Want to sail the high seas? Want to board a ship and set of for the adventure of your dreams? Well then my friend I welcome you to join my crew of pirates. Okay you will be the first once that join my crew since I am new at this, but come on. You really want to be a pirate don’t you? Come on don’t lie to yourself, com and join me. Come down to the harbor as fast as you can. I will be waiting.

Plot:

Okay for all of you that read/watch or have the magic power to know what is going on in the One Piece world already know this. To all of you that don't know here is a basic rundown. Pirates go on an adventure to find treasurer (one piece). We are going to set sails to the dangerous destination known as grand line where we are going to start our search for the treasure we are searching for. During this travel we are going to encounter other pirates, the marine (bunch of assholes) and other people.

Devil Fruits:
These things are mystical fruits found in the world that can give the eater many different and varying kinds of strange and interesting abilities depending on the type and variation of the fruit itself. One down side, you loose the ability to swim (oh yes there had to be a draw back). Mostly found in Grand Line. There are three different types.

Zoan: The users of Zoan class Devil Fruits gain the ability to transform into an animal. The user can also transform into a human-beast hybrid form. There are Zoan Devil Fruits not only for common animals, but for prehistoric or ancient animals and mythological creatures as well. Ancient and mythological are rarer, but they are out there.

Logia:The rarest of the three classes, users of Logia class Devil Fruits gain the ability to transform themselves into an element. This is seen as the highest class of devil fruits. Logia users can move every part of their transformed bodies while in element form.

Paramecia: The most common of the three classes, users of Paramecia class Devil Fruits gain superhuman physical abilities or powers. Other users can alter features of their bodies or their environment. Finally, there are some users that can manipulate and generate some kinds of substances (wax, poison)

Grandline is a big line the goes all around the world, but you can simply sail in there. On both sides it is a outer line is know as the calm belt. Here there is now wind and the only life is sea monsters (so we are not going to try sailing over the calm belt).Well Grandline is not a place filled with nice kittens and everything is soft and nice. Grandline is actually called hell on the sea. The most powerful of pirates dwell here and so does also the Marine HQ. I will add more soon, but right now I don't see a reason to.

Fight from: A mix of his dragon part and lion.
Speed: Uses his dragon wings and goat legs to get up to high speeds.
Poison fangs: Henry transforms his mouth into that of a snake and if he gets in a bite he pumps you full of paralyzing venom.
Breath of the dragon: Henry inhales a deep breath and when he breaths out he breath flames

Bio: Henry was born in Grand line, but was sent to east blue to live with his grandparents after the marine killed his parents. The marine did not know the right before his parents where killed the feed Henry the chimera fruit. Henry lived a normal towns life and had a bunch of friends. Until one day when Henry got angry and he shape-shifted into a chimera and scared everyone away. Henry became a outcast after this and was called a monster. Henry then began dreaming of just running away from everything and sail the seas with people he could call his friends. When Henry turned 18 he decided to set this dream into reality and he is now looking for a crew for his pirate-ship. So he used his chimera abilities to take over a marine ship. He is now waiting for his crew to arrive.

Background:

The start of jasmines life was like any other childs, she laughed and played with her friend, what was not normal was where she lived; for she lived on drum island, the medical capital of the world. It was here like so many others that she began her training in the field of medicine, but unlike most her preferred treatments were not surgical but herbal, guided by the gentle hand of one of the few herbal healers on the island she learnt about the plants from around the world that had properties she could use. As the years passed she became more and more acquainted whit the plant and knowing where and how to gather them, it was on one of these journeys that she came across a strangely shaped creature which was half man half beast; and strangely to her it was kind and caring to the point of rescuing her from another wild beast. That was her first meeting with tony tony chopper, but it would not be her last, and it was soon to occur that tony would meet with jasmine every week and together they would talk and study more making him like a brother; and it was also chopper that found her half frozen in the snow the day after she had gone out, she had heard of a strange fruit that was seen growing on the side of the eastern peak. The fruit which she had found and eaten, due to hunger and desperation, had turned out to be a devil fruit; and so chopper having eaten one himself took her under his wing and taught her the basics of how devil fruits work.

It would be a year later when chopper left with the strawhat pirates, setting a desire in jasmine to also leave the island and see the world, even if it was to only gather new medical plants. At first Jasmine had tried to get into the navy and use them to explore the world, but they would not accept her and refused to take her on, so she began searching for another way; it turned out that such a way only existed through joining a pirate ship. Jasmine eventually joined the crew of a little known pirate, but instead of journeying around the world they were fleeing the grand line headed to the north blue. So it was that after passing the clam belt through the entire crew rowing they emerged into the north blue, after another month jasmine refused to continue with those people and jumped ship on the island they were at; she then walked to the town and started looking for a new ship and crew, eventually finding her current position.

