Paddy is a man who lives by a code of honour and morality that has been with him since he was a boy. He is a man of his word and whenever he gives it to someone he does everything in his power to keep it. If someone were to break their word to him then he would stop at nothing to see there was retribution paid. Despite the fact that he always keeps his word, he is proficient at finding loopholes in the deals he makes and is very careful with those that he has proposed, making it clear that whenever he does something, he hasn't promised not to do it. Ultimately, he will always do whatever he needs to do to accomplish his needs.
Paddy's main quality is however his intelligence which he uses to deadly effect whenever it is needed. He doesn't act rashly but always plans carefully ahead and knows what to do and when to do it. This makes him very unpredictable and dangerous, so much so that few are capable of actually trusting him. He has a very sarcastic sense of humour, especially when he is angry. He is also very self-reliant, intelligent, strong-willed, determined, brave and headstrong. Paddy strongly believes in trust, honesty and loyalty and whenever he would give his word to someone, he would keep it.
He is known for speaking his mind and never shies away from telling it how it is. He is always willing to kill whenever it suits his needs and shows little to no remorse about it. Being a calm and methodical individual, Paddy is mostly in control of his emotions. He rarely loses his temper, but has shown a great capacity for violence when pushed. Don’t be fooled by the big blue Hutchinson eyes, Paddy has little to no regard for human life in general and will kill anyone without hesitation. However, he does not believe that death is a punishment and will often torture his victims first before ending their lives. He will also place usefulness before pleasure and keeps people alive when it suits his needs.
Patrick Miles Hutchinson was the first born son of Sydney and Molly Hutchinson, he is a twin; with his sister Alannah entering the world a few minutes after him. As with any twins, Patrick and Alannah were inseparable in their youth. They were mischievous youngsters with an eye for trouble but given the fact that their father was London’s most feared gangster, it didn’t come as much of a surprise to anyone. Even as a young child, Paddy was extremely protective of his brothers and sisters and the fact that there was twelve Hutchinson children meant that he had a lot of problems to solve at the same time but he never let it get to him; at least not on the surface. He bottled a lot of things up and never let any of his frustrations show. He idolized his father for a time, until he realised just how horrible of a man Syd actually was.
As he matured, Paddy became quite the young athlete and was a star player on his school rugby team. Despite his athletic priorities, Paddy always made time for school studies as his mother had instilled in him the idea that a knowledge bred power and power was something Paddy was desperate for; even if he didn’t know it at the time. Things changed for the young man when he was seventeen. One evening after rugby practice, Paddy returned home to find his twin sister Alannah in an extremely heated argument with their father Syd over his “traditional values”. Alannah wanted to be involved in the business but Syd told her in so many words that her place was to marry and have kids. Things spiralled quickly and Syd lunged at his daughter. Paddy quickly stepped to his twins defence and smashed his father in the head with a strong left fist. Syd fled the house but died on his way to the pub from a brain hemoraage. Paddy was tried for manslaughter as Alannah had refused to testify that it was self-defence. Her refusal to give evidence out of some twisted loyalty to their father meant that Paddy was sentenced to the years at her majesties leisure.
Instead of “straightening him out”, prison was more like school for Paddy. He entered as the killer and son of legendary Syd “The Barber”, his reputation preceded him and probably saved his life. By the time he was released in 1999, Paddy was ready to bring the Hutchinson clan into the twenty first century. Over the next fourteen years, Paddy would lead a rapid expansion of the family. He took every risk possible and nearly all of them paid off. During the course of his rise to power, Paddy looked up his childhood sweetheart Orlagh and the two fell in love all over again, eventually having a child; Paddy Jr. It’s now 2013 and construction has just finished on Paddy’s masterpiece; The Hotel Britannia…
- Paddy is a mean cook and always helps his mother with Sunday dinner
- Molly (Mum): "She's my Mum. Of course I love her to bits and she's been nothing but supportive of me all my life. If there was anyone I could trust with anything, it'll always be my Mum. She's too good for this dirty business"
- Orlagh: "The love of my life and mother of my son. I would die for this woman, I'd tear the sun from the sky to see her smile. She knows what I do and she doesn't care. My soul mate. She's sexy as hell makes a fucking class hot chocolate to boot. The perfect woman"
- Barry: "He's my little brother and he's not well. I've known for some time that Barry is having issues but he swore me to secrecy and I'm nothing if not a man of my word. Poor Barry, unless he get's help it's not gonna end well for him"
- Rebecca: "She's probably the closest thing to normal inside our fucked up family. She's my little sister and of course, I love her to bits"
- Olivia: "Every family has a black sheep and she is probably the closest thing to ours. She doesn't realise that if she stays on the path she's on, we're going to end up pulling her headless body from the Thames"
- Keela: "Sometimes it's hard to not look at her like a daughter. I have to remember she's my little sister but that piece of shit father we share had nothing to do with her. She doesn't believe I killed him, I guess she needs to believe that for some reason"
- Emily: "Not sure on this one. She's Barry's bird but there's something about her. I guess I just don't want her taking advantage of him. He's vulnerable"
- Sean: "If I'm about to do something stupid, Sean is the one that talks me out of it. He's married to my sister and he knows the deal, he breaks her heart I tear his out. He's a good friend and I don't worry about him"
- Oliver: "He's by best friend, has been for years. I've noticed as of late a slight change in him. He's a bit quieter now, especially since baby Liam was born. I think he might be getting broody. All these kids around him and he's got none of his own"
"A lot of people are afraid to say what they want. That’s why they don’t get what they want."
