Profile:
Aura ran through the dimly lit streets of a city she couldn't remember the name of. She was having trouble remembering a lot of things, such as anything about herself besides her first name, and the mission she was sent to complete. She didn't even recall what she was doing up until she began running, in fact, as though she were in a dream that had began a mere thirty seconds ago.
This wasn't a dream, though. Aura bit the inside of her right cheek to make sure. This was real life, and her mission was do or die. She knew her target wasn't going to go easy on her, just as she felt there was no way she could go easy on him. It was like the intention was programmed into her, just like his profile. There was a man's face burned into her memory. She knew she had to find him, and take him down by any means necessary. But where - she stopped and wondered - could he possibly be in this entire city?
Walking into the middle of the road, her black eyes scanned the area. A typical neighborhood surrounded her, but she couldn't sense a single other soul around her. It was as though the entire city had been evacuated, the people leaving everything as it was the instant it was time to go.