This paramecia devil fruit changes the body of the one who eats it into a living plant, and through this grants its powers to them, unlike some fruits the physical appearance of the person does not change until they draw upon its powers. The primary clue that someone has eaten this fruit is that when drawing on the powers granted by the fruit their skin will turn a soft green colour and their eyes will turn black. Due to the nature of the fruit the user will have several passive abilities available even when not drawing on its powers, these are telepathic communication with plants, increased health and healing rate (increased when actively drawing power to point of re-growing a lost limb in about an hour, passive rate is roughly 4 times that of a normal human).

though due to the nature of the devil fruit the user has the same natural weaknesses that a plant has, weakness to fire, requires time in the sun each day and water to survive. to offset these weaknesses the user normally carries a canister of water with them, though they are able to spout root to gather water if desperate.

Techniques-
-plant body: the user is able to call upon different features from plants around the world and use their nature in their own body this is done by ‘growing’ the parts upon their body, though only 1 growth can appear at a time; Includes things like bark skin (increased defense) and vine limbs (flexible and stretchable limbs). Able to re-produce any special traits from the plant they have had contact with, including things like poisonous spores, and medicinal properties.

-plant body - weapons: the user is able to manipulate the natural aspects of their plant body to produce simple weapons. Thorn vine whip, poison spores, sleeping pods bombs, bark darts.

-plant control: by talking with a plant the user is able to ‘encourage’ it to grow as they want.

-plant maximization: the user is able to ‘change’ the plant bringing out all its hidden potential, including things like natural thorns or hardness

Bio: Lex was raised in a small fishing village by the sea, he used to go out fishing with his parents and he loved the sea and always dreamed of spending his life sailing around and having adventures. Unfortunately those dreams were shattered at a young age when a huge, almost unnatural, tidal wave obliterated the village, only Lex and a handful of others survived.

He was rescued by the navy and taken to join a junior navy academy where he learned to basics of maritime practise and became an excellent map reader. When he reached the age of 15 he was locked out of the academy because the government refused to pay his tuition and so Lex was forced onto the streets, fortunately he was taken in by a group of pickpockets and thieves who taught him to free run and climbing skills as well as how to use a knife in a fight.

Powers/skills:The Sei Sei fruit is a Paramencia that changes a person's gender in three stages, Tally's abilities based on level are as follows: Level 1: She turns into a man, she is taller(5'9"), more agile and athletic, faster and stronger. She also gets angry faster and her personality becomes more manly.

Level 2: She is stronger, even taller (6'2") her fuse is almost non existant, she is sarcastic and comsiders herself 100% man at this point.

Level 3: She stands at a solid 7'6", insanely strong, insanely violent, resulting to violence on sight and speaks in only grunts earning him the nickname "Berzerker"

Skills: Metal Typhoon: She uses her anchor to get more momentum as she spins, until she hits someone.

Steel Shotput: She goes into Level 2 and throws her anchor, usually knocking out or doing heavy damage to her opponent.

Iron Insanity: She goes into Level 3 and simply looses her mind on her opponent.

Bio: Tally grew up on a small island in the north sea, raised by a Naval Captain named Narahl who traveled constantly. He took her everywhere, teaching her how to chart stars, read weather patterns, and navagate through the toughest of storms. However, one day they landed on an island in the Eastern sea, they were hunting a fisherman who had stolen a Devil fruit from the navy. The fruit was said to make people change into monsters with no moral compass what so ever. Being sixteen at the time, Narahl allowed her to join the search, although he didn't think she'd really find him. The fisherman, Kranik was found hiding in a small shack inside of cave. She was surprised at how easily he handed over the fruit, all she had to do was ask, it was unnerving but not as much as the fact that he gave her a giant anchor.

As she ran to tell her father, she grew intensely hungry and in a moment of completely idiocy she bit into the Sei Sei fruit, and it's abilities poured into her. She returned to her father empty handed, and waited for them to reach the next port, where she ran away believing she had completely failed the man who raised her.

