pulled out a small pocket knife he'd brought from home and sliced his palm open, wincing at the pain. Blood flowed and quickly covered his hand, which he briefly touched to other a few of the dancers as he passed. Brushing a skirt or a shirt, leaving a small streak of blood to distract the vampire when it tried to follow him. Gabe slipped out an exit attached to the club's outdoor smoking area and called up the valet with his car, but when the car arrived, Gabe called out to a young couple heading toward the back of the long line for the club. The man looked about his size and had similar brown hair. It would have to be good enough. "Hey!" he called out and tossed the car keys to the man when he turned. "Want a Mercedes?" With his car and the couple driving away from the club, Gabe broke into a run heading around the side of the club. Luck was with him and rather than even having to hail a taxi, a public bus was stopped right there at a station. Gabe still had an Indianapolis bus pass and within a minute, he was safely on his way away from the club without his escorts. In his pocket his cell phone was vibrating like crazy, but he turned it off without a second thought. |

~Ace~ "They are the remainder of his organization that has not yet been killed by Caulder's numerous enemies" ~Serra~ Sarah read the letter, and put it into a pocket. "Thank you." She surveyed the scene- broken bodies of zombies surrounded them. " ~Vivian~ One of the S4 Psychics raised her hand. "This girl...she has immense talents of the mind...a precognative, untapped, unknowing of her strengths." ~Gabe~ As the bus drove down the streets of the city, suddenly, the streetlights along every street in the city blew out at once. The bus driver suddenly stopped, as the traffic lights similarly blew out. With his heightened senses, Gabe could make out strange shambling figures outside the bus. ~Elsewhere~ Outside of known reality, in a pocket realm created by the magic of a human...well, what was once a human. Heinrich von Korrinberg watched his undead minions come alive across the city. The groundwork for his next phase would soon begin- all mortal communications into, out of, and within the city would shut down. The half-solid, undead monstrosity that was Korrinberg threw back its head and laughed, a maniacal laugh. An Evil, insane laugh. Soon, the world would be his.
