You are auditioning for a singing show in which numerous contestants battle against each other by showing off their voice and performing in front of a live audience. There's the whole works, ya know, since you'll be living there and all. You each get to choose a room and have maids that clean up, cooks that bring you food for the time being, and the Beauty Department-their job is to help you find the appropriate outfit, makeup, and other things related with style.
Once a week, you'll have a private conference with someone who will help you find ways to ease the panicking, control your voice, and overall ensure that everything works well to give you the best chances possible. Sometimes, it isn't enough...
You'd be surprised at home many friendships you develop and how many people you'll end up strongly disliking. After all, this is how it works on a TV show like this. It's not only about the singing, but it's also about the drama. And it's about doing really generous things like donating clothing, money, and food to make the show look good.
Here is how I intend on having the show work
Each time you are set to perform, you will fill out a sheet a lot like a character sheet that has the name of your song, link to it (if any), and other information that might affect who votes for who.
When it's time to vote, I'll create a thread with the names of the people who performed that night along with a poll. Those who are participating will be able to vote who you'd like to see stay in the show-the person with the least number of votes is unfortunately kicked off from the show.
What happens to that character? It is up to you.
He/She/They could stick around and stay in the audience, or hang around in the dorms with any friends they may have made until the show is over. It all depends on what you'd like to do! Also, those who are kicked off are still allowed to vote-which is great, seeing that it's from an audience's perspective.
YOU MAY JOIN AS A JUDGE AND/OR A PERFORMER!
