I was searching around Youtube for various workouts and I tried a few of them out (since generally one workout isn't intense enough for me). Here's a good one:
And an ab workout: http://youtu.be/acVU6HGmyVk
I stretch and work out every night, and I try to go running in the daytime. The basic things I do are crunches, push-ups, leg-lifts, punches, and kicks, then I move on to other random things.
What exercises do you do? And what motivates you?
That woman looks like a man
Also I go to they gym, and run for a hour 2 days a week during the warmer season. (Running in the winter? Nope nope nope)
Yeeeaaahhh... I'm not so into getting myself to look like a man/bodybuilder. But it is nice to be toned.
Why don't you run in the winter? The gym is inside, silly goose :P I run on my treadmill in the winter and part of summer, and outside whenever the weather is nice.
Fuck treadmills. Boring as shit. I use that for warm ups. It also do not have the time to run both a treadmill AND go to the gym when working.
I am a runner too :)
I agree that running outside is much better, but when it is icy I use the treadmill in my gym :)
I have really bad knees, so running is hard for me. But with my doctor's blessing, I've started the C25K program. I'll be running my first 5K in a few months if all goes well.
I'm a big biker. I do spinning classes at least once a week, and burn most of my calories on stationary bikes. I also lift weights and use the kettle bell for toning/strength.
I actually love working out. I feel great during (even if I also feel like I'm dying) and it puts me in a great mood for the rest of the day.
I try to work out every day, whether it is serious cardio or just pushups/situps.
This. It also helps me deal with stress and emotional issues. And urges.

I lift heavy things up and put them down. Mostly odd objects lately. The only time I go to the gym is when I need to use their pool or pull up bar or do some cable stuff that I can't do at home. I always neglect my cardio. The only thing I do for it now is swimming sometimes and kettlebell swings.
I don't really understand the aversion to heavy lifting. You won't unrack the bar and instantly gain 20 lbs. of muscle. It takes a lot of time and work to get to the level of a bodybuilder and you're not accidentally going to get there. Unless you're eating a whole lot and taking steroids you're going to have a hard time putting on huge amounts of muscle. Men have it slightly easier, but if it was really that easy to get huge every guy who has ever touched a weight would look like Ronnie Coleman.
I agree that treadmills can be boring at times, that's why I rarely use it. I do love the options I have on mine though, I can put it on a steep incline. I can't wait until the weather is nice and I can start biking again. It's been so long... I hope I still remember how haha
Exercise is very good for stress and those with depression. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins that reduce pain and gives you that "runner's high" everyone is so fond of. Just talking about it makes me want to go work out xD
Swimming is a super great exercise! The only trouble I have with that though is my eyes are sensitive to the chlorine and it hurts when water goes up my nose or in my ears. x.x
Treadmills aren't bad if you watch a television show or something while you do it. I usually throw up an old nostalgia ridden cartoon. I'd most likely run more outdoors if it wasn't so hot here all the time, heat and I don't get along very well. I swear I'd need like three bottles of water just to run around my neighborhood.
Lately I've taken a liking to using boxing as a way to exercise. It helps get out my aggression in a pretty healthy way and it's fun. Nothing releases stress quite liking hitting something.