Orlagh Mary Hutchinson (Nee Mclaren)
~Full Time Mother/Wife
~Paddy's Temper Diffuser
Married to Paddy Hutchinson
~Patrick Hutchinson - Husband
~Molly Hutchinson - Mother-in-Law
~Patrick Jr - Son
~Maria and John Mclaren - Parents (Deceased in her eyes)
Orlagh, has two types of personalities. One for public, and one for private. Being the wife of the head of the Hutchinson family comes at the cost that she must be like a lioness, strong and unwavering during public appearances with the family. She has to put her foot down and keep her chin up while around the family, whereas she allows her softer side to come out when at home, dealing with her husband and young son.
The private, only known to those closest to her, such as her husband and son, is kindhearted, affectionate and loving. She laughs often, and has a very flirtatious and loving relationship with her husband, which hasn't changed in the many years they've been together. She is fiercely loyal to them, and if anything threatened their safety, she would gladly die for them. She is very playful at home, often being silly and naive, just as she was when she first met and fell in love with her husband. She is still lusty and flirty, in all she does, which can be very strong and off putting to those around her. As the first Hutchinson wife/spouse of the 12 Hutchinson children, she is very warm and loving towards the newer spouses, trying to help them along, as Molly did with her.
The public personality which Orlagh uses, is the totally opposite. She is harsh, and can be cold and cruel when it comes to business. She is feircely loyal with all members of the family, even those who she may not get along with. She has a very business like outlook when dealing with the other members of the family, apart from on Sunday's with the family Sunday Roast, where family meetings are held.
Orlagh was born the only child to Maria and John Mclaren, in the Irish countryside, a miracle child to older parent whom believed they would never conceive. She spent the first 10 years of her life here, sheltered from all of reality, before her father re-located the small family to the centre of London, for work opportunities. She was always naturally curious and ambitious, something her parents dreaded, terrified she would make bad choices. In their opinion, her first bad choice came when she began dating Patrick Hutchinson, with her the age of 14, and Paddy just turned 16, her parents were not impressed by her choice of a boy 2, almost 3 years her elder, and to make it even worse, he was a Hutchinson, a well known, slightly rough family, known all around London.
Her parents forbade her from seeing him, trying everything in their power to stop her, but her and Paddy would always find a way. When Paddy was sent to prison for the Manslaughter of his Father, Orlagh tried everything to get to him, but his mother, Molly, stopped her at every point. She didn't want Orlagh to go through the same thing she had, being in love with a Hutchinson. Eventually, after a few months, Orlagh gave up fighting her, and almost gave up Paddy coming home altogether.
But one rainy morning, the London drizzle coating her as she walked home from work, Paddy was leant up against her front gate, the perfect, but now wiser, sparkle still in his eyes. Their love re-kindled like they'd never been apart. Her parents gave her her the choice, Paddy, or them. She chose before they'd even finished the sentence, and as they say the rest is history. Now happily married with their first child of 2 years, she wouldn't change anything.

Molly Anne Hutchinson (nee Docherty)
- The Godmother of the East End
- Syd’s Girl
- Retired (Former School Teacher)
- Family Advisor
- Jerry Docherty – Brother – Deceased
- Sydney Hutchinson – Husband – Deceased
- She has twelve children and several grandchildren
If someone had told a young Molly Docherty that she would be the wife, sister and mother to a group of criminals she would never have believed you. Born in London in 1936, Molly was the youngest of three; she had two older brothers, Jerry and another brother Ted who died in infancy. She was raised like good and proper Irish Catholic in London’s west end. Much of her early life was unremarkable; the Docherty’s were a well to do family and never really wanted for anything. However, when her brother Jerry returned from the war he had changed. Molly always believed that her brother had lost much of himself overseas and was always subconsciously looking to return to some kind of war. Life changed properly for young Molly when one evening, Jerry brought home a new friend; Syd Hutchinson.
Even at the tender age of ten, Molly was head over heels in love with Syd and made a promise to herself that he would be the man she married. Sure enough when she was sixteen, she and Syd began dating. At first she believed the lies that he worked in construction but slowly over time she began to realise what sort of man her beloved was. Despite this, Molly was still completely besotted by the tall, dark and handsome eastender. After her parents discovered what Jerry did for a living, they disowned him and he moved to the East End with Syd. Molly soon followed her brother and never spoke to her parents again, her love for Syd too strong. By 1975, the Docherty/Hutchinson gang was thriving and Molly was married to Syd but was extremely broody over the fact that they hadn’t had any kids yet. Jerry wound up dead and everyone pointed their fingers at Syd whom openly admitted to it, citing Jerry’s lack of control. Even though the death of her brother broke her heart, Molly remained loyal to her husband.
