Personality: Feisty, caring, somewhat stubborn, and not easily suede
Backstory: Revealed in IC
Fighting Style: Because she ate the Gamble Gamble Fruit, Mia can use special abilities. From her body she produces a variety of dice and rolls them. Currently, she can only use a four sided, six sided, and eight sided dice for her attacks.
4 sided dice: This is simply a red dice in a pyramid shape, so four sides. three of the four sides hold a symbol of X and then a number. These spaces multiply her physical capabilities whatever the number is next to the X. the numbers are 5, 10, and 15. The fourth side has a Zzz, meaning she faints if it lands on this. Whichever symbol is against the ground is the one activated.
6 sided dice: A blue dice with symbols only, two are symbols of weapons (one a set of dual pistols, the other a sword), two symbols are multipliers of X10 and X20, and the other two sides are Zzz's.
8 sided dice: This is her strongest ability so far. She creates a green dice that has 6 sides of Zzz's but 2 sides of X50, so while it's the most risky in combat, it also has the highest pay off.
Her fighting style is very loose and easy to adapt since she has to adapt to whatever her dice rolls give her.
Skills: Her Gamble Gamble Fruit and her keen navigation skills are well, and she also has a good way of swindling people since she is a gambler herself, so she can make money easily.

Also, might be a bit early, but after the first arc when they meet, we might go on to have them start getting new members. In that case, do you want to have the first new character or would you rather I do it, giving you more time to plan out the Arc?

Crew Position: Captain
Personality: Responsible, protective, assiduous, tends to take initiative, and pushy
Appearance: Will is fairly short, with messy orange hair under a baby blue bucket hat, which keep his eyes obscured. His long sleeved, zip up coat is similarly colored, with two pockets on either side, the end of an orange cloth sash hanging out the bottom. He wears baggy white shorts and sandals. Under his coat is a black sleeveless shirt and the rest of his sash, and his personal tonfas, Will’s weapons of choice.
Fighting Style and Devil Fruit: Will fights with a pair of black tonfas with orange stripes around the handle and shorter end of the shaft. He swings them with amazing speed and power, striking foes several times an instant.
Skills: A novice cook and handy man. His forte is cleaning, however, as he finds it relaxing.
If you don't mind, you take the first added crew member, and also I think we should decide who's going to control what. What I mean is, we still have vital roles to fill like doctor, so I think we should say which role we're gonna cover next for each crew member. I'm assuming when it comes time to add a new crew member, whoever's turn it is also controls the story, right?
Yeah, exactly! It's much easier for the person introducing the character to control the story, since it'd their Arc, you know?
And yeah, it's a good idea to call any positions we might want. The only other character I have in mind right now is just a fighter type without many other skills, but I don't know if I want to use him next Arc or not, depends on if I get another idea.
I can think of a doctor character probably, but I'll let you handle the next arc :)
