Scars: Claw mark though his left eye which in turn his left eye is actually fake but a very convincing fake to the point where you can not even tell unless you truly are looking. Any other scars are not visible.
Thimba (Pronounced TIM-BAH, In African culture this name is given to great hunters who hunt Lions)
Roland at one point in his life was a rather outgoing and talkative man, he enjoyed sharing a drink with a couple friends and was very out there when it came to his passions. However his personality has changed now, while he remains a rather nice but serious individual, he is more secluded and tends not to talk to many people he does not know. He is always professional when he is hunting and prefers to work alone, he has a never die attitude and when pushed to the edge he has no problem punching you in the face. He believes in respect and he believes also that if you choose to desire respect from him then you have to earn respect not just have it given to you. At times he can come off as a bit of an ass hole, it comes from an old time mentality. While he is a strong willed individual he has developed a rather dark side to himself. All in all Roland takes time to know, but if you do crack his steel outer shell he is a compassionate and loyal friend to the end.
History: Roland Tembo II is a sixth Generation hunter, coming from a long prestigious line of Ivory Hunters he is among the youngest generation of his family and the last living heir to his family. His Father Roland Tembo was a famous Hunter himself known for being the best of all hunters. His father hunted on every continent in the world at least once and had the house full of trophys to prove it. Born in Mombasa Roland and his father often Hunted even when Roland was a young kid. Since the moment he could walk he was always away with his father on hunts all over the world. He learned everything a hunter could possibly learn. It was safe to say that Roland was a happy child, and he enjoyed his life with his father. But things changed.. his father never spoke about it or even told him why but after a trip to Costa Rica Rolands father had changed dramatically, and the worst part was that his Uncle Ajay Sidhu had passed away. The circumstances were mysterious even to young Roland. For years he never knew what happened to his father on that trip or what lead to Uncle Sidhu to die but Roland being smart knew it was something terrible. When Roland turned twenty one his father passed away shortly after, it was safe to say that Roland was crushed, and what made it worse was that his father had died never telling him what truly happened in Costa Rica it seemed it would have been a mystery for the rest of Roland's life. However Roland was surprised when his father left him his personal Journal, upon reading it Roland finally understood why his father had changed. Most of what he read he could not believe could actually be real, he had heard the rumors about the islands but his father would constantly disapprove of such rubbish. After that moment Roland knew what he was going to do, in honor of his father he would go to this Island an claim the trophy his father wished to obtain. However the account of what happened to Roland Tembo II was unknown, the man never spoke of it, never even appeared to remember it to others. But it was apparent that he had changed deep down inside. The only thing anyone really knew about the incident was Roland Tembo II strolled into a Costa Rican hospital with his left eye so badly gashed they had to remove it and replace it with a fake. Since then Tembo had honed his hunting skills and has continued on with his life in hunting, he had been to all seven continents within the last ten years hunting like his father and his fathers fathers before them. Roland became famous for his hunting and the superior techniques his father had taught him, he had improved upon them to become one of the youngest hunting legends in the world. This is how Roland Tembo was approached by a man who would not tell him his name or the company in which he worked for. But the man had and offer for Tembo and that he could not refuse it. The offer is only known to Roland Tembo II, but it was certain that it was good enough to get him to go back to the island he lost not only his Uncle to but his fathers happiness and his very eye itself. Roland was on the next plane out to Costa Rica within mere hours.

First post up soon...
