Good vs Evil school.

There is an Acadamy called GVE. Its a private school for people with special abilities that human-kind could never had imagined. As you can completley predict, there is an Good side and an Evil side. They are not seperated nor are they treated differently by the staff at the school. If one from each party of many from each pary get in a conflict they will be left to come up with a solution however it may end up. The only seperation there will be is with the dorms. The dorms are made especially so you cannot use your powers for harm or distruction at all in the dorm. Once you leave you will be free to do whatever you please with your new abilities. Here are some rules you MUST follow:
1.No god modding
2.No killing (unless the character says you can kill him off)
3.No eating bugs
4.Dont kill or harm the staff...please
5. No sex. keep it pg-13
6.No leaving school grounds
7.Have fun

Powers(max 3): can control the element of wind. Can control plasma, and has dragon wings protruting from his back. (Yes that counts as a power)

Apperance: Tall and athletic build, usually wearing a black suit with a white shirt and black skinny tie. Goatee that is well groomed, black hair and brown eyes. Usually wearing wayfarer sunglasses.
Personality: Charismatic and Sarcastic. Very convincing and clever. Not extremely smart, simply clever and somewhat manipulative if he needs to be
Good or Evil: Good, but his only true inspiration is money
Bio: His background will unfold as the RP takes place really through his dialogue and actions...

Controls fire
His signature is to make a bow and arrow out of fire, so he has eagle vision as well.
