:rolleyes: I don't eat enough sugary products to cause that kind of sugarhigh, and this isn't just an occasional thing. This is my normal sleep pattern.
Try some all natural Melatonin gummies.
Melatonin is what your body creates at night to make you tired so you can sleep. If your sleep schedule is out of whack then these will (hopefully) help your body to start making melatonin at the right times again.

How much physical activity do you get in a day?
I used to have the same problem.
Chamomile tea. I can drink a cup and get sleepy off of it. It also helps with nightmares.
It is decidedly so.
