Personality:
Dags is your average high school teenager, she goes to school, hangs out with friends, struggles with math. Okay, so maybe a few things are a little different, first, Dags is apart of this mystery solving team by the name of ---------------------- (not sure if you had a name picked out). It seems a good majority of her time outside of school is spent in some spooky setting, her friends insisting that they solve whatever mystery that they've manage to stumble upon. Dags hates the supernatural and has a natural fear of... well... almost anything that has to do with walking around a dark creepy mansion or boat house or whatever they find during the night. Dags loves animals and shows this by swearing off red meat, fur, leather and any other thing that may be offensive to animal lovers. She knows that her friends would never really put her in a situation where she could get hurt, but she is often used for bait in order to lure whatever creep they may be attempting to catch at the time.

Skills:
Dags is incredibly fast and agile, especially when fear is leading the way. Because of her small stature she's capable of hiding easily in places that most could never fit. Dags is quite skilled at disguises, capable of sewing and often makes the costumes for the school plays. She's also willing to help her friends out whenever something rips.

Personality: Troy comes off as cocky, arrogant and a little self-centered. However, when one gets to know him he’s rather sensitive, laid-back and good hearted. Considered to be one of the more popular and good looking boy’s in school this only adds to his ego. Image and appearance is everything to Troy and I guess you can say he is a little self-obsessed and vein. Despite his good looks and popularity Troy is rather dim-witted when it comes to academical studies. He is very loyal and protective towards his friends however. Other than football, Troy as a rather unusual hobby. During his free time, he spends time with a small group of fellow high school students who specify in solving weird and spooky mysteries.

Personality: Stephaun is calm and intelligent. He is often quiet when in deep thought, but he's very talkative when around his friends. He's very confident when it comes to his work and his knowledge, but he lacks confidence when it comes to his appearance, and he is shy when talking to attractive women.

Skills: Hacking, lock picking, researching, piecing information together, cooking, and fixing machines.

Likes: He loves solving mysteries, expanding his knowledge, and being around his friends. He also loves playing video games.

Dislikes: He dislikes bigots.

Personality: Tara has a bit of a reputation for being a prima donna, stemming from her vanity and insistence that she is going to be a huge actress one day. Around her peers in the school drama club, for which she is desperately trying to become President, she is not especially well-liked as she believes everyone in the club should be giving more than one hundred percent. She always auditions for the school plays and gets upset if she isn't the leading lady. It is because she is so passionate that she takes things a bit too far sometimes. Tara over-reacts to just about everything from a bad grade on a test to a rumbling stomach. Her hobby/love of acting is what caused her to get involved with the mystery thing, with the idea of using the experience to pull from life in a future horror movie.

Skills:

Improvisation/Acting
-Due to her love of acting and her participation in the drama club, Tara is skilled at thinking on the fly and talking fast. She can don any costume (with complaints if they are ugly) and will play the part to the best of her abilities.

Lock-picking
-She doesn't like to admit it, but she learned something from her brother. Such as how to pick a lock with some household items.

Acrobatics
-She once took ballet class and was a cheerleader in middle school. Tara retains some of the ability from those, being able to climb/jump and use her limberness to squeeze through narrow openings.

Likes: Performing, classical dance, her fellow club members, going out for sushi with her family/friends

Dislikes: The supporting role, time-wasting activities like television and video games, laziness

Fears: Other than the fear of not landing a role in a movie, Tara fears three things. Heights. Every type of insect. And drowning.

However, the mysteries here, are more real then you think.

This is an AU based on the Scooby-doo Mystery Incorporated tv series.
The only things different from the series, are the characters and the mysteries.

Oh yeah. Did I mention that Werewolves, Vampires and other famous creatures are real?

> First and foremost, this is a casual RP, meaning at least 5 sentences, decent grammar, no god-mods, and no meta-gaming (having
your character know something they normally wouldn't.).
> In every RP I’ve been in, we've typed in third Person. And this RP will be typed in third Person. (IE: No "I" unless the character is
talking, Past tense, etc. “Bob walked to the door" rather then "I walk to the door" or "Bob walks to the door")
> No run-on sentences. Your sentence can be five-lines long, but it still counts as a single sentence. Please, no run-ons.

It's a Friday afternoon, middle of summer. The sun is beginning to set over Crystal Cove Beach. The beach is still crowded, and people are doing beach things. Playing volley-ball, surfing, building sand castles.

All seems calm, until a large pirate ship pulls close to shore. Fog rolls in, and a horrible sound is heard, resembling that of rattling bones and ghostly screams. Everyone stops and looks towards the sea, trying to understand whats going on.

Then, skeletal hands rise from the sands, pulling beach-goers under. Some run, some scream, and some don't leave the beach.

It's Saturday, the next day. The gang has decided to head to the beach for some summer fun, not yet hearing about the incident before. As they arrive, they see the Sheriff, and some police officers.
