Broken Heart Haven IC
8 individuals, Four girls and Four boys were selected out of Hundreds of other students their age.
These students have all been selected because they have recently been in Terrible relationships, All of The males were either stepped on or used just for money/ something else. The girls, were either abused or their hearts crushed horribly. They moped for a while, their parents saw a commercial for a place where broken teenagers could go to mend and maybe fall in love. All races, and Breeds were welcomed(at one time, unfortunately they don't allow many breeds due to the fact that the school has had mishaps with many of the breeds). So they sent in application forms, those who were excepted were the most horrible cases they had seen. The students would be staying in a large mansion, in a secluded area somewhere in the mountains. There are ten bedrooms, five for the girls and five for the boys.(an extra bedroom for each as a sort of girls/boys only hangout) There are two pools one indoors and one outdoors. There are two hot tubs as well, both are indoors. They wouldn't have to attend any sorts of classes, they would only have to go see a counselor once a week. The students would be put to the test emotionally and perhaps physically. Would they mend themselves or be forever broken? It's up to you.

A city bus pulls in front of a large mansion. Once the doors open, a lone, young man with a bag slung over his shoulder steps off, music blaring from a pair of headphones. Taking in the large mansion standing before him past the wrought iron gate, the young man finds himself unable to believe that he would be staying there, even if it was only temporary. Will this really help? he wonders?
Shaking his head to dispel any doubts, he steps up to the gate and watches as the gate swings open silently, someone apparently having seen his arrival from some camera. Almost hesitantly, as if knowing that by stepping through the gate, he'd be walking into a new chapter of his life, never able to turn back, he steps through, taking a moment to look up at the sky. "Vater...Ana," he says quietly, his accent betraying his German heritage, "watch over me." He then continues up the path as his music utters the final three words:
Mein herz brennt.
Kiyoko looked back at her father who was waving at her from the front seat of his little pickup truck. she sighed softly her eyes full of tears. She didn't want to be here, not at all. This placed scared her and all of these new people just made her anxiety levels skyrocket. She smoothed down the front of her shirt and walked with her head down into the building. Her tail was tucked between her legs and her ears were flattened against her skull. Kiyoko was carrying a backpack stuffed full with clothes and her favorite stuffed animal too. she was nervous. Too nervous for her own liking's. Kiyoko inhaled and sighed again. as she pushed her way into the school and she found her room. It was a dull white color with a simple wooden bed , desk and dresser nothing too fancy. Kiyoko plopped on the bed wondering -will this even help?- she shook her head and with it the though. She burred her face into her palms. and began to cry softly. What was happening she didn't like this at all...
After a few minutes, the young man finds his room, noting at it's simplicity, thinking that, compared to the rest of the mansion, it may as well have come from a different dimension. Setting his bag down on the floor, he reaches into one of it's pockets and pulls out something his father had bought him before he deployed: a small, Swiss Army knife with his name, Albrecht Adler, engraved on the red metal holding the various tools. Flipping open the small knife, he turns it, watching as the light plays off of the steel. Closing it, he stands up and starts putting his clothes in his dresser, setting the multi-tool on top of the small stack of folded shirts.
Shutting the drawer, he looks outside and remembers the smell of the crisp autumn air. "May as well look around," he mutters, scrolling through his songs before selecting yet another loud, heavy metal song. Turning around, he leaves his room and, eventually, finds his way out onto the mansion grounds outside. Picking a random direction, he begins walking, hoping to get his mind off of everything that had gone wrong.
Kiyoko lifted her head up from her pals and reached into her pocket, to make sure her small blade was still there. she wiped away her tears and stood up, leaving her personal belongings scattered on the bed. She had heard that there was a beautiful garden out back. with flowers and small ponds. Kiyoko cleared her throat before leaving her room and walking around until she finally found the back door which let outside. Her long black hear was pushed around gently in the cool autumn breeze her dull violet eyes searched around until she saw the path whitch led out to the garden. It seamed nice and quiet out here. She liked it out here already. When she walked down the steps and into the magnificent garden she looked around with a look of awe. The garden with all of it's greenery, and some turning brown as for it was early fall. It was beautiful, magnificent even out there with all of the autumn colors just starting to come out and the leaves were just changing colors. She sighed softly her mind distracted for a little bit at least.
Gina sat in her parent's car sitting silently thinking about what this place might be like. It occurred to her that this could be just a way for her parents to get rid of her like everyone else seemed to have tried.
No...they wouldn't do that.
She turned her head towards the mansion or at least where is was most likely to be. Ever since losing her second sense she found vibrations and sound helped to show general forms ahead of her or in more detail if it was steady which the car's engine was. It took some encouragement but the girl eventually got out of the car with a bit of a shiver from the sudden rush of cool air hitting her. She slowly made her way towards the door with a rolling luggage container in tow which was filled with mostly clothing along with a few of her other possessions. The stairs were a little challenging for her because of the case but her heart rate picked up as she entered the large building. At first she tapped her foot to get an idea of just how large the main room was more out of personal nervousness than anything. Being in unfamiliar surroundings did not have a positive effect on her but she eventually found her way to what looked like a door with a name plate on it. Gina moved a finger over it noticing it was her name on the door making her slightly relieved it had been so easy to find. Unpacking her things made a bit of noise which she welcomed as opposed to the quiet the building seemed to maintain by sheer size.
