This game. This game. I can't even explain it. You need to try it. It's sort of like QWOP, as in, you move your fingers and thumb with the AWER and SPACE keys. The concept is simple. Perform an open heart surgery. Okay. Not that simple. If you're like me, dimwitted and stupid, you'll have a hell of a time trying to transplant a heart. Come on, you know you wanna try it.

Oh, and if anyone can beat this game, pics, video, anything. I wanna see it.
