"Off the Leash" Graphic Novel

This is being run by a good friend, Matthew Robinson, and the idea is fantastic. This graphic novel combines many things that I am highly interested in, including anthropomorphic characters, noir setting, and criminal investigations. There are so many reasons to love this novel. I wanted to get some opinions on the idea. What do you think about it? Is it something you'd want to read? Let me know why also, especially if you're on the fence about it! I'll be sure to relay all feed back to him.

The arts... Nothing I enjoy looking at. The concept; Nothing new. Look up Blacksad, I cant judge untill read. But I'll bet you it does this so much better. Blacksai, wich makes social commentary and some pretty scary rendtion of the era it potrayed, do not try to cater to "furries" but instead makes a respectable work of art and comic that just happens to have anthromorphic characters. I feel your friends first problem is that he Markets it as Anthromorphic" comic.