Finally in 1979, Molly was blessed with her greatest wish and gave birth not to one but two children; the twins Patrick and Alannah. Shortly thereafter, she had ten more children. As the century began its closing years, Molly finally realised what sort of man she had married and when he was killed by his own son, she saw it as a poetic ending to his life. Now she stands resolute by her family, protecting them wherever she can in an attempt to quell some of the dark legacy her beloved left behind…

The best way to describe Barry Hutchinson? Emotionally unstable. Even as a boy, he always struggled to maintain any semblance of control over himself. Many put it down to him “having too much of his father in him”. Others put it down to some sort of undiagnosed mental illness. Whatever the cause, Barry has always been one of the more feared Hutchinson boys because of an extremely volatile temper and willingness to do anything at any given time. His mood swings are almost instant, going from extremely happy to downright despondent within a matter of seconds. Barry has been accused of being sadistic, careless, paranoid, impulsive, emotional, short tempered, volatile, manipulative, jealous, obsessive and competitive; all of which are true. Prone to self-destructive behaviour, Barry is a slave to impulse which often gets him in trouble and is prone to addictive behaviour but in certain situations he has shown the ability of planning and forethought.
Despite a plethora of negative traits, he does possess some redeeming ones. Barry often displays a powerful sense for both honour and devotion and has very romantic convictions where love is concerned. He seems to believe strongly in monogamy and more than once in his lifetime has he become consumed and obsessed with the poetic notion of romance. He is a strong believer in duty and when tasked with a job, he will do anything and everything to make it a success. Over the years, Barry has developed a philosophy that seems to be based on the ancient samurai ideals of immediacy, such as considering oneself as dead and the idea of death as being an awakening from a dream, which are both elements of bushidō illustrated in the Hagakure.
Barry Hutchinson was the third child born to Syd and Molly of east end London. He had two older siblings, the twins Paddy and Alannah. Barry was swiftly followed by many more siblings, all of whom quickly developed their individual identities and talents. Whilst his other siblings prospered, young Barry was struggling. He could never identify his own talents and felt lost in his own mind from an early age. He was extremely sensitive and often mocked by his father for his lack of strength. Despite his dear mothers attempts to get him to come out of his shell, Barry could just never quite figure everything out.
When he became a teenager, Barry was enrolled in a west side school along with his other siblings. Molly hoped that maybe a decent education might help Barry in his struggles. The short answer was it didn’t and the young man continued to wander aimlessly. That was until he met a fiery red head named Orlagh McLaren. She had been in his class but the two had never spoken until Syd began trying to propose a business deal between the two families. Barry and Orlagh became close friends and it was through Barry, she met her future husband Patrick. When Patrick killed their father, Barry was one of many who did not mourn his passing. With Paddy in prison, it fell to the quiet young Barry to become leader of the family. He did not excel in the role and handed control over to his mother. Very soon, things became too much for Barry and he decided to enlist. He signed on as a royal marine aged nineteen.
Initially Barry had signed on for nine years of service but eventually stayed for twelve. He was stationed all over the world and learned a lot of things; finally Barry believed he had found what he had been put on this earth to do. He had found his home but things quickly took a downturn when the nightmares began. Every night Barry would relive the horrible things he had seen and done and he couldn’t control it. He began lashing out at his fellow soldiers and very quickly he was pulled in for a psyche evaluation which he failed. He was discharged from service and arrived back in London on the eve of the grand opening of his brothers’ hotel. Despite having a girlfriend whom he had met during one of his shore leaves, Barry opted to ask his brother if he could stay at the hotel. He did not want to subject the woman he loved to the terror of sharing a room with him at night. Paddy gave his little brother a room and an honest job at the hotel but like any good Hutchinson boy, Barry quickly got to work in the family business also.
