A Certain Group of Psychics.

This is a recruitment thread for a Mid - High Casual (mostly) Slice of Life and (later on, quite possible) Action RP in the world of A certain Scientific Railgun and A certain Magical Index that needs a couple of more members. We are at the moment looking for a few more no less than four.

This kind of just came to at the moment and since I have enough room for it I thought that I might as well put it up. Anywas I'm a big fan of "A Certain Scientific Railgun" and "A Certain Magical Index" then I thought why not create a free form world RP around the setting, but minus the complicated magic versus science plot. The idea is simple enough, the character within the group are psychics who go to Academy City for the cultivation of their powers. These characters are most likely either friends or at least acquaintances who somehow get in to all sorts of trouble together whether they wanted to or not. The goal of this RP is to simply have a lighthearted, easygoing and fun RP about a group of people that have all sorts of adventures together.


So the question is, do you have enough room for something simple and fun?

Name: (Since this is based on a Japanese anime, I think it’s better if we just stick with Japanese names, unless your character refuses to reveal their real name and is going under an alias or a nickname.)

Appearance: (Picture or description, whichever floats your boat.)

Age: (age should match the appearance just to make things linear.)

Gender: (No genderlessness.)

Personality: (Just something basic, nothing too long.)

School: (There are a number of schools of in academy city, if you guys plan on incorporating a plot involving their school then name it, if not then “A certain school” will suffice. For those who wish to incorporate a preexisting school look it up on the To Aru wiki.)

History: (Pretty basic, unless you have something plot related in mind.)

Ability Name: (There’s a specific name to each power unless it’s something generic like telepathy or telekinesis. If you wish check the To Aru wiki for a preexisting power.)

Level: (Level 1 to 5 indicate the strength of a person’s ability strength. Most of the students are of level 0 who possess only the tiniest aspect of their abilities. This being an action adventure story our characters power ranges go from 2 – 4. There will be no level 5’s though.)

Usage: (How the ability is used by the person.)

Would I need to do some research about the anime to know what's going on? Or is everything I need to know already posted?

It's not necessary, but I advise you so. Just research the basics, it's all up there in the Wiki of the anime. Look up most things about the scientific side, nothing about the magic side, but if you wish you can do so.

This isn't like Index though, it's more slice of life and magic remains nonexistent.

I must also do a little advertisement for this game since I play in it and it is really fun and the players in it are very good and make good quality posts so I do really recommend it.
