Salutations

Hello,
I am Ouro. I find myself yearning for a taste of the past, in which roleplay was a huge part for me. I cannot say whether I will stick around, given how often I seem to abandon communities, but I hope that I do.

I found this site through a Google search and read through a couple postings. As you may suspect, I liked what I read enough to sign up and perhaps try my hand at a story. I used to do roleplay in this fashion several years ago, first on the PrimaGames forums (this didn't last long) and then on the GameShark forums (this lasted a few years). I've never joined a community specifically for roleplaying, so I thought this might make for an interesting experience. I have also been dying to write something but haven't any ideas of my own. I may be a bit rusty, but I promise you all I will do my best!

I hope you stick around with us, too. It may take some getting use to, but after your first few days, you'll have everything down pat. Just to get an idea of how exactly our forum works, check out the New Member's Guide, a special tool that will show you how to set up a roleplay on our site and much much more. If you don't have any ideas of your own, you can always check out the many Interest Checks around the forum and hopefully find something that grabs your interest. We also have a Gallery, so if your creative juices start to flow again and you want to write short stories, or even making graphics, you can share them with us.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to PM me or even ask in our Ask a Comrade thread. If I don't have an answer for you, someone will. ^^
