The captain's car slowed to a stop behind the barricade. "Greg, fill me in" he said getting out of the car and taking a coffee from the officer offering him.*
"Sir, we don't understand exactly. We've been talking to the witnesses, but what they say seems impossible." the sergeant said leading the captain towards the tents they had set up. "Sir, this is Molly Hendricks; her first period isn't until 11 o'clock, so she was just arriving when it happened. "Molly could you tell the Captain what you told me" the sergeant asked turning to the women huddled in a chair.
The captain turned to the blonde woman as she looked up. "I got here at ten thirty, I was pulling into the school parking lot when the windshield shattered. I looked up and that's when I saw it. The school, the school was shimmering. It just turned all wavy for a second, I thought I was going insane, but then the wavering stopped. Then another huge boom" the woman said. "Then the fire alarms went off, we started getting the kids out. Wasn't till later that we realized." Molly said hysterically.*
"Realized what Ma'am" the captain asked gently.*
"That several students weren't accounted for. They were just gone. They just got took, it was those aliens" the teacher said beginning to cry. "Them kids just gone, they're just gone" she cried.
"It's ok Ma'am, we will do our best to find then" the captain said reassuringly.

Turning aside to the Sergeant he asked, "Greg, are all the stories the same?"*
"Yes Captain" the sergeant said somberly. "Every single one, The kids inside the building remember feeling queasy and the walls moving like jello. We've accounted for almost all the students and all of the staff. Names are still coming in now, the principal is pulling the files of those missing."*
"Alright, Greg what in the hell is happening?" *
"I don't know sir, I'm gonna go get those lists"

"Aghhh" you groan, waking up. Looking around you figure you've fallen asleep in class, but something seems wrong. The room is too quiet. You look around the room and see the only light is coming from the windows. Stumbling to the window you look out and Holy crap, you aren't where you should be; something's wrong.*

Your character has just woken from unconsciousness. You don't know it yet, but you aren't on earth anymore. You're somewhere else. A land that you don't know whither it is inhabited or not; one that has the same seasons and time cycle as earth, but is not earth. You are a high school student. You may be a jock, a nerd, a popular or unpopular kid. I want to make this a diverse Roleplay, so try to make characters from all walks of life. There are no teachers or faculty with you and there is no power.*

The School: (I will be making a map of both the school and the surrounding areas soon. The more things you find in the surrounding area, the more I add to the map.)*
The school is a two story building, built like steps into the side of a hill. There is two large gyms, a auditorium, several science labs and supply closets, a front office, hundreds of classrooms, a library, several computer labs, two shops (like woodshop), a cafeteria, etc. (If you can come up with a room that is appropriate for a school and you feel would make this Roleplay better, tell me) Use your imagination to come up with cool uses for these rooms and supplies, you are in a mostly primitive land, use your brain.*

The surrounding land:*
The school sits in a hill next to a forest. You need to explore, use you imagination, if you can think of something cool near by, water, mountains, etc.*

1) No godmodding or Meta-Gaming
2) This I supposed to be fun, help make it fun for everyone who is involved.
3) If you are going to be gone for long periods of time, get someone you trust to control your character, or just have them do mundane activities until you return.
4) Try and have fun
5) I don't care how sexual you get or how much you Cuss, but if someone is uncomfortable and they ask you to stop, take it to the Pms
6) If you think of something cool for the school or the Roleplay, put it in the OOC so people can decide if it is what they want. (or pm me)

Background: Boris lived in a normal family, except that his father was dead. He loved soccer from an early age and soon mastered the sport. His academic career was good, he was in fairly good classes and got good grades. He was a good kid in most peoples eyes, but then again most people didn't know him.*

His fathers death had really hit him hard, his mother had reacted badly to it and had begun drinking, so Boris began to stay away from home. Living at his one good friend's house most of the time, Boris had severed ties with his family. In school he steered clear of drugs, but he was known to party hard.*

He was in the middle of Being berated by his coach for getting caught drinking at a party when the event happened.*

Background: Jeffrey is always stuck with his annoying older brother, Milo. The two are always picking on each other. It's not that they hate each other, in fact, they do it because they love each other. He has always been into acting and singing, and he does very well with both. He never was exactly really put into any category at school. He isn't a nerd, he isn't smart enough for that. He isn't a jock, he hates sports. He isn't a druggy or drop out, he isn't stupid enough to be. He is left in a misc. category which he considers the normal category.
He would always hang out with the girls at school because he felt like all boys at the school were major idiots. The girls were different, and Jeffrey is a major gentleman to girls. Milo of course always makes fun of him for this.
Appearance: He has dirty blonde, shaggy hair, pale skin, blue eyes, and very faint freckles. He is very skinny, not in a good way though.

