Here's Your Chance to be a Hero! (Original Fantasy World)

Hey folks. I have an idea to start a fantasy RP involving "rookie" adventurers. Basically your character would see a flyer or poster somewhere recruiting "green as grass" adventurers for a mysterious, yet profitable, venture.

As for the world this takes place in - that I have a few ideas about but am definitely open to input. One thing is for sure: I want to start small and simple. Keep the action confined to a small village or town. The world can build as we expand outward. A couple things I was thinking:

• There will be magic, but I am thinking it will be extremely limited, no super-mages to start out
• In terms of races, definitely human and maybe one or two of the other traditional high fantasy ones. Again, I'm thinking the simpler the better to start out.

Again, feel free to let me know if you have any constructive thoughts. The real fun of this will be taking a character and building them from the ground up.

This looks sweet. Eh i'd say you should do no typical fantasy races you should make it all your own.

Eh, what the heck? I'll bite. sounds fun, start small, the fate of a village, end up saving the world....(If you understand my thought train here...)
