The New Titans
Backstory: The year is 2010, and As the old teen titans have said their good-byes, leaving there separate ways. It was all in peace. But, when the JLA was building their base on the moon, they found something... Something that should have been destroyed a long time ago. The old teen titans quickly figured out what happened to the JLA, but due to aging, is forced with the only option left, a new team of Titans.

Name: Jocob Delphiki (he does not respond to this name)
Code name: "Wraith"
Age: 15
Appearance: Unknown, probably Greek. He has a aura of dark energy, and a grey-black smoke oozes out of his cloak. He has white glowing eyes, which are the only thing seem of his face.
Casual wear: He is never seen without his cloak, and no one has seen under it. He keeps it this way, and is paranoid about stealth.
Personality: A chaotic and secretive person, some wonder why he is not a villain. The simple truth to this is his incredible sense of guilt. Something in his past must have been so devastating to him that it caused him to be so secretive. He is dark and brooding, often heard muttering silently to himself. However in combat he is a device warrior, often using his powers to the fullest to get the job done. He can sometimes snap at his own team, especially when they try to dig into his past. When this occurs he can be very unpredictable and even sometimes violent. However, he believes in protecting the innocent and tries to avoid killing civilians.

Bio(Doesn't have to be HUGE.) : Jacob Delphiki was born in Greece, to two loving parents. He had a younger brother, and he grew a strong attachment to him. He protected his little brother at school, often coming home bruised and beaten for defending his sibling. This continued until about high school, when a thief tried to rob his brother. The thief ended accidentally killing Jacobs brother, and severely injured Jacob. He was consumed by hatred, and his power started to become apparent. He ended up hunting down and killing the thief and his family, and brutally tortured them before accepting their pleas for death. He soon realized what he was becoming, and swore to make up for it. So he saved up the money and managed to get a plane ride to America. In order to hide up his scars and identity he always wore a cloak, and his constant use of dark powers made him leak a black smoke.
Family: A brother, the only definite object known to anyone. He talks of his brother in a past tense, hinting his sibling is dead.
Powers:
Warping and manipulating fear - he uses this power to strike fear in his enemies, as he believes that using fear, one can beat an enemy before one even enters combat.
Energy Drain - uses rarely, and drains the life of all nearby life forms in an area, killing them. This energy is then transferred to him, making him heal, or become more powerful. He does not like to use it because he dislikes harming innocent.
Teleport - not very exact, can jump from one location to another, this however has a range of about 20 meters.
Skills:
Intelligence - he is a very smart fellow
Wrath / Battle rage - his smoke will, turn red, an he will be twice as powerful. However it lasts only about 3-4 minutes, and leaves him drained and weak.
Role in the team: the OP can choose, I really don't care. (But make it make sense please and not interested in 2nd command or leadership)
Anything else?: No character is to know his original name, just his nickname (code name as it is called here) they also do not know his race or backstory.
Weaknesses:
Revenge - often goes a but too far here
Spontaneous Outbursts - sometimes will be very violent arround team
Not physically strong - his power is great. But his physical stenght is lacking. Although he does has enought to fight, it's not his speciality.
Uncharismatic bore - too much revenge and hate to be adored or loved.
Predictability - once angered, easily sets him into a pedicable rage, can be lead into traps.
Power overload - if he uses too much power at one time, he may overload. I will kill him and all life within a 1/2 mile radius. However he is very good at monitoring how much power he uses.

Accepted, and when you mean by life drain. Don't use it even more than 5. use it like 2 or 3.....

Life drain is to literally suck out the life energy from nearby sources, takin their energy and transferring it to oneself.
For example:
Person is low on health, uses life drain
All persons nearby are sucked of their life slowly over a period of time, eventually turning to dust.
Their life energy is takin in by the caster and used to boost his health.

Just don't use it in every battle. Use it rarely. and I mean RARELY.

Energy drain? Obviously. It's a backup, used rarely because if allies are near they will die too. He cannot control who is being killed. Instead he uses fear manipulation to make enemies terrified, and lose control. They are literally consumed by fear. Of course this is not Infinite, and only lasts a 30 seconds to a minute, and cannot work against main bosses (would be too easy). He is basically the chaotic good, with a darker twist.