Well...I'm here...should probably learn the grounds for later...for me.
Gina began to wander the halls a little, she thought she might have heard crying from one of the rooms nearby to her own which unnerved her, keeping a careful pace as well as a hand on the wall nearest to her. Another familiar sound came from somewhere else in the mansion that interested her because it wasn't in a small quantity.
"A pool." She said softly to herself while moving slightly quicker now wanting to know where it was.
She moved a bit less cautiously and had her full attention on listening for the sound of water out of simple hurry to find the indoor pool.
Eventually, Al finds himself in a garden of sorts. How did I get here? he wonders. Almost every time he listens to music, he finds himself blocking out the world around him, even when he walks. Shaking his head, he turns to walk away when he catches movement in the corner of his eye. Turning around, he sees a girl walking out into the garden, looking around. What had caught his eye was tail waving around behind her. She must be a neko, he thinks, somewhat surprised. Back where he lived in Germany, he didn't see too many nekos walking around, but he grew up in a small town, so it was to be expected.
Looking down at his music player, he sighs. You came here to get over what happened, he thinks, turning the music off and setting his headphones around his neck. Talking to people might help. It did the first time, anyway. Walking over, hands in his pockets, he approaches the girl, careful to stay on the path. Once he steps next to her, he looks around and says, "This place has a sort of attractiveness to it, doesn't it?"
"Hey, Isabelle, if you're still worried about this new school, it has everything you liked when you were back in high school." Isabella's mother said while she was driving her daughter to her destination.
"Are you sure that...they are not here?" Isabella said.
"They're in prison Isabelle, they won't come and attack you ever again." Isabella's mother replied
"But...they..." Isabella said, trying to hold back her tears.
Isabella can never stop recalling that moment, the moment when they, her bullies, decided to grab Isabella from behind and stabbed Lawrence in the back, literally. Isabella called the police and waited beside the now unconscious Lawrence. When the police arrived, she was so distracted with Lawrence that she didn't even notice both her bullies leaving and that the police arrived. When Isabella was about to explain to the police about what happened however, they arrested her on the spot, for they had noticed a bloody knife next to her. Fast forward to court later, and Isabella was almost mistakenly deemed guilty. Fortunately, she was proven innocent and the bullies are sent to jail for life. Isabella went to the hospital to tell Lawrence about how she was deemed innocent and how they can be together without having to worry about anybody anymore. Except life had to be sadistic, and decided to have Lawrence dead just before Isabella went into his room.
Lawrence wasn't the only one that died that day, Isabella's optimistim also died, reducing her to a broken, depressed, cynic. That's why Isabella is enrolled to this school, to hopefully have her back to her optimistic self.
"We're here now Isabelle." Said Isabella's mother. "If there are any problems, just call or shoot me an email, you do have your phone and laptop with you right?"
"Yes Mom, I have them both in my bag. Bye Mom, love you." Said Isabella.
Isabella gets a medium sized cardboard box and her backpack from the trunk, and waves goodbye to her mother. She looks at the mansion behind her and marvels at its architecture. She enters the mansion, and eventually finds her room.
Her room isn't particularly special. The walls are white, against the wall opposite of the door is a plain wooden bed, a dresser backed to the left wall, and a desk and chair backed to the right wall. Isabella put her box next to the bed and opens it up. The first thing out of her box is yet another box, however this box is a special box, although it doesn't look like it at first. The box is made of wood painted black, which shines slightly due to the finish. It has "Isabella Perkins" carved at the front, as well as where the box is secured with a padlock (Isabella wears the key as her necklace). She stares at the little box for maybe a couple minutes, perhaps more without trying to open it. She gets the key to the padlock to unlock it, but changes her mind at the last second. She puts the key back on her neck and her little box on the top of the dresser. Isabella then continues on unpacking her things from the cardboard box, clothes, stuffed toys, books, and everything else.
Kiyoko was to busy admiring the garden to notice the boy walking. she jumped when he stepped beside her and spoke. Kiyoko s ears flattened against her skull. She didn't know how to respond....males always made her nervous. she looked at him briefly before reaching a hand into her pocket. Kiyoko stepped sideways a bit away from the stranger. "U-Uhm...Y-Yeah....i-it does" she said shyly her voice sounding small and scared. She fooled around with a piece of hair nervously. Her heart was racing. was he another student....most likely he looked to be about her age perhaps a bit older than her. Kiyoko's tail tucked between her legs scared and she looked over at him shyly her eyes wide with fright. Kiyoko didn't know what to do. She didn't want to be rude but...she didn't want to get hurt either. She just flashed him a small nervous smile before returning her gaze back to the garden.
Al watches as the neko girl jumps and reaches into her pocket. When she spoke, she sounded so scared, it made him wonder what kind of circumstances had brought her to this place. Mustering as kind a smile as he can, he reaches out with his hand and says, "I'm not going to hurt you. My name's Albrecht Adler, but you can call me 'Al.' It's nice to meet you." Looking into the cat-girl's dull violet eyes, he sees a sadness that he had already come to accept was going to be a common thing. The realization was easy, considering how he looked in the mirror every morning to see that sadness reflected back at him.
