The Magic Coven

In the town of Salem trials were held of being a witches or warlocks. Now in 2012 Salem town has one Coven hidden. In a normal high school teens who are decedents of the witches and warlocks practice magic. They use their mahic to make their lives better and get back at the people who wronged them

DOnt have godlike magic(IE Being able to to create and end human and animal life. Also bing able to create worlds and dimensions)
Dont godmod(IE Take control of characters or the rp)

Hmm OK, So I was kind of thinking more like The Craft, Rather than Anime Magical Girl/Boy. Players wouldn't be able to have such a blatant control the elements, their spells would be more subtle and require lot's of forethought.