The sun was fare in San Diego California that day, then again it always seemed to be sunny in this god forsaken place. To some San Diego was a beautiful city, but the fact of the matter was most of these American's wouldn't know true beauty if it bite them in the arse. Roland had said it more then once before when he came to America, the irony was, an has been quoted by so many "your a big game hunter who kills animals how can you talk about whats beautiful in nature and whats not?" It was true he did Hunt Animals, but that did not mean he could not appreciate nature. It was a fine line between Hunting and appreciating nature, but Roland had the perfect center. In all honesty San Diego was just a town full of people trying to looking better then each other, two thousand dollars just for two shirts and a pair of pants, that was an unknown thing where Roland was born. Mombasa was not exactly the richest place to grow up in, in fact if his father had not been rich then he would not have been as well off as he was. Then again they did not flaunt their money either with worthless items that only served one purpose, and that was to be better then everyone else. The day that a high price tag makes you better, Roland would hang up his rifle and never hunt again, an that was a literal promise to himself. Roland turned the wheel to the 4x4 2014 Grand Cherokee as he pulled into the front of a large waterfront that once upon a time belonged to Ingen corporation. The road quickly turned to loose gravel as a trail of dust kicked up, continuing forward Roland pulled around the back of a large Warehouse that was near the water line. The large metal doors were already opened as many people were working inside, pulling forward past the warehouse Roland turned the cherokee as for a split second the black paint gleamed in the setting sun. Putting the Jeep in reverse he backed into the warehouse and silently turned off the vehicle and hopped out. His black boots clicked on the cracked cement as a younger man came up to meet him, Roland in this case liked the boy, he had worked a short time before with him years ago. He was dependable and respectful and that was good enough for Roland. Speaking the younger man put his hands out as gave Roland a small hug.
"Roland it is good to see you again! I did not think I would ever have the pleasure of seeing you soon."
Roland flashed a quick small smile as he put his hand up and tipped the khaki colored Akubra towards the young man. He looked at him through his pair of gold rimmed aviators. The young man hadn't changed much over the years he was still wearing that same old dark blue jumpsuit that most mechanics wore. Then again Roland still wore the same clothing himself even now he was still decked out in his kilimanjaro bush hunting jacket, and the white shirt, which was always tucked into his dark brown Khaki shorts. An of course the same faded brown high top boots.
"Always a pleasure Kevin, although I would like to thank you for the ten minute warning however. I may not enjoy this city that much but a little more warning would have been nice."
Kevin nodded his head at Roland and gave a look as if he did something wrong, Roland just smiled as he put a hand around his shoulders to make him lighten up a bit. Roland knew this company that hired him was full of pencil pushers and they had their time frames, wasn't his fault. Turning Roland opened up the trunk of his Cherokee and pulled out two large black cases and set them on the ground, reaching back in he grabbed a large black bag, inside of it was extra clothing, provisions, and other items of personal nature. Slinging the back pack over his back he reached down and grabbed the two cases.
"So Kevin what will we I be working with this time?"
They started to walked as Kevin explained a couple things to Roland, the one part is what caught him off guard however, when Kevin said he was waiting for the other man to arrive.
"There is another man coming? I was not made aware of this.."
Both Kevin and Roland came upon a rather large land vehicle, stopping in front of it Kevin turned to look at Roland whom obviously didn't like the idea of someone accompanying him.
"They told me last minute I had no idea until about twenty minutes ago, its why I had to call you in so early without much warning. From what I was told they received a distress signal from the island and they have pushed the trip up to tonight. I am was already working through the night to finish these vehicles, now they want them by tonight."
"What exactly are these Kevin?"
Roland looked at the large vehicle, he had never quite seen one before today, it was very big and bulky and looked like an accordion was connecting it to another trailer at the back. Kevin seemed to get enthusiastic as he spoke of the vehicle, this was definitively his area of expertise.
"They call this the Fleetwood, it was actually a vehicle my grandfather made back in the day before he passed away, the company who hired us to build this one obtained the old schematics and redesigned it. It was meant to be a lab vehicle when it was made years ago, but now more or less it is a fortified safe zone. All they said was it needed to be able to take a rhino charge or better and we built it the strongest we could get it."
Kevin went on to describe the vehicle but Roland felt a twinge of pain when Kevin mentioned his grandfather Eddy Car, he remembered reading about the man in his fathers journal. Not much was there about him but apparently he had risked his life at the behest of two T-rex's to save everyone else. Roland knew that Kevin was told he died in a war zone, and until his father passed Roland had not known it was untrue. Kevin quickly seemed to wrap up as he looked at Roland who quickly nodded his approval when in reality he did not know half of the shit that Kevin had just explained to him. Truth was he had no interest in vehicles, as long as they worked he was fine, but he didn't tell Kevin out of respect because cars were Kevin's life just like hunting was Rolands. Kevin continued on to the next vehicle which he called a Mercedes Benz XL 320. Apparently it was another vehicle made by Eddy Carr for the expedition that his father had written in his journal. Apparently two teams had been sent in, one to take animals and the other to preserve them. These vehicles had been used by them, ironic how now he was going to use them. With another long explanation detailing the reinforcements given to the vehicle they finally move on away from technical details and into a side office. Closing the door Kevin sat behind a desk as Roland took a seat setting his cases down beside him.
