Background: Originally from The Big Easy, Louis' early life was pretty rough. A deadbeat mother and only god knows who the hell his father is. His Nan took care of him until she died when he was five and then his aunt took custody of him and the moved away from Louisiana to New York City. As he grew up he learned he had a passion for cooking and thanks to his talents. Eventually he got recognized and became a rising star in the culinary world. Thanks to his fame the Royal Palms decided to hire him as their new Head chef. With all the money they were offering and the fact that he got to live on a luxury island for free, he thught this was his dream job. The zombies happened, go figure.
