Your basic horror film:
A group of friends are traveling cross country over the summer. They stop in a small town, stay in the motel. It turns out that something haunts the town, keeping all that live there living in fear and keeping outsiders out. It haunts the newcomers in terrifying ways.

Could you allow for a Supernatural (The show) take on this, where one or more of the people is practiced in the art of Ghost Hunting? If so, I'd love to play the part. I would be able to drag it out quite easily for the sake of story progression, and you as the GM could through some roadblocks in my way, of course :)