"I am really excited to be going with you Roland".
Roland cocked his head sideways as he heard Kevin say that, how much shit had he not been told about!?
"Kevin... as much as I would enjoy your company I can't let you go.."
Kevin seemed a bit taken aback at the most as he looked at Roland with pleading eyes almost.
"But.. they said I could accompany you and if the vehicles have a problem I can fix them for you. Why can't I go?" Do you not want me along for some reason Roland?"
Roland looked at Kevin the boy was eighteen years old going on nineteen and was the best mechanic Roland ever knew, and even more he was a friend, but Roland couldn't tell him the real reason why. Kevin had no idea of what lay on Isla Sorna and due to the non disclosure contract Roland couldn't speak of it, an truthfully he did not want to because of Kevin's grandfather dieing on the island.
"Kevin you know your my friend and you have been since you were a young boy, and thats why I can't let you go with us. This place... its dangerous and your not prepared for it."
Kevin just kind of looked at Roland, knowing nothing of what these vehicles were for their was now question in his face.
"What kind of danger?"
Roland closed his eyes behind his sunglasses as he didn't know what to say to Kevin, he didn't want to lie but he couldn't tell him the truth either, it was a bad situation all together.
The sudden knock on the door was almost welcoming as Kevin seemed to look at Roland a while longer then got up to answer it.
"That is probably the man accompanying you, I told them to show him this way when he arrived."
Cassius woke up the morning in his home, today was the day he'd depart to Costa Rica. The young hunter was excited, he was to prove himself in his time their, whatever game there was to hunt, he'd kill it and bring back a trophy. He began his daily routine, undressing from his white t-shirt and briefs and drawing a hot shower. He began to ponder what would await him on Isla Nubar, what type of predators would await him. Those were questions he asked himself as he showered, he stepped out and dried himself off. He wiped the steam that had deposited itself on the mirror away and looked at, himself in the mirror. He was physically ready for this trip, his body was in perfect condition, his muscle definition prominent in every area. Mentally he was just as prepared, strong-willed, and courageous. Nothing would stop him from departing. He got dressed into his hunting attire which resembled his spec-ops wear. Putting on his tactical vest, loading in his ammunition, putting armor piercing rounds into his weapons, holstering each one appropriately. The young hunter departed for the docks that would take him to Isla Nubar, upon arrival he noticed someone else had gotten there before him, they had a nice car, it was most likely the one who'd accompany him. He was a solitary predator but he had to get over that he guessed. He knocked on the door and waited a few before someone answered it. "Hello..." Cassius said simply, he was a soft spoken human being, he didn't enjoy wasting his words on most people.
(Patronize me if you will, but this post is shitty :/)
Roland stayed seated as Kevin got up to answer the door, to be honest Roland did not like the idea of there being another on this trip but what could he do? Getting up silently Roland tipped the hat back off his head as the leather strap caught it around his neck. Facing the door standing in the frame was a younger black man, he was clad in black, he seemed to have a rather.. tense air about him in all honesty. Roland was silent as Kevin showed him in and shut the door behind the both of them and resumed his seat. Roland was not one for introductions, but none the less he walked to the men as he offered a muscular hand to him. It was customary where Roland was to welcome new visitors or to greet new acquaintances. Roland spoke in a heavy accent to the man.
"Roland Tembo, I hear that you are going to be accompanying me to the island. What is it specifically that you do? I am unaware of your hunting prowess.
Cassius entered into the room and was greeted by someone that would accompany him on the trip. He wasn't too sure about anyone joining him, the extra weight may just slow him down or get him killed. He was offended that his title had never been heard of by someone, everyone knew of him. He shook the hand of the one who introduced himself as Roland Tembo firmly. [color=black]"Cassius White, I've hunted in many area across the world and have earned much merit, I am surprised you haven't heard of me." He said, looking directly into the eyes of Roland, he had a fake eye, there was no fooling him and on top of that he had a nasty scar. He wondered what creature had done that damage but he stayed quiet, it mus have been a touchy subject.
