Glass Hearted RP (BeauteousDeathX FallenReaper)
The rain drilled down from the heavens, poured over everything without prejudiced or care. Roofs sounded with the beat of each drop, it was tiny steps from the sky. The world was darkened by night fall as a lone figure walked shamelessly into the storm. Clouds covered a moon that would have been bright and full, the building close and towered above. The man below has a stride of both confidence and death with his black coat flapping behind him. Each slap of a foot on the cobble stone path, the hands pushed deeply in his pocket, and even the popped up collar made him seem dark. There was nothing he couldn’t see or hear, the senses tuned for a sole purpose that centuries didn’t need to evolve higher. The man was in the prime of his young life, at least to the ignorant he was. Truthfully he was something more, something that would tear the world in half then bleed it dry many times over. He was Abel Garth, a vampire and predator.
Abel didn’t have to look to know his surroundings, the streets were mostly water ways for boat traffic that left his quarry with little place to go. The air was wet, moist filled every inch of his nostrils even as it dripped from his roman nose. He was a perfect specimen of the Roman heritage, barely spoiled by his Russian and Scottish blood in appearance. Those were clearer in his accent and drinking habits, especially when he was human. Now his drinking was namely larger amounts of the red liquid like a Scottish downed a keg of beer effortlessly. Returning his attention to his always empty craving, Abel moved his pace faster as his unprotected head took the water’s unforgiving rush to earth. The slight jingling came from his keys that dangled from his belt, jeans turned dark in the weather.
The vampire thanked his lucky stars that he didn’t wear leather pants because the stretch and pull combined with the much later shrinking would have even the most powerful of his race walking funny. To clear the eyes, Abel pushed his once slicked back light brown hair into place again. Piercing sea blue eyes reached into the dark for someone or anyone. He raced past building after building before he twisted his path into an alley at the last moment. The roofs close together collected rain causing it to cascade like miniature waterfalls into the street. It was difficult to keep his pace at average human and became more than embarrassing to Abel. This was not how he liked to hunt even though he struggled to push the thoughts of racing along rooftops at blinding speeds from the mind. Without a second to restrain himself, the man let out an animal like howl to drive even the heavens away.
