Dawn of the Mystical Societies (OOC)
Two unsuspecting twin brothers, living with their uncles after, on their sixteenth birthday discover that they have magical powers and their mother was a witch, now with new powers they must blend in at their new high school and normal society without revealing what they truly are, while also dealing with the strange other realm, their new witch side and the new dangers and troubles that come with them, vampires, werewolves, evil witches, the harsh witches council, a plethora of strange diseases, etc., along with normal problems, bullies, homework, nasty teachers, peer pressure, etc.
Species:
Mortal - Just your run of the mill human, no special powers and most, if not all, are clueless about the other realm.
Witch Hunter - A witch hunter is a mortal that was born with a witch hunting gene, they're not aware of it, but they can sense magic and will try to uncover the truth, if he announces a witch is a witch, then that witch will be turned into a mouse for a hundred years.
Witch - A witch can live for centuries even millennia, they have magic powers, but unless they have their witch's license they won't be able to access more powerful spells, and even then there are limitations set by the Witches Council
Half Mortal - A daughter/son of a witch and a mortal, due to the Witches Council's decree the son/daughter may not see the mortal parent once they earn their powers at the age of 16, otherwise the mortal will turn into an inanimate object, they may however see that parent once they are 18 and have their witch's license.
Witch Familiar - A witch that was turned into an animal due to serious crimes, they're usually that way for a century, or more determining the severity of their crime, they cannot use magic anymore.
(And any other mythical creature that you can think of, vampires, werewolves, etc.)

Bio: He's living with his uncles, he has no clue what he is or that magic even exists, his parents split up, his father works as an archaeologist in Egypt while his mother lives in the family magic book, but Joe thinks that she's off running a business somewhere in Japan.

Bio: Joe's twin brother, he's living with his uncles and Joe, like Joe, he has no clue what he is or magic even exists, they're usually seen together and they're practically inseparable.
Here are the rules:
1. No god modding.
2. You may have up to three characters, I will allow more if you ask and you can handle them.
3. Keep chatting in the IC to a minimum, if you do, then add a post with it so then you're not wasting space.
4. Keep it PG 13 for romance, if it gets past that then go to the PMs or fade out.
5. No killing or controlling other people's characters without permission.
