In a small neighborhood an unexpected awakening is about to be heard. No news, no warning it just happened out of nowhere. 2:00 pm and thunderous boom happened in the backyard. There lies an angel in a silk blanket that looks like a regular teen.
Harper had been relaxing in her home, reading a book on the couch. When the thunderous boom sounded outside, the girl nearly jumped out of her skin. She put her book down nervously and went to the back door, stepping out to see what caused the sound. What she saw was not by any means expected. There was a boy there....no...not a boy....he looked like an Angel. He was wrapped in silk and everything. She started toward him slowly, rather timid about going near him.
When she went toward him his wings just bursts and he wakes up. He looks towards her and say, "What happen? Who am I? Where am I?" He is completely freaked out. Yet he made sure he was completely covered by the blanket.
Harper flinched when the Angel woke and looked at her, seemingly confused. She was just as confused as him, but kept calm. "Relax" she soothed and moved, kneeling down next to him slowly. "Are you okay? Are you hurt?" She asked, more concerned about if he was okay rather than how he got there. She was nervous, but he didn't seem like he would hurt her so she tried to relax herself.
"I don't think so." He says his blanket turned into a white shirt and jeans. He felt like he could trust her so he hugs. He says, "I am so scared I don't have any idea what is going on."
Harper flinched again when the boy suddenly hugged her, saying he was scared. She was hesitant at first, debating whether or not to pull away. In the end, she wrapped her arms around him gently and held him, now wondering how he got there in the first place. "Do you remember anything about how you got here?" She asked him, a bit curious. It was so odd, she just didn't understand how an Angel fell into her backyard.
"No I don't remember anything. I only opened my eyes and here I am. I don't want to be a lone in this confusing world. Please don't leave me. I will do anything please." He says as squeezes harder. He feels warm and comfortable as you and him were hugging.
Harper blushed lightly, holding him against her. She reached a hand up to stroke his hair gently for a moment. He really did seem confused and scared. "Don't worry, I won't leave you I promise" she soothed him, her voice soft as silk. "How about we go inside, it's a bit chilly out here" she offered and gave him a weak smile.
"Thank you for everything. I am not as scared when I am with you. Maybe its because you are beautiful inside and out." He says as he lets go of the hug and he is blushing as well. He stands and hold out his hand to help her get up.
Harper's blush deepened and she smiled up at him, allowing him to help her up. She wiped off her clothes and headed up to her house, leading the Angel inside. "I'm Harper" she told him. "Do you know your name? Or should I just call you Angel?".
