[to Advanced] m/m, fallout 3 or dragon age
I've been looking for role plays in general, but I've specifically been wanting something based on Fallout 3 or Dragon Age 2. I've had a mad craving for both of these and I'm hoping someone else has too, haha.
Ground rules, I guess: I'm not on constantly, and sometimes I just give myself days off from interacting with other human beings. I don't really have limits on anything. I prefer role playing over email or PMs, because I always forget to log into my IM. Romance isn't required, but I prefer m/m and sometimes f/f. Basically, anything that isn't straight is good with me.
I also have (little) ideas for both!
Fallout 3:
The main characters are brought together because of events that follow in the Lone Wanderer's wake. They are pursuing the Lone Wanderer for whatever reason-- revenge or thanks-- and the story follows the various events of Fallout 3.
Of course, the same plot can work with one character actually being the Lone Wanderer. It's basically the same concept.
In a more specific twist, one of the characters is an android that is seeking the Lone Wanderer for help (assuming that the Lone Wanderer has the interests of androids in mind). They end up traveling with another Wastelander and must keep their status as an android secret, despite steadily mounting evidence to the contrary as they travel along.
And there's always room to change things around or completely scrap this idea-- I really don't mind.
Dragon Age 2:
I'm not normally open to playing canon characters, but I might be willing to give the various companions a try, since I'm pretty familiar with them. However, I am most interested in doing something involving the Qun/Qunari. (This is why I chose Dragon Age 2 specifically, since the first one really only has Sten. Again, I don't mind role playing during the first one-- we could do something new and interesting with it, definitely.) I'll love anyone a million times over if they're willing to do some fun Qunari stuff with me!
I don't have a plot for this as much as I have scenarios:
The setting is in the Qunari compound in Kirkwall and there are new arrivals taking refuge there.
A character/group of characters is captured by Tal Vashoth and held for ransom or for some larger scheme.
A character hires a Tal Vashoth as a body guard.
