I have really bad knees, so running is hard for me. But with my doctor's blessing, I've started the C25K program. I'll be running my first 5K in a few months if all goes well.
I'm a big biker. I do spinning classes at least once a week, and burn most of my calories on stationary bikes. I also lift weights and use the kettle bell for toning/strength.
I actually love working out. I feel great during (even if I also feel like I'm dying) and it puts me in a great mood for the rest of the day.
I try to work out every day, whether it is serious cardio or just pushups/situps.