- Molly (Mum): "I love my Mum, she's always there for me. She always knows the right thing to say. She looks after me"
- Paddy: "My big brother. Whenever I had problems, it was always Paddy I could turn to. The others just wouldn't understand, they've never had to go through what we had to. Me in war, him in prison. They just don't understand"
- Orlagh: "My closest friend. She reminds me so much of Mum, always taking care of me and handling Paddy's temper. We were friends long before she got with Paddy, it's a friendship I cherish"
- Rebecca: "She has what I want. A normal life"
- Olivia: "Poor Libby, people say I'm fucked in the head. That may be true but Olivia, she's fucked up in the heart and even she doesn't realise it. She needs help and fast"
- Keela: "The others might be fooled but I'm not. Our sweet little treasure is far from the angel she appears. She thinks her secrets are safe but I've worked them out. She's my baby sister and I'd do anything for her, so I'll keep this secret. For how long I can't be sure because when it comes out, everything will change"
- Emily: "She said she liked me when we were kids, I never even knew she existed. I am so madly in love with her. She pleads for me to live with her but I can't. I can't subject her to the terror of seeing me at night. It'll break her heart"
- Sean: "I don't know this guy too well. He came into the picture whilst I was serving and married my sister Rebecca. Let's see how this one plays out"
- Oliver: "It feels like Oliver has been with us forever. He's more or less a brother, which is why I cannot understand why he did what he did. People think I'm fucked in the head but Ollie, why risk everything like he did? It just doesn't make sense"
“It was certain ever since I was a little girl. I was going to bag me one of those Hutchinson boys and low and behold I got the crazy one” – Emily Knight
Emily Jo Knight
Dating Barry Hutchinson
Chances were, if you grew up in London during the 1980’s and 1990’s you wanted to be part of the Hutchinson gang and that didn’t just go for boys either, every girl either wanted to be in the gang or be with one of the handsome brothers. Emily Jo Knight was no different to any other girl of that era, she wanted to be with them, she just didn’t know how. Of all the brothers, she always had eyes on the pretty boy blonde, Barry. His soulful blue eyes always screamed to her and all she wanted to do all day, every day was just look into them. Unfortunately for Emily at the time, Barry didn’t even know she existed and when he went off to join the Navy, she forgot all about her blue eyed angel.
For the next ten or years, Emily continued on with her life as any girl would. She went to college and university, got some degrees, a good stable job and a nice little apartment in the city. Life was normal and safe for her but very quickly it got boring and mundane. She wanted more in life and like before, she continued to watch the London underworld from afar. One summer, her older brother who served in the royal marines came home for a couple of weeks on leave and mentioned a new transferred member to their squadron; Barry Hutchinson. Immediately, an old fire in Emily was re-lit and she asked her brother to make the introductions if he could.
A couple of months later, Barry turned up on her door step in a blizzard having been told by Emily’s brother to stop by and say hi. What followed after Emily opened the door was a three week, whirlwind romance just like she had always dreamed of. Whilst away on his tours of duty, Barry continued to write her and made Emily introduce herself to his family. Molly took a keen interest in her third child’s new girlfriend because she was exactly like her when she was a young girl, madly in love with Syd from the day she saw those eyes. When Barry was discharged, Emily was elated and because of her job was very soon roped in to the family business. At last, Emily Jo had gotten everything she ever wanted; a Hutchinson on her arm and a place in London's most infamous family.
Quote: "Mercy is a quality of God. I don't have that character flaw."
Name: Sean McPherson (Real Name: Arron Riley)
Occupation: Lawyer/Adviser for the Hutchinson Family.
Relationship Status: Married to Rebecca Hutchinson
Family: Rebecca Hutchinson -- Wife
Molly Hutchinson --Mother in Law
Patrick Hutchinson -- Brother in Law
Orlagh Hutchinson --Sister in law
Daryl and Ellen Riley (Parents) -- Dead
Jane, Thomas, Allison, Keggan (Siblings) -- Believed to be dead as well
Personality: Sean has a certain level of charm and warmth that he shares with those in the family. Outside of the family there is still that charm, but underneath the charming personality is a very lethal mind. Trust is something that he doesn't readily give it has to be earned, but with the family there is no question that he is loyal to the core and he cares very deeply for them because they are all he has left. Sean knows that he is a part of the inner circle but doesn't let that go to his head realizing that he is a part of the family only by marriage. His sarcastic wit is used a defensive mechanism but he never uses it on Molly, Patrick, or Rebecca, because while they're family and they like to rib one another from time to time Sean doesn't want to do anything to endanger his standing in the family. He has an undying and unconditional love for Rebecca.
Concerning the family business or in the court room Sean's feeling is, "Winning isn't enough, but everyone else must fall." Sean emits a level of charm and confidence that quickly wins just about any jury over to him, and he uses his knowledge of the law in every way possible. If there's a loophole in a law Sean knows about it and is not above using it. However he hates playing that card and would prefer to let his intellect win the day, but if it's a choice between winning and losing Sean is not above use that card. When it comes to advising in family matters Sean is willing to throw in his two cents, but he knows not to force his point of view on anyone. Sean says his piece and lets it stand there. Clearly there is a level of intimidation when it comes to Sean and the family, but he knows that they trust him and he appreciates that they include him on major decisions.
Bottom line: Sean arrived in London as Anakin Skywalker, he is now Darth Vader.
Biography: Aaron Riley was born n Chicago, Illinois to Daryl & Ellen Riley the youngest of a very well to do family. Dad owned 4 restaurants where if you had to ask for the price on something you couldn't afford to eat there, and his mom owned two boutiques so Aaron never really had to ask where his next meal was coming from. Arron was different from his two brothers and sisters in that he never really embraced the lifestyle that they found themselves in. For example when he turned 16 Daryl asked him what kind of car he wanted, and Aaron said he wanted a Toyota Highlander while his siblings asked for a Ferrari or Lamborghini. Through it all though Aaron knew that there was something going on underneath the surface of the seemingly peaceful lifestyle.