-Human-Human Fruit: By consuming the fruit, Smokey has been given human intelligence, allowing him to understand and communicate in human language. The fruit has also given Smokey the ability to perceive concepts that a panther would not comprehend. It also allows him to transform into human/panther hybrid forms. Naturally, he also has the three forms that come along with it - the Walk Point, Brain Point, and Heavy Point.
-Sniping: If one's dream is to be the best at something, mustn't that person also be proficient at what he or she is aiming for? In a nutshell, he's really good at using guns.
-Close Quarters Combat: If one only relies on long-mid range-weaponry, they should have some sort of 'out' if they get cornered. Used in conjunction with his Heavy Point and Walk Point forms
-Predatory Perceptions: Being a natural apex predator, he has the enhanced sight, smell, and hearing of one.
Bio: Hunter, or Smokey as he's most commonly called, was the pet of the previous World's Best Sniper. That is, until the 2nd Best Sniper offed him and became the new World's Best Sniper. Coincidentally this all occurred in the same town Henry's grandparents lived in, but before Henry came to town. After being left ownerless, he was taken in by a certain old person couple. However, before he was taken in by Henry's granparents, and before his 'true' master was offed, Hunter was just a regular panther cub living in the forest outside of town. His life would turn out to be fairly regualr for the first few years, until his old owner came along with a Human Human Fruit. Naturally, things wouldn't have been very interesting if he just remained a regular panther, and so, the Devil Fruit fell out of the wagon and was quickly consumed by Hunter. And so the epic tale of being a housecat/butler began, and despite getting off on a rocky start, the two became family to each other... and then he died, like I said earlier.

Thus, vowing to avenge him and become the Best Sniper, Hunter decided to take up sniping, and began a search for a pirate ship... Too bad nobody wanted to hire him on grounds of not being a person. Luckily, his new owners happened to have a grandson with similar interests....

Name: Marley Hodgekins "The Grubber"

Age: 31
Personality: Marley's behavior ranges from placid to boisterous, though he is usually on the louder side of the scale. He's a follower rather than a leader and can be fiercely loyal to his leader. He is also superstitious and suspicious of womenfolk.
Looks: Marley looks older than he really is, probably because of his disheveled clothing and posture. He has dirty brown hair that's somewhere in-between straight and curly and grey-green eyes. Marley is a burly fellow, but short in stature at only 5'4".
Role: Chef
Skills: Marley can pack a hefty wallop with pretty much anything he finds in the galley. Just as a fine swordsman understands the balance of his sword, Marley knows how hard to throw a pot to give someone a concussion. He can make a decent meal out of pretty much anything and brags that once the ship was blockaded for a week and he fed everybody shoes and sails that tasted like game hen. But Marley is also skilled at storytelling, and sometimes seems to believe his own wild yarns.
Bio: Marley grew up on a farm with nine brothers and three sisters. He was born somewhere in the middle, and his mom was constantly pulling together huge meals from almost nothing. Farm life never appealed to Marley, so when he turned 16 he left to become a sailor.
Marley got his sea legs quickly. As a youngster, it was his job to secure the rigging from above. It was okay work, but he was far from happy with the food. It tasted alright, but the portions were scanty. Much smaller than he had received at home, though there was more available to eat here. Fed up, Marley stormed into the galley, pushed the skinny cook aside, and made the noonday meal. The captain was more pleased than the cook, and Marley got a change of jobs. He acquired his nickname of "The Grubber," on account of his being in charge of the grub.

Personality: A very carefree girl, Mia lets those around her decide everything. She'd much rather let everyone around her freak out over things and deal with dangerous situations and leave her to play her music, but she is definitely a person you can count on in the most dire of situations. She'll get serious when she has to, usually when her crew is in danger of dying, and never before that. She is also a romantic at heart, letting her emotion become the template for her music

-Obviously she is skilled with a variety of instruments, but her specialty is the guitar combined with her singing.

-Guitar of tricks: Her guitar isn't simply a guitar, but it's a holster for a sword, bombs, a rifle, and several other weapons that she can fit into both the guitar case and the actual guitar. The rifle and blade would be in the neck, the tuning pegs would each be able to be used as throwing needles, the body of the guitar could hold bombs and even guns as well.

Bio: Mia has always been a girl with a talent in music. From the age of five whatever instrument she was given, she would not only learn it within a few days, she would be able to play original songs on it quite well. She first traveled the seas as a musician, taking the job of entertainer for pirate and marine crews alike, playing in docks they stopped at, and basically just playing music for money wherever she could. She learned to handle herself with the help of the crews she traveled with, and took a liking to fighting as much as she liked music.

It wasn't until the crew she was traveling with getting killed that made her hate violence. She had taken a liking to the captain, and on the night their shared affection had become known to each other, he was killed. This basically made her hate violence in any form and she tries to stay away from it as much as possible now.

