Simple, nominate the person above you to any position you think would fit him/her by saying "I nominate the person above (or name) as (insert position)."
It could be something that we all know like, "I nominate Sora as the Queen of RPG." or other like, "I nominate Sherlock as Spam's Vocab detective."
Actually you don't have to actually nominate the person above you, just nominate anyone you can think of.