Then came the one night that changed Aaron forever. His father took Aaron out for a walk on the estate grounds and told him the truth about the family. Daryl was actually a mob boss and everyone in the family at Daryl's request kept it a secret. Aaron found out he was a twin and his twin brother Sean died about 5 minutes after his birth. Daryl felt this was God punishing him for his actions as mob boss, so Daryl made everyone swear to keep his true business a secret. Daryl and everyone else was determined to keep Aaron safe, but Daryl knew that one day he would have to tell him the truth. Daryl told him that there was a mob war coming and there was nothing he could do to stop it, but each mob boss declared that there would be one family member who would be deemed "off limits" meaning there would be no attacks against them. Daryl picked Aaron because Ellen and his brothers and sisters embraced their mob lifestyle and it was time for them to pay their part of the bill. Aaron though shunned a lot of it and Daryl respected him for trying to be his own person and that he wanted to help others. However Daryl was not sure he could trust the others in the coming war, so he called in a couple of favors and had Aaron's identity changed and made the arrangements for him to attend Oxford. The name Sean McPherson was picked because McPherson was Ellen's maiden name and Sean for his dead brother. The night he graduated high school there was no party or celebration, but a trip to the airport where Sean was put on a private jet to London and told that a Swiss Bank account with five million dollars was set up for him. Through the tearful goodbyes Daryl made Sean swear he would never try to find out if any of them were ever alive, or have any contact with them ever again.
Once Sean arrive in London he bought himself a flat near the campus and did everything he could to conceal his wealth. Sean decided that he would become a lawyer and help those less fortunate with their legal issues. It was during this time that Sean met Rebecca Hutchinson a young lady who was majoring in Fine Art, and the chemistry between the two of them was instant. Rebecca eventually took Sean home to meet her family and they took to Sean immediately. Up until then no man had been able to break through the walls that Rebecca had built up, but Sean broke through and this impressed the family right away. Her older brother Patrick and Sean clicked over their love of cooking and having the same sense of humor. Molly and Patrick needed to know more about Sean and they did some digging and found out his true identity, and when they did they felt they found someone who could be useful within the family. They confronted him with the knowledge of who he was and Sean confirmed it, and they too shared their secrets. Molly asked if Sean had any plans on marrying Rebecca. When he said he did Molly told him Rebecca needed to know the truth, and Sean did tell her the truth. Rebecca didn't care because she was in love him not his name or his past. Eventually Sean graduated law school and rather than help others the Hutchinson's offered him a place "at the table" Sean couldn't say no. He had spent so much time with them in their world he was now a part of it and any moral compass that he had when he arrived in London was now gone. Sean was now heavily involved in the life his father fought so hard to keep him away from.

-Liam Hutchinson – Son

Keela is the baby of the bunch and is very sweet and loving, always ready lend a smile and a hug where they're needed. She loves curling up with her family members to watch movies and laughing and horsing around in the kitchen with her eldest brother. She is seen as being very naive at times and quite sensitive and affectionate. She is able to see the silver lining in every rain cloud, loving to comfort people. Despite her often childish antics, she's always been very mature for her age.
But she's not all sunshine and rainbows.
With her family, she's used to getting her way simply by batting her eyes, bouncing up and down, and dragging out a cute “Pleeeeaaaase!”. It usually works. Mostly because she hardly asks for anything. When they tell her no, her face turns red and she pouts. When other people tell her no...She puts her foot down. And she puts it down hard. She doesn't like to get her hands dirty on petty situations, often opting for using her guile and intimidation tactics. She has developed a twisted imagination, often finding many ways of mental and physical torture to get what she wants. She excels in finding dirt on people and is quick to use it.
Ah, the last of the Hutchinsons born of Molly and Sydney. Keela grew up as the baby of the bunch and was never overlooked, she made sure of that. She was always doted on by her parents and siblings and she took no issue with that. She was a bit spoiled, though she never was one for material items. She was always kept out of the family business and attended a very prestigious private school, shielded from the outside world for quite some time. She was only a few months old when her father died, so she looked up to her brothers as father figures and clung to them as though they were such.
Everyone always kept her busy, whether with studies or training.
She was always between books, dance recitals, piano recitals, concerts, and martial arts competitions as they strove to preserve her innocence and keep her out of all parts of the family business. She seemed to live and breathe for the pride that she saw in her family's eyes whenever she did well. But that couldn't stop her from slowly becoming like her brothers. When people outside of her family told her no, she put her foot down. And she put it down hard. She hid the fact from her family, intent on making sure her family didn't see her as a bratty monster, rather having them still see her as their baby girl.
It was Keela's way or the highway.
Now, she began to attend Oxford University after turning fifteen and receiving her diploma; She was quite bright. She planned to Major in Criminal Justice and then attend a prestigious Law School. And then. It happened. She found herself broken hearted and crying home by herself when Oliver came into her room. She informed him of how her heart was crushed by a lecherous bastard that she dared to care for. So...well. He killed the boy for her. After that, something sparked between them. He no longer saw her as a child, but as a blossoming young woman. The two fell in love.
