Mutant Power: Blood bending. (the control of yours or someone elses blood, but to keep it from being over powered he can only control blood after it exits the body, that said he can cut you and drain alot of it. then turn it into a weapon, hardening it, he can make blades whips, all kinds of weapons. )
Personality: Dark, cold, Alex is a violent sociopath who has no care for life.

Typically the user can’t raise the dead, however some can revive people if they have very recently died. Small wounds will regenerate new tissue, large wounds like missing limbs and broken bones need to be put back together if the injury is fresh, or they can be regenerated by advanced healers.
Personality: Shy, kind, timid, soft-spoken, hates violence, crys easily, loves helping, can be oblivious at times, faithful, loyal, trusts very easily.

It frightened her father and even though she had cured him, he cast her out. She was taken to an orphanage where she kept to herself, never really talking to the others because she was afraid what they would do if they found out. And find out they did when she healed a girls broken arm after she fell out of a tree. Alicen was even more alone then, the other kids avoiding her like the plague. When she turned seventeen, she got a part-time job working at a cafe, hoping she could save up enough money to buy herself an apartment and leave the orphanage for good.
