Farkas was waiting in the hallway, staring the screens of academic events. He was a full Feral with deep blue fur that almost seemed black. His family would never allow him to mate with humans, due to the old grudge he never known and his clear wolf Feral blood what was his clan's pride. Tall and muscular wolf body, sharp yellow eye and small pointy ears. He walked on two legs because it was the etiquette if you are amongst humans. He didn't liked it much because most of the Ferals ans humans weren't as big as him.
He sniffed into the air and felt a friendly scent. It was the creature he was waiting for. "What's up, buddy. You're late" smiled and turned to Donta. "Let's go in then." “Room 101, eh?” Donta sighed, “Better get this over with.” He brushed his white hair from the front of his face and rang the buzzer for room 101. |

Her frame was slender, and her hair was black as night, long and straight. Rarely putting her hair up it went just past her hips. Her fur black with black spots, her heritage clear enough as a purebreed black panther. Her mother and father were a little different they wanted to make peace with the humans, though they still forbid her to marry a human.
She walked up to room 101 and saw two ferals her green-yellow eyes flashed when the light hit them. Smiling at them both, since she hadn't met them yet. Eryial took a deep breath and rang the buzzer. As she waited with the other two, she decided to introduce herself. "Hi I'm Eryial, it's nice to meet you two." she said.

The buzzer sounded and Donta jumped when the voice came from behind, but glancing over his shoulder he saw the towering Wolf behind him, standing next to a black Panther.
"If I'm late, you have to be too." Donta said to the Wolf, then turned to the panther, cracking a smile and exposing a fang, "And hello." The classroom door slid open rather quickly and Donta turned to look at a rather perturbed Human teacher, hands on her hips and brows furrowed. "You're all late!" She said, "Get in here now!" The three walked past her into the classroom, with the wolf and panther quickly taking their seat and leaving him alone to be judged by the rest of the class. The class was made up of a pretty even split of Ferals and Humans, all of different shapes and colors. He stood awkwardly in front of the class, hefting his bag higher on his shoulder and refolding his wings to be more comfortable. "Now that he has decided to show, this is our new student, Donta." the teacher said, "Try not to scare him off, please!" He forced a smile, spotting an empty seat near the back of the class and quickly took it, waving his wrist over the interface and entering himself in the roster. His history textfile appeared on his desk and he opened a notepad next to it.

Eryial walked through the door seemingly unnoticed by both students and teacher. So she took a seat near the back. Her actions didn't betray her at all, it was like she was sitting there the entire time. Looking around she noticed an even mix between the two races. Setting her backpack down lightly, she leaned again the back of the seat and waited for instructions. New here she didn't really know what to expect.
Playing with her hair now she was getting bored "When will this class start." she thought to herself. At her old school on Jupiter they started quickly, only cause it was cold there. No matter what the humans did to cultivate that planet it remained cold since it was too far from the sun. Last she knew they were designing new lights, and heaters to keep the citizens there warm.

"Hey sweetie" greeted the panther-girl "I'm Farkas, the pleasure is mine."
"Ahh, this old hag again."whispered and ignoring the teacher leaped in to his seat. He loved school, because he could hack out the test answers from the main server and he could earn a lot money selling the information. If there was no test or exams he just slept all day until he could get out of there. Even though his clan was famous with it's strong warriors, he didn't liked violence. "Hmm, tomorrow Gyro-Phisics exam for the upperclassmans, i smell good money." He didn't even cared about the new semester. He couldn't even tried to fight his greediness for money. His parents told about him "He will be a fine businessmen", because they didn't know about his "hobby". Now that he has decided to show, this is our new student, Donta." the teacher said, "Try not to scare him off, please!" "Hmm, so his name is Donta. He doesn't seem bad guy. I wonder what interests a little guy like him."tought. |