And then...she got pregnant.
She didn't say anything to anyone for four months, at which time she was showing in appearance and attitude. Her family demanded to know who the father was, but she said she could not and would not tell. They would hate her, surely! Immediately they thought it to be a young man of a rival and began to snoop away from home base. Still, they were supportive of her throughout the pregnancy. She didn't drop out of college, instead taking online courses. After the birth of her beautiful baby boy, Liam...She dropped everything but college, music, dance, and martial arts. She became a stay-at-home mom and learned as much as she could from her mother. And that's where she is today.
-She has refused to name the father of her child even to this day.
-Her family doesn't know that she knows about the family business.
-She doesn't believe that Patrick killed Sydney.
-She's a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo.
-Molly Hutchinson — “She's my mum. I love her, of course. She's always been there for me and she's been so strong when raising me. She's been...odd. Since my pregnancy announcement. I know she's disappointed in me. I couldn't handle the disappointment in her eyes anymore...So I had to move out. It hurt me that I hurt her. I still love her and I'm not mad at her. I have no place to be...I'm the one who betrayed her.”
-Patrick Hutchinson — “People point at me and whisper that he killed our father. But I don't believe it. Paddy Cake wouldn't. That aside, I adore my big brother. He's helped a lot in raising me even when he's had his own small family to take care of. When I was younger, I used to call him and Barry dad. I love Sundays because I love cooking with him and mum! Not sure what I'd do without him...But I don't want him to find out about Oli. I hate lying to him...”
-Orlagh Hutchinson — “She's more than just a big sister to me. Orlagh and I have always been close and she's much better than his previous girlfriends. She was the most supportive one during my pregnancy and it only brought us closer. I love our play dates and girls' nights in. We kinda kick Paddy out with the babies for Girls' Night In. I feel like she gets me the most. She also really helps me with Uni. I don't feel judged around her.”
-Oliver Moyer — “I'm sure my family would tell me that I'm just being silly and delusional, but I love Oli. He's exactly what I'm looking for in a man and I've known him my entire life. He and I have always gotten along and I fear for his safety. But I hate forcing him to hide so much...I'm only doing it because I love him!”
-Bartholomew Hutchinson — “My other father, as I often tell others. As with Paddy, I've always been close to Barry. I used to bake cookies for him when his temper flared. Honestly, his temper never scared me. What does scare me is how well he reads people. I'm good at getting dirt on people...but I learned it from being around him. I think he knows more than he lets on...I hope he doesn't hate me. Or think any less of me.”
-Emily Jo Knight — “Don't trust her. Not many people hide that they want to be part of the Hutchinson clan. And it's not because they care about us. But she tries hard to make us like her. Trying to prove herself not as a worker, but a potential family member. I take no shame in exploiting this subtly...She doesn't deserve Barry.”
-Sean McPherson — “Sean is cool beans by my book! He's a lawyer. I plan on being a lawyer. He really helps me with Uni whenever I can snag him. I don't have the bond with him that I have with Orlagh, but he's still alright.”
“I don't ask for much because I don't need much. All I ask for is a family. And I got that. You fuck with them and I will end your life. Slowly.” — Oliver Moyer

Secretly seeing Keela Hutchinson
Oliver is a very sweet man who demands nothing from life and prefers to earn his things rather than have them handed to him. He works hard to keep his place and move higher up and works even harder to keep himself alive. People have often described him as a gentle giant. At least until you get on his bad side. If there's one thing you don't do, it's mess with the Hutchinsons. Any of them. You can say all you want about him and he'll just let it slide. Speaking against the Hutchinsons in his presence just might cost you a few limbs.
Loyal. He is loyal to a fault, though there are some things he keeps to himself for his own safety. Okay, just one thing. While he's normally against keeping secrets from Paddy, he has sworn a deeper loyalty to Keela. His romantic streak runs deep and he doesn't see the age barrier between them as an issue or as even existing. Oli would rather die than rat out any one of his family members and has earned himself a few scars, bruises, and broken limbs from keeping his mouth shut. He's gone to jail for them numerous times and makes it clear that he would do it again and again.
Oliver never had much growing up. His father was a mechanic at a garage that had little business and his mother was a waitress. He was taught how to cook by his mother and how to work on cars by his father, often taking care of assorted odd jobs to help bring in money. He was only twelve when their small apartment was broken into and his parents killed. From there, he ran. He lived off of the streets for a while, dropping out of school and practically off the radar. He grew tough, fighting for everything that he needed and stealing what he could sell to pawn shops for loose change. He was seventeen when he ran into Patrick Hutchinson.
