WOTM #20 Guidelines

Theme: The Seven Deadly Sins.

• Explained: A story in which the main theme is an allegorical, metaphorical, and/or literal representation and/or embodiment of, one of the seven deadly sins.

Components:

• The protagonist is corrupted by, and/or is a victim of, one of the sins.
• One or more of the seven deadly sins are made manifest--They exist in physical form.
• The story is told from the perspective of the antagonist villain of the story. (Thanks Kestrel!)
• The story ends on a happy note.
• Genre Change: Portray the story in a fantasy universe.
• Role Reversal: Demons, Demoness, Devils, Imps and otherwise hellish creatures are "good guys", angels, archangels, God(s) and otherwise heavenly creatures are "evil."

Rules of the Month For Casual:

• Components: 1 Required.
• Text Formatting: Allowed
• Word Minimum: 500 (Zero if Poem)
• Word Maximum: 1,500
• Grammar: Decent
• No Submissions Past: December 4th, 2012, 11:59 PM, PST (Pacific Standard Time).
• The PM Title Must Be: WOTM #20 Entry: Casual
• In The PM: Your entry, a yes/no on receiving comments and a list of chosen components.
• PM Entries To: WOTM
• No Resubmits Allowed.
• No Mention Of Comments Assumes You Want Comments.

Rules of the Month For Advanced:

• Components: 2 Required.
• Text Formatting: Allowed
• Word Minimum: 1,000 (100 if Poem)
• Word Maximum: 3,500
• Grammar: Nearly perfect.
• No Submissions Past: December 4th, 2012, 11:59 PM, PST (Pacific Standard Time)
• The PM Title Must Be: WOTM #20 Entry: Advanced
• In The PM: Your entry, a yes/no on receiving comments and a list of chosen components.
• PM Entries To: WOTM
• No Resubmits Allowed.
• No Mention Of Comments Assumes You Want Comments.

YES! I'm so glad the sin theme won, I'll try to get my entry up. Most times I just end up too lazy or blocked. Which sucks.

Now. To get cracking.

@Raez: It was decided by 12 sided dice roll. I rolled three times. Odd = Sins, Even = Sacrifice.

First: 8.
Second: 3.
Third: 1.

Since it was so close I won't be surprised if Sacrifice wins the next theme voting thread. Oh, and yes, we'll continue that. :p
