[@The Muse][@Themerlinhawk][@Viciousmarrow][@lovely complex][@karamonnom] As soon as all hell broke loose yet again, James sighed and just kept working. He was not going to get caught up in that whole debacle because it just wasn't worth it. He called over his shoulder as his sister ordered him to the office, "I'm good. I don't need to see that, if that's even what it is. Cause you know what Kylie, I call bullshit. There is a more likely explanation, and I know it. Even if you all are too dense to think about it." he said, half talking to Kylie, half talking to Sophi and Riley. He made his way over to where Wes, Jerry, Kylie and Jenny were standing and sitting, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Look. Clearly I don't have the whole story myself, but now that I have a good look, I can tell the three of you that this is definitely my sister, Kylie. Meal is on house today, you all. Kylie, when you get home, I'd like to see your tax form, receipts from last year, checks, everything you might have still. You might have missed something and I might be able to save you some money. I don't know. " He told them before turning to her. James started walking back to the tables he was cleaning off, when he glanced over his shoulder and said to Kylie, "Whatever you are doing, stay safe. I don't think any of us can handle another funeral." He finished drying the table he was working on before heading over to talk to the four of them, and walked out to the back door, and popped it open, waving to Mark, who was out there finishing up a cigarette. "We need back in real quick. Can you handle Wes' table? His bill is on the house. And definitely don't flirt with the blondes out there." He told the waiter who simply nodded and quickly extinguished the cigarette before grabbing the back door. As the two walked out to the floor, a brunette walked in and smiled at them. She seems well kept and very energetic. "Hi, I'm Melissa, and I was wondering if you are still looking for waitresses? Who do I talk to about that?" She asks, proving their initial assessment correct. "I'll get you an application, and when you're done, hand it to me. I'll take a look at it and we'll go from there." James tells the girl, not wanting to promise anything, but her energy is amusing, and James can't help but smile. He turned around and walked behind the main counter and found the folder which had a few paper applications left. He pulled out one and returned to where Melissa was standing, and held it out for her. She took it and smiled before walking to an empty table and pulling a pen from her purse. James walked to the host stand, while Mark walked over Wes' table to take over for Sophi. James felt his phone go off in his pocket at this time and quickly responded to Nathan asking if he was available on Saturday, 'At this point, it looks like I might be, but I'll get back to you later with something more concrete'