At first, he had no intentions of joining the family business. For a while, they were just bar mates. Soon after, he was welcomed into the Hutchinson home and not too long after, Molly welcomed him permanently. His legal documents (birth certificate, social security card, etc) were brought up a few years later and Molly helped him finish school. When he was nineteen...He became part of the family business. He became known as The Muscle despite his lean build because he was absolutely brutal, ruthless, and he never lost a fight. He never fought with weapons, preferring to use his own fists to beat his target to death. Well, he occasionally uses a wrench and some brass knuckles.
For Oliver, he never had time for romance. He was always immersed in business and family. That was until he and the Hutchinson family treasure began talking. He had always enjoyed little Keela and admired many things about her but never saw her as what he does now. He remembers the day he choked the life out of the teenage boy that had broken her heart. He had defended her many times, but never on such a personal matter and never had he seen her cry. It brought something out in him. Afterwards, the two began to see each other in absolute secret. But...Then she got pregnant. Of course he was elated to find out, though he felt conflicted because she swore him to secrecy. That meant that he had to watch himself around the baby and not drop too big of a hint.
He was already hiding his love for Keela. Adding on that he had to hide his love for his first born son tore him up inside. But if it meant that he would live a little longer to be with them both, he would.
-He is an expert mechanic
-He is a champion of underground bare-knuckle boxing
Quote: "A soul as creative as she is beautiful, but if anyone hurts her they had better give their soul to God because he will be the only one who saves them from her family."
Name: Rebecca Diana Hutchinson McPherson
Nickname: Becca/ Ms Mac (hates Ms Mac but Paddy is allowed to call her that but only on a occasion)
Relationship Status: Married to Sean McPherson
Family: Sean McPherson -- Husband
Sydney Hutchinson -- Father (Deceased)
Molly Hutchinson --Mother
Patrick Hutchinson -- Brother
Barry Hutchinson --Brother
Kella Hutchison -- Sister
Orlagh Hutchinson --Sister in law
Personality: Becca is not exactly what you would call the life of the party. She will play quiet and cool but not because she is shy, but rather Becca is using the opportunity to understand the person that she is dealing with. Becca prefers to let other make the first move in conversation in most cases, but if someone is patient and honest with her eventually she will open the door slightly to her personality (which is actually quite charming and pleasant) but it's up to the other person to walk through. The only person she ever made the first effort towards...Sean. Her creative spirit and expression is usually seen in her art which she is very good at.
Becca is not naive she knows the kind of business her family is into but she isn't looking to be involved in it. However she is very loyal to those within her family and loves them, but woe be to the one who crosses her or hurts her family. Becca appreciates the fact that her name can be a blessing and a curse, but she tries to make sure that people see her as her own person and not just another member of the Hutchinson family. She is the one within her family that most of them don't see as a threat or looking to move up the ladder and they are VERY protective of her. Becca is perfectly content to be a part of the family, create her art, and is fiercely devoted to Sean.
Biography: Every family has a quiet one within it and Rebecca is the quiet one within the Hutchinson clan. She was one who enjoyed just going off by herself during family outings or locking herself in her room and either painting or writing poetry. She showed early on life that she had a very creative spirit and one of Sydney Hutchinson's favorite things to do was to just sneak away and watch his daughter paint or play quietly. He found it to be very centering and calming in a world where he broke laws as easily as most people drew breath, but watching Becca create gave him great joy and often made him smile.
At first the rest of her family didn't know what to make of Becca, because she had always been so quiet and withdrawn and no one seemed to understand her or reach her effectively except for her father. However one night changed everything and how they viewed Becca. One of Becca's art teachers in school encouraged her to submit some of her works to a competition. Becca did so but only on the condition that she be allowed to submit them under false names. Syd went to the competition because the teacher told him what Becca was doing. He also took Molly and the family with him to the competition. Becca's works took first, second and third place besting some of the more well known artists in London. When she saw the look on her father's face when her works were unveiled Becca took the credit for her work. The family then understood her and saw Becca as a gifted artist, and seeing her in that light made the family understand her. Once they understood her Becca then made more of an effort to be a part of their lives and they grew closer as she got older.
Becca enrolled at Oxford, but did so under her mother's maiden name for two reasons. One to honor her mother and to show that she was interested in her, and two because with her last name for years people tried to get close to her just to get close to her family. She went home a lot during her freshman year because there weren't a lot of people she was close to, but that all changed the start of her sophomore year. Becca took a job on campus in the library, and she met a freshman who had moved from America who was in the library frequently in the law sections and always watching American Football online. This young man was a true mystery man and she sensed a connection with him that she had never felt with anyone else. Becca did something she had never done before and initiated the contact with him. Becca was so taken with Sean that within 2 months she took him home to meet the family. The family approved of him not only because he was a gentleman and treated Becca with respect and devotion, but he got her to make the contact with him. They thought he was a miracle worker!
