Catgirl and Vampire (SilverRain and ZeroFighter)

"Meow?" went Kita as she listened to the sounds. Kita was a catgirl who was on guard duty for her village. She had to protect it from the humans, because the humans would try to capture the Felinians for slavery or circus entertainment. Kita stood up tall on the tree branch and her ears swiveled in the direction of the running footsteps. The catgirl gave chase, thinking that the sound was of a human trying to infiltrate her village.

She jumped from tree to tree, hardly making a sound due to her feline movements. Eventually she came to a stop where the scent of the human was strongest. And yet there was another scent too... Kita looked down to see the human splayed out on the ground, with someone seemingly... feeding from them?

Kita looked on puzzled by what she was seeing. Was this one of those legendary vampires she heard in stories? She had never seen one before... The catgirl looked on.

David drops trhe lifeless bloodless body. He sighed and stops. He smelled a scent. A.....cat scent. He ran his sharp claw over his wrist and blood leaked out forming a sharp whip. He turned and looked around and asked "Whos there?" David had been alive for 300 years and knows when something is there

Kita froze when the vampire noticed her presence. Her eyes narrowed when she saw his blood change into a whip. As interesting as that ability was, the whip was a weapon that no Felinian liked. The humans used whips when torturing her kind as well as other animals. By drawing his whip, it could be said as a sign of provocation.

But... the vampire was not attacking. He was instead questioning her presence in... perhaps a neutral way. For now at least. Kita jumped down from the tree in her catgirl form. She made next to no sound as she landed. Even though it was night, she knew that both she and him could see very well in the dark.

"I am Kita, a Felinian. This human and yourself have entered our territory. My order is to stop humans from getting anywhere near my village" Kita's eyes remained fixed on the vampire's, trying to see if he was of any threat.

He made the whip vanish and bowed "That is true.....but my dear I am not human....Also my family has protected this village in secret for generations....I was just doing my job

"This village? Do you mean my village? Or a vampire village?" asked Kita who was now quite confused. Her kind never knew of vampires who protected their village. Unless he was referrring to a human... no vampire village? The bow did make him seem polite, so at least he wasn't a threat. Kita looked around for signs of other vampires, but couldn't detect any.
