2015 is the year in the current world that we all live in, this horrid planet. 1998 was only the beginning of Bio-Terrorism from Umbrella. We thought it could be stopped but we were wrong. The outbreak, if you could call it that was only the beginning for the super-power known as Umbrella. Raccoon City fell to politics as the nuclear blast cleansed what the government thought was the only known headquarters of Umbrella. Little did the US government was that Umbrella had four other labs in three other countries. The battle began slow, Umbrella taking over small, unknown islands with no real value. Moving onto small cities and eventually whole countries. 2004 was a turning point in the Bio-War, The Survivors employed a special forces team to use Guerrilla Warfare against Umbrella. Seven special groups began to even the odds, taking out factories and various laboratories controlled by Umbrella. 2005 was the collapse of civil life, looting raping and stealing began, and the breakdown of government quickly came afterwords. Ten years later, the United States is a desolate shell of its former state, barren land and ghost towns claimed the country. Umbrella controlled much of the western land, taking base in Los Angeles, California. Two other groups also remained present in the United States. The Neutral Familia, basing in New York however, they tended to keep to their own and stay away from business with Umbrella in specific. The other group called themselves the Coalition for Freedom against Bio-Terrorism, or in short COFAB. They station themselves in Texas, their main city/fortress in Austin. Among their ranks are survivors or Raccoon City and former Umbrella special operatives. Chris Redfield, Leon Kennedy and many others help run the city and their military. The COFAB controls most of military products, though this means nothing when Umbrella controls a massive army of Bio-Organic Weaponry. Now is the time to take the fight to the menace who brought the entire world to their knees. The Coalition city is putting together and elite group of members to take down Umbrella with extreme force. This is our story.

September 8th 2003- STF helps finish first establishment of Coalition City. September 10th 2003- Neutral Headquarters also finished. October 17th 2003- Umbrella nears end of construction of their Headquarters. December 1st 2003- C-Virus B.O.W attacks Coalition City, fails in destroying city. March 2nd 2004- Special Task Force engages first assignment against Umbrella in Oklahoma. March 7th 2004- STF successfully destroys a small lab operated by Umbrella. May 5th 2004- STF successfully destroys seventh lab, begins evening odds against Umbrella. May 17th 2004- Claire Redfield killed in Umbrella operation, Chris Redfield vows to avenge her death. May 29th 2004- Umbrella's Wolf Pack disbands, members split into different loyalties.
July 4th 2004[/B]- C-Virus B.O.W's released into US, begin ravaging survivors. November 7th 2005- Wesker personally attacks and destroys Coalition City, rebuilding begins. August 15th 2010- Five quite years pass, first attack reported in Coalition City. July 15th 2012- Coalition City allies with the Neutral Familia. July 17th 2012- Neutral Familia leader joins Coalition City. August 7th 2012- Coaltion City begans process for Elite Task Squad. October 27th 2014- The Elite Task Squad is founded, leaded not yet picked. January 4th 2015- Leader is chosen for the Elite Squadron.
Neutral Familia Leader is reserved, as well as control of the character "Rain" from the movies.

To say Naomi is reserved and overtly casual would be an accurate description of the slender-framed brunette. The daughter of an Italian mother and a Polish father born and raised in Colorado, Naomi has a knack for all things outdoorsy, sporty or otherwise. Raised with two brothers on a small ranch, the brunette learned to grow up able to wrestle steer, her brothers and life with a smile on her face. Not one for fancy gadgets or anything too technologically advanced, Naomi actually has a hard time with computers and electronic gadgets; but she could fix your truck no problem. Family oriented, Naomi spent much time with her family up until she left for College and eventually moved out. After moving to Yellowstone, Naomi became a bit of a hermit -biding her time in her log cabin two hours from the nearest town doing her research or hiking the Montana wilds.
An animal person at heart, Naomi can be a bit fickle in her comparisons between the human world and that of the animal. She greatly revered and adored the Indian cultures and has taken many of their life lessons to heart. It can often be expected of Naomi to make remarks like "May the eagle guide you" or "Hunt like the puma, but be wise like the owl" or other off-hand remarks. She's not necessarily spiritual, but she does consider some things sacred and others cursed, and in the occasional taboo.
Since the outbreak, Naomi has evolved into a more ruthless, analytical person. Still with good-nature at heart, and always having a smile to share, Naomi knows how to get things done, and how to get people to listen to her. While mostly a free-spirited individual, Naomi holds the bonds of friendship and family in great regard and considers those she looks after as her 'Pack' and will fight for them even after death. Naomi is particularly fond of children and often shares stories with them -be that of her personal life or perhaps sharing a tribal legend.
Naomi knows how to be harsh, and despite her often cheery personality, will more often then not come off as a hard-ass bitch on first impression. She's cunning, intelligent and quick tongued and her wise, experienced exterior tells that she's had her share of hardships and she's one you can trust, even if she seems a bit mysterious at first. Excellent at the art of raw survival, Naomi has put her knowledge of herbs (Both learned from experience, study or from tribal remedies) and survival instincts to good use. Having lived in Montana to her own devices, she's well equipped to surviving when you only have the clothes on your back and the shoes on your feet. To which she put these skills to good work when she founded and built the Neutral Familia camp.

Naomi is skilled with a wide array of weapons, from a chainsaw to a woodcutter's axe to a .50 caliber rifle. She carries with her, and expertly wields, a fireman's axe to which she modified to both sturdy it and add more precision and a sawed-off double barrel shotgun. She also carries with her a hunter's knife, a pocket knife and a magnum.She usually carries around a backpack with a water bottle, a bottle of water purifying drops, a length of rope, flares (x2), and a few packs of emergency blankets.
