My papaw needed me to be his chauffeur after his surgery and I'm sitting here waiting for him to get out, and there's this creepy old man who keeps stating at me. Everytime I look up I just barely catch him looking away. ">.>

I'd say just ignore it. Guy might have bad eyesight and think he recognizes you, but is too unsure to let you catch him trying to figure it out.