Gender: Male
Age: 27
Role: Carpenter

Personality: Coda has more than a few screws loose. He seems like he can hold a normal conversation at first, but the longer one talks to him, the more apparent it is he isn’t quite there. He believes he is possessed by a ghost who whispers things to him. As such, some of the things he says or does might seem strange. When his ghost is quiet, he is more normal, speaking concisely and calmly. He has an obsessive compulsion regarding fixing things he can repair. He is quite professional, and is a good person at heart despite his typical state of mind.

Looks: Coda is pretty huge for a normal person, being more than eight feet tall and quite broad. He has a muscular physique from his profession. His hair is lengthy, forming pointed ends around the bottom of his neck, and framing his forehead in the front. He has black eyes, a flat nose, and a wide mouth, typically grimacing. Sticking out of his head above his eyebrow is a jagged piece of metal from an accident. He typically wears short-sleeve shirts and suspenders, his tools in his many pockets, and arm’s reach away. He favors his dark red boots, quite worn.

Bio: Born the heir of Streamline, the North Blue’s largest shipbuilding company. Coda was taught the ins and outs of ships since he was young. He had a natural wonder for it, but not the affinity, working hard to learn and master his talents. It was his work and hobby: and he loved it so. Such a man who enjoyed ships would be perfect for taking over Streamline, many thought. However, and accident made that difficult. When a shipment of metal sheets ended up slipping from the pulley system taking them off their ship, one of them was cut, and a shard went straight into Coda’s skull. He was hospitalized, and it was a wonder he was still alive and functioning. However, the piece couldn’t likely be removed by anything short of a genius. At first, it seemed like it didn’t detriment Coda at all, but he seemed to be...off. His dialogue became strange, but the real turning point was when he got into a simple bar brawl. He changed, using his brawn for better then he used to, leaving no man standing, without getting a scratch himself. He was worried, and decided to travel to find a genius who could remove the metal in his head and fix him.

Powers/skills: Coda is a skilled shipwright, and likes to test his skills and expand his horizons. With enough time and materials, he could likely build a fully functioning warship. In combat however is where his real talent shines. He has amazing battle sense, mastering the flow of combat in seconds. He could likely defeat a countless number of normal Marine soldiers provided he had the energy, but despite his strength, he is generally not as effective against single, powerful foes, Fruit users in particular.

I want to say we are doing this in a cannon universe, but not go so hard into it that people that don't watch one piece can still enjoy themselves. For the time period. I will say post time (let's just hope Luffy did not find the one piece)

no he hasn't but it means HQ is in second half of grand line, smoker and other powerful people in second half; though the ice man is no longer in navy, white beard is dead and certain other people are in different places/power levels.

Powers/skills:The Sei Sei fruit is a Paramencia that changes a person's gender in three stages, Tally's abilities based on level are as follows: Level 1: She turns into a man, she is taller(5'9"), more agile and athletic, faster and stronger. She also gets angry faster and her personality becomes more manly.

Level 2: She is stronger, even taller (6'2") her fuse is almost non existant, she is sarcastic and comsiders herself 100% man at this point.

Level 3: She stands at a solid 7'6", insanely strong, insanely violent, resulting to violence on sight and speaks in only grunts earning him the nickname "Berzerker"

Skills: Metal Typhoon: She uses her anchor to get more momentum as she spins, until she hits someone.

Steel Shotput: She goes into Level 2 and throws her anchor, usually knocking out or doing heavy damage to her opponent.

Iron Insanity: She goes into Level 3 and simply looses her mind on her opponent.

Bio: Tally grew up on a small island in the north sea, raised by a Naval Captain named Narahl who traveled constantly. He took her everywhere, teaching her how to chart stars, read weather patterns, and navagate through the toughest of storms. However, one day they landed on an island in the Eastern sea, they were hunting a fisherman who had stolen a Devil fruit from the navy. The fruit was said to make people change into monsters with no moral compass what so ever. Being sixteen at the time, Narahl allowed her to join the search, although he didn't think she'd really find him. The fisherman, Kranik was found hiding in a small shack inside of cave. She was surprised at how easily he handed over the fruit, all she had to do was ask, it was unnerving but not as much as the fact that he gave her a giant anchor.

As she ran to tell her father, she grew intensely hungry and in a moment of completely idiocy she bit into the Sei Sei fruit, and it's abilities poured into her. She returned to her father empty handed, and waited for them to reach the next port, where she ran away believing she had completely failed the man who raised her.

interesting idea, though i haven't really heard of a 4 headed chimera before.
