Wreck-it Ralph inspired

So I watched this for the 17th bazzilion time and have come up with a great number of questions to start a game here. What happens when you are re-plugged? How did Turbo escape his game, who gave him the code to the code? Are there other Wreck-it Ralphs, and do they have the same issues as the one featured in the movie? What about creepyspaghetti games, how are they involved? I want to go to another arcade and see what goes on there... but I won't be going alone.
