I cannot fall asleep unless I have my laptop or some other sort of screen in front of me. Seriously. I remember one time I got home from doing something and I was exhausted, so I went right to bed without going online. Couldn't sleep. The thought did occur to me that maybe I need screens in order to sleep, but I didn't wanna go online cuz then I'd be dragged into stuff and then really never sleep, so I tried playing my DS. After like 5 minutes of that I was struggling to keep my eyes open.
So uh. Yeah. Can't fall asleep without a screen in front of my face, apparently.
How I fall asleep:
I haven't purposely fallen asleep in weeks. I kinda just wake up on the floor after being up until 4am.
How I go to sleep.
1. Lay down
2. Get in my blankets and sleeping bag(Which I put on my bed when its winter)
3. Close my eyes
1) Close door two hours (or more) before hand
2) Open window wide
3) Turn on fan
4) Enter bed
5) Get under blanket(s)
6) Turn on music
7) Ponder math and/or social life
Fuck around for a bit.
Until the wee hours of the morning.
Back to sleep.
This has been my routine for a while.
