According to the built in dictionary in my iPad, a "lough" is a loch. Which means, I guess, that the statement means something like "Clirkus bring you to the beach" only to the loch instead. Because it's the UK? Maybe it's a Scottish program.

@ Sebas, Loch means lake in Scottish Gaellic, so the beach wouldn't be completely wrong.
