My Little Pony: Life in Ponyville OOC

Sunny skies, fresh air, happy faces.
Living in the small town of Ponyville, you couldn't be happier. This RP is pretty much just hanging out with your pony friends, going on adventures, making relationships, etc. Pretty much whatever you want. Post in the OOC if you have any ideas on what adventures our group could go on, or just go with the flow.

Name: Doctor Whooves

Age: 903

Gender: Male (Subject to change)

Personality: Doctor Whooves is a curious fellow borderline insane. He's obsessed with fun and often blurts things out at random but this is just a cover to hide the fact he is a dark, lonely traveler who killed off the rest of his species and will never see another one again. He's a complex pony that cares about others and is willing to sacrifice himself for others if it would mean saving them. Above all else, he refuses to kill other creatures (At least deliberately).

History: Doctor Whooves, formerly known as the Doctor, was once a human. While trying to follow an alien signal, his TARDIS suddenly went out of control and began spinning rapidly. It crash-landed in Equestria and the process caused him to change. This time, however, he regenerated into a pony. It was strange at first but he managed to slowly get the grasp of not having hands and using the sonic screwdriver with his mouth. Now, he's looking for an assistant to help him defend Equestria against all sorts of threats. Since Equestria doesn't have aliens, he mostly just solves crimes like a detective and aids the Royal Guards when things get confusing.

How you got your cutie mark: He's stared into the untempered schism and saw all of time and creation. Then, he ran.

Occupation: Occasionally saving the world, often times just saving Equestrian. He poses as a teacher for older mares and stallions in Canterlot.

Anything else you would like to add: He's not really a pony. He's still got a bi-vascular system, is allergic to aspirin and can regenerate.

Name: Ditzy Doo (Derpy Hooves)

Personality: Scatterbrained and a little muffin obsessed; everything Ditzy Doo does, is done with the best of intentions. Even when things don't go as planned, she will see things though, and despite her label as a "Derp" she still strides to be the best Mailpony she can be.

How you got your cutie mark: The origin of her cutie mark is a mystery to anypony, but ask Ditzy, and she will proudly state she thinks it represents her bubbly personality.

Name: Night Watch

Age: 120

Gender: Female

Personality: Cool and collected, Night is one who can sit and watch an area for hours without getting bored, it comes from her high tolerance to things. She is not one who is not easily distracted and can remain focused on a single task without pause for hours, a great trait for a guard, or when you need help baking a lot of muffins, Blueberry preferred.

How you got your cutie mark: Night was born and raised to be a guard, she earned her cutie mark watching over the Moon flowers as they bloomed, guarding them from creature in the night that would harm the harvest.

Occupation: Retired Royal Guard of Princes Luna

Anything else you would like to add: Night Watch is a Bat Pony, a race with a dark past, they where originally made up of guards loyal to Princess Luna when she became Nightmare Moon, to them she was known as the Shadow Mother, the one who blessed them with the Moon Flowers and their appearance. When Celestia banished Nightmare Moon to the Moon the Bat Ponies where shunned from society for what they did, they strved and where often beaten to death if caught alone, Celestia took mercy upon them and gave them a home far away in the mountains until Princess Luna's return. Now they serve as her personal guard, though still numbering in a population of just over 100 ponies.
Bat Ponies because of their consumption of Moon Flowers have been blessed with several abilities. Long life, the ability to fly and good hearing come from their transformation but the Moon Flowers have made them able to turn invisible, some can even infuse magic into physical attacks. They see this as a gift from the Shadow Mother (Princess Luna) and see her as their creator. They also have an exceptional love of fruit of all kinds.

Name: Spritzy Hooves

Age: Young Adult

Species: Earth Pony

Gender: Female

Appearance: Spritzy likes to keep it simple, she has a defining flowing purple scarf, which she has attachment to as it is the only thing left by her parents who disappeared before she was old enough to comprehend much beyond that the ponies in her life were missing. Spritzy keeps her hair simple and mid-length, with a tiny ponytail exiting the back of her head, strewn by a tiny purple clip. Her fur is a pale-ish teal or cyan, while her hair is an angel white. Her eyes are a red-tinted purple. Her cutie mark is a speedometer.

Personality: Spritzy is generally well-meaning and pleasant when it comes to dealing with people, which is why her athletic demeanor comes as a surprise to a few. Spritzy is not without her problems, however. Given her way of thinking, she can NOT back down from a challenge which makes it a double-edged sword once it is exploited. If you set an impossible goal, it can end up exhausting her to the point where her stamina is too far gone. Due to this she may seem more competitive than normal. This also develops into an over persistent determination, which has in the past made Spritzy called stubborn, naïve and foolish.

History: Spritzy was born and for the most part raised in one of the many villages scattered about Equestria, notably south of the village of Ponyville itself. In a way it wasn't too different then Ponyville, which is why the mare felt somewhat comfortable in the village when she arrived, even if it was quite larger than her own home. Early life was pretty simple, as she was raised by her uncle and her aunt; who ran a simply eatery in her hometown. She acquired her cutie mark rather early, as indicated by her realization that nothing felt as good as a good run, in a way it was her to not dwell on some of the more pessimistic realities of life and in part allowed her optimistic personality to grow. She left home at the equivalent of 17 or so.

Looking good guys! A bit disappointed that more people haven't posted, but four for now is fine. After I post my CS, I'll get stated on the IC (Probably :/ ).

Appearance: (Will add pic when on my computer, currently on my phone. He's a Pegasus pony btw)

Personality: Laid back and carefree, Purple is always fun to be around. He can be incredibly lazy though, which has gotten him fired many times. He has always shrugged it off like nothing happened. He is also very loyal to his friends, and will usually give up his lazy ways to help them. He never backs down from a challenge, and is surprisingly quite athletic.