He doesn't really like to get into relationships, even though a lot of girls find him cute. He isn't the smartest guy in the world, and usually gets D's and C's in class. Usually he chases Jeffrey down when he wants to let off some anger. At school he was pretty popular and he was definitely a jock. He's really lived an average life with his little brother.
Appearance: He is very muscular, he is has bright blonde hair, blue eyes, he is Caucasian, looks very mature, and he has a bit of a fohawk as a hairstyle.

Background: Henry was born into foster care. His mom put him up for adoption long before he was born and when he was she bolted. He has never met her and he has settled with the knowledge of this. He loves his foster parents, but above all his “brother”. Henry has always referred to the younger boy in the family as his younger brother. They have let the younger kid believe that Henry really is his brother and nothing else. Henry was and is not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he tries his best or he did until he turned 15.

Until Henry was 15 he had no problems in school (other than the normal ones), but then he started to drop out. Sudden outbursts of raw anger, hate and having secrets became a big part of Henry's life. He isolated himself from others and fell into a deep depression. His “parents” never knew the reason for the sudden change until they found him passed out with a needle in his arm. The things Henry had done those 2 years during his drug addiction now all made sense (yes it took 2 years before they got the message).
People around him quickly found out and he became known as the school's drug addict.

He has used the last year to try fighting his way back to his former life, but the constant remarks from people around him make it hard for him. He feels that everybody hates him, but every time he comes home his younger brother reminds that he is wrong.

Strengths: Confident, practical, friendly, and works well with her hands.
Weaknesses: Judgmental of authority, weak arms, demanding, and inexperienced.
Everything else: Her current classes are Advanced Theater, Advanced Ceramics, Honors Chemistry, Honors English, and Probability & Statistics, among others.
Background: Abbie's dad's family were farmers and part of the Germans from Russia who came to America to escape the Bolsheviks. Her mother's family were ranchers of German, English, and French descent. Abbie is the second child of four. Her older brother is in his second year of college. Her youngest brother is a 4th-grader, and the other is just starting middle school. The whole family is Protestant.

Everyone knows who Abbie is (she's never changed schools except to move to middle or high) but nobody is very close to her. She gets a new best friend every year or two, depending on who she sits next to in the most classes, but hasn't been anyone's best friend since a quiet girl moved away the year before. She took golf her freshman and sophomore years, but was never very good at it, though the putting came easily to her. Abbie does origami and knits during class, usually sitting at the front.

Weaknesses: Her temper and she's the definition of sarcasm. The fact that she's hard-headed can always be a bad thing as well. Besides that, she has a great fear of water, especially if deep.
Everything else: Eden lets off steam by going for runs or listening to music on at full blast. Her iPod is her life, so she always has it with her.
Background: Eden is the youngest child of four, as well as being the only girl. Growing up with three boys has toughened her up and made her a sort of a "Tom-boy". Ever since she was young, her feisty attitude has gotten her in some trouble in the schools she has been in. Her parents also move around from state to state, seeing as how they work for the government.

She has spent her entire life playing sports, mainly soccer and volleyball. Her grades have never been perfect, but they have been kept up enough to keep her on the schools team, and out of trouble from her parents. She's not the most popular either, always choosing to sit in the back of the class as well and talk to only her close friends.

She might play rough and be quite sarcastic, but she's a hard worker. Whenever she's not in school, Eden would work on a near by ranch. She's worked diligently since the age of fifteen, no matter what state they're in.

Well she's got at least two, two and a half packs maybe, she can ween herself off of them... yeah right. She's gonna smoke like a damned fiend and be real upset when she runs out. I'll keep track of number of cigarettes too, don't worry. She's not gonna be a week there smoking like a pack a day and still have cigarettes left. lol.
