Humans have had a animal companion for centuries, may it be for work, companionship, or even just business, animals and humans have always had something to do with one another. The human race could love and cherish these less intellectual creatures, or simply be cruel. Life as animals and humans know it change on the day of December 21st, 2012 though. A strange glowing meteor crashes into the earth, releasing a strange chemical all over the earth. This made some humans sick but otherwise they were fine, the animals however started to change. They grew smarter, faster, stronger, even started talking in which everyone could understand. And they obtained a strange power of the elements. Humans were fascinated by such a outcome, and reacted by doing experiments, putting these animals to work for their own selfish desires. One animal though, by the name of Zafric, rose up in rebellion four years later. He gathered animals across the world to form his own army against the humans and is bent on vengeance to destroy humanity s the world would be once again a animal kingdom. For years, war has gone on, and the animal army had managed to take over africa, europe, and mexico. With heir newfound strength and intelligence, the humans were having a hard timee dealing with the amount of animal forces. But where there are animals who hate humans, there are those who love them as well. Mostly of those known as pets. The domesticated animals rose and formed a organization known as PETA to defend the humansand help with the war effort to halt enemy forces. 40 years after the change and the war continues, but who will be the victor in the end? Will humanity live on? Or perish to bring forth a animal kingdom?
So yes, basically, we will be playing as animals (mostly domesticated animals). So anyway, rules.
1. No godmod or powerplay. 2. TRY too give everyone a turn to reply. Don't want to see two people go back and forth for five pages. Just isn't fair. So at least wait two posts from others before posting. 3. You can play as a human, perhaps a friend of a animal character, but this isn't so focused on them. You can play some zoo animals, but those need special permission. This battle is supposed to be hard on PETA due to being up against several kinds of animals. (Domestic, wild, etc)) 4. The most powerful elemental powers are Fire, Water, Air, aand Earth. (Besides Light and Dark but those powers are extremely rare. So far only Zafric has a power. Light. Other powers are lower class but still can be a worthy fight. Their sort of like sub powers to the main. For example)like in avatar, lightning sub fire, metal sub earth, ice sub water and so on. They could have quite a few powers, but they have to be related to a main element. 5. Try to think of limitations for the power, they cant all be perfect. 6. At least a paragraph in a post. 7. Have fun. 8. Oh! And most of the animals believe in a entity known as Amaranth. A great being who created the first animals to live. Some species may call them by a different name, but the entity is the same for all (unless they don't believe. But this entitiy will play a important part)

My CS
Name: Rika
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Species: Cat
Appearance: A small liethe bright fiery ginger feline with bright dark blue eye. Unlike most, her legs were made of metal, having robotic legs with a red robotic right eye. She is muscular but quite fast. Her teeth are also made of metal.
Personality: She is most of the time pretty quiet, cold and calculating and one of the top agents of PETA. Up to Commander status, Rika takes her job seriously and expects the same with the rest of her fellow agents. Despite her usual cold and serious attitude, she does care for others and is willing to lend a helping paw. Most seem to find her utterly terrifying though.
History: Her life didn't start out very well. As a kit, she was hit by a car leaving her in serious injuries. Most just left her to die until human scientists picked her up and sent her to the labs. There they tormented her with experiments that eventually made her mildly insane. Her legs and eye were replaced with robotic parts, a experiment to recreate limbs for humans. It was successful, her legs almost exactly like a cats legs, minus fur and even managed to recreate the unsheathing and sheathing claws. One day, she escaped, killing a few scientists along the way before ending up in the world unknown to her. At first, she thought about joining Zafric's army due to humans being cruel to her, but one day a human crippled woman found her and took her in.
The human was in a wheelchair all her life and Rika felt a connection with her, a bond between human and animal. Since then, she was in the care of the human and she realized not all humans were evil. Though she still hates scientists. As the war grew fiercer and humans were losing, she decided to join PETA at the age of eleven. So she would be able to master her skills and protect her human friend from being slaughtered.
Power: Fire. Her body is surrounded by a powerful flame to make her look like a fireball, unfortunately all her attacks are melee instead of any range. She can choose what she burns and can make the flames spread, but she always has to be careful with fire.
Strength: She is very quick, agile, and stealthy like most of her kind are. She can see in the dark. Her flames make up her brute strength.
Weakness: Also she is fast, she isn't physically strong which she has to make up with her elemental power. Water also quenches her flames and her flames hardly effect rock. Wind is simply dangerous because it may cause her flames to spread out of control.
Likes: Her owner, fish, the moon and stars, the sun
Dislikes: scientists, cruel people, those who slaughter for fun

Name: Commander Mira
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Species: White Tiger
Appearance: A massive build with deep scars littering her body, a claw scar going across her face. Two fangs slightly poke out from her jaws, making her look sort of like a saber. Her left ear has a cut on it, her paws are large and she has ice blue eyes. Her right back leg is slightly gimp, making her limp as she walks.
Personality: A strong willed spirit who is fearsome in battle and appearance, but has a heart of gold. Although she is usually a bit on edge due to being in the force since she was but a cub and has faced many battles. Although, despite her powerful strength, she really doesn't enjoy fighting. She is pretty playful and enjoys scaring recruits since she is oddly a very large animal in the force. Best friends with Commander Rika, she also enjoys teasing the half mechanical cat.
History: Mira was actually born on the Zafric's side, her parents being one of the bests the army. During PETA's battle against one of Zafric's camps. Headmaster Fury, who was Commander at the time, found her. Instead of killing the cub, she took her in after the parents retreated. Despite what happened, Mira never felt ill will toward PETA and although she was teased among the other pets, she kept her held high. Through the battles, she gained many scars, and her leg was brutally mauled that led her handicapped. Now she is more of a Support on a team.
Power(Explain the specifics): Water. She has the ability to control water from the water around her, including in the air. Often she can encase enemies within large water spheres to drown them, or use streams as whips. It also can have a strong healing property. Her attacks are mostly defensive instead of offensive, so they are not very powerful.
Strength: Water. Brute strength and sharp claws and fangs. Intimidating.
Weakness: The power of earth usually dismisses her powers, she isn't very fast due to her gimp leg and she usually doesn't really want to fight.
Likes: Fish, making friends, Rika

Name: Headmaster Fury
Age: 50
Gender: Female
Species: Wolf
Appearance: Large and muscular with jet black fur with a left amber eye while her right is a pale blue, indicating it is blind. Her left ear is completely torn off and battle scars litter her body.
Personality: Harsh and demanding, she expects her orders to be followed to the max and will not hesitate to discipline her agents. Often she is very feared from the enemy and her own agents. Best not get on her bad side.
History: N/A
Power: Lightning, a part of the power fire, she is able to manipulate the flow of electricity from machines to her own natural ability. Although her power is deadly and dangerous, it zaps her energy quickly and can over fuse if she over does it.
Strength: Powerful physically, and has powerful elemental power. She is clever and trains hard and works her agents hard as well.
Weakness: she isn't very fast, and she can over fuse when using too much of elemental energy.