History class wasn't anything difficult. He was preached to all his life about how the Humans and the Ferals were at odds. He knew full well that this equality was such a new concept that it rested on a razors edge. It was proven to him three years ago when his father left for an extended, deep space trip to the rings of some new planet they found past the edge of the milky way. He left quickly enough to forget to say goodbye and leave them any means of contacting him. As far as he was concerned, leaving behind a 13 year old son to grow up without a father was bad enough, but he was sure he wasn't going to mention to his co-workers that his son was Feral. Three years later, he had never contacted them at all.
He didn't need history to tell him what people were like. He was more concerned with the present, and spent most of the class staring around the room. Eryial was sitting on the other side of the class, playing with her jet black hair and tapping her desk. He wasn't making a good first impression. For one thing, he didn't even catch that wolf's name. Afraid that he just simply missed it as he spaced out before, he pulled up the class roster on his desk and found his picture. "Farkas?" he muttered, "I should remember that." He eyed his schedule in the corner of the screen and noticed there was a whole hour free in the next period. He hoped the orientation email he recieved from the school contained a map....

Angela could barely contain her disgust for yet another Feral joining the school. Her hazel eyes once filled with light and happiness, were now filled with darkness and hate. It was ten years ago when a group of activist Ferals blew up the factory that her parents had worked for. The factory was suppose to be illegally testing new products on Ferals. She had been the only to survive that day, her mother shielding her with her own body. Yet with the damages that her body sustained it was a hit or miss whether she was going to live or not.
She kept her hair long but still tied back so that it fell in a long auburn braid down her back.5'9, Tan skin and an athletic build from her drive to be stronger then every Feral. It did not hurt that she had two robotic limbs, replaced after the explosion, yet one more reason why she hated the Ferals. Making her less then human so that she feared getting close to anyone, hence the reason why she was still in an orphan and not happily adopted. Now there were more in her school, filthy animals who caused nothing but trouble.

Eryial Smiled at the wolf Farkas as he greeted himself. Still smiling she said, "I'm Eryial." Eryial heard him say in a whisper "Ahh, this old hag again." "Old hag?" she whispered back to Faraks, then continued in a whisper, "She doesn't look like a hag." "Now on Jupiter, the teachers look like hags." she whispered not listening to the teacher. When she heard Farkas talk about Cyro-physics and making good money she new he had to be a hacker. "He's going to make a good business man some day." she thought to herself sarcastically. Finally she heard the teacher say "Try not to scare him off please. Oh and we have another new student today." the teacher was looking around then finally spotted her. "Eryial could you stand up please and let everyone see you." So instead Eryial just raised her right hand and wiggled her fingers lazily. Retracting her arm she just smiled. "Yes the last teachers left a note saying you were quite the smartass." the teacher sighed. "Now then class let's open your books to page one." the teacher started.
Eryial smirked as the teacher called her a "smartass". She wasn't one for standing up and introducing herself nor was she type of person that liked to make a lot of friends with both humans and ferals. Instead she liked to be alone, however she decided why not become friends with both Donta, and Faraks. A memory emerged itself, she remembered seeing two of her friends Eliza a purebreed eagle and Lucas a human male. They dared to love each other and what's worse planned to get married. Eryial tried to protect them, however she was held back by her own mom and dad as she watched them die from being stoned to death. After that she shoved people away literally with her claws and figuritively, she became distant, became a "smartass". Her parents thought she just needed a change of scenery so they moved here. Eryial decided why not make some money while I'm here, I'll hack the system too.

Donta was one to keep as few friends as possible. The more friends he had, the bigger chance that his secret would get out. He heard the teacher say there was another new student in the class, and the panther across the room lazily waved, but he didn't take interest. As history class wound to a close, he noticed she was silently chatting to the wolf and glancing in his direction from time to time.
A quiet beep made him jump and he looked down to see a chat window appear on his desk. As far as he knew, the system didn't have a chat program. One would make it far too easy to cheat on tests. This was a hack job and he knew who it was because Eryial was staring at him from across the room. "Want to hook up after class?" she asked, "Farkas has agreed to show us around." Donta glanced in her direction and lazily rested his head on a paw. "I'll have to. I don't have a map." He responded. She glanced at her desk and nodded at him with a smile as the bell chimed.