As the relationship grew Sean told Becca the truth about who he was, and thought that the relationship was over. Becca at first was not sure how she felt but her mother gave her something to think about. Sean was willing to trust her with knowledge that could get him killed, and that showed that he trusted her without hesitation. Becca then realized she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Sean. They were married in a very low key ceremony by the request of the happy couple, and live in a farm house on the outskirts of London called Farmer's Hope. This is where Becca says she feels a great deal of creative energy, and Sean has numerous jogging trails (also if someone comes looking to harm either of them they can see them coming a mile away). Becca's career as an artist has taken off and is frequently on tour promoting her work, or being asked to display her paintings in some of the finer galleries in the world.

Wild. Bratty. Self-important. Those are the usual terms used to describe her. Olivia is very much her own person and has long since let her status as a Hutchinson go to her head. From a young age, she would bully her peers for petty gain and flaunt that her father was Sydney Hutchinson. She believed herself untouchable. For six years, she was the baby. She got everything she wanted and her tastes were...expensive. She was always getting into trouble and pouting her way out of it.
After Keela was born, she took an optimistic stance and saw a partner in crime. When Keela proved to have a perhaps...better moral compass, Libby would have nothing to do with her and was constantly mean to her younger sister. She was overly jealous of her sister and did everything she could to put her down. Growing up into her teens, she began the recreational use of drugs and alcohol before getting deep into sexual activity. The convent didn't change her, if only making her worse. She cares little for her family and hangs around mostly to irritate them.
Ah, Olivia. She was born early in the morning after 76 hours of torturous labor for Molly. Everyone cooed over the baby girl and swore that she was the purest thing in the Hutchinson family. Their angel. Well, she wasn't. Even as a toddler she was a bitch. She took other kids' toys and broke them or stole them, beat on other kids, and told many lies to save her own ass. Everyone thought it was just a phase. But it got much worse. When six years later little Keela was born, she didn't see the girl as stealing her spotlight. She saw a partner in crime. She cooed over the baby with the others and even slept in the crib and helped feed her.
When Keela got older and didn't want to follow the lead of Olivia, Libby wasn't happy. Keela was five and Libby eleven; Libby had been stealing money from her mother's purse and when Keela saw, Olivia said they could use the money to go see a movie or buy some ice cream. When Keela told her it was wrong and she would tattle, Olivia punched her and told her to shut up. There began the rivalry. When Keela told on Olivia, Olivia simply cried and cried saying that she only wanted to be like her daddy and it was all Keela's fault that he was dead. This drove a huge wedge further between their relationship.
They babied the "grieving" Olivia while assuring Keela that Syd's death was not her fault and Olivia was just still grieving her father's death. Olivia seemed to get worse as she grew up watching Keela take her spotlight, causing her to act out more for attention. She was thirteen when she began to drink and smoke with her friends and fourteen when she began to engage in sexual activities. She had gotten pregnant shortly thereafter and had a miscarriage on account of her wild lifestyle. Fed up, Molly sent her off to the nearest convent and never wrote. During her time there, she only got worse. She would sneak out to pacify her habits and addictions before being taken back or sent to rehab. Between rehab and the convent, she had a hatred of her family built up over the years until she turned eighteen.
She returned to London and entered the club scene, getting a job where she could alternate between stripping and serving drinks, often high on ecstasy and drunk when she wasn't working. She had made a habit of making it to every Sunday dinner, though she would always have a different man or woman with her.
-She teases Barry, calling him a nutcase
-She assures Keela that their mother probably hates her because of having a child out of wedlock
-She isn't afraid of anyone in the family

Some of the people who truly know Harry would tell you that he's just a kind soul who was born at the wrong time to the wrong family and they wouldn't be all that wrong, but others who also truly know Harry would tell you that he's hot headed, compulsive and on occasion incredibly violent and they too wouldn't be too far off. Harry has always been one to adapt to his environment, the trouble is he adapts incredibly well and often times he loses sight of who he really is.
Around the wrong people Harry's bad side shines through and he becomes the person he was for the first few chapters of his life. Unfortunately for him the wrong people happen to be his blood relatives. When a little too close to the Hutchinson way of life all of Harry's bad traits become his primary ones. He gradually becomes irritable, stubborn, violent, hot headed and in some ways emotionally cold. It's just his way of coping, as a teenager he adapted the aforementioned traits so he could mentally and emotionally survive the life he had been given.
Around the right people however Harry finds his true self once again, he becomes kind, considerate, conscientious and generally an all around good human being. Because of the way he is he has had to be extremely cautious of how he lives his life and whom he lives it with for over a decade. Over the years he has began to care less and less though and has slowly been worn down to the point that he barely even thinks about it any more; he has grown to tired and generally too frustrated with his life to care about what kind of person he is. To him no matter what kind of person he is nothing seems to work anyway.
For nearly two decades everything Harry did was for the family. It was the only thing that ever really mattered to him and he wore the Hutchinson name like a biker does his patch. It protected him and he protected it, often violently. It came to the point where a seventeen year old Harry beat a drunk bloke half to death for sarcastically commenting on how he didn't know how old Harry was since they varied so much in age and everything in the Hutchinson family. Harry only claimed he was eighteen in order to be served at a bar and the simple situation ended with a black and blue drunk and Harry in handcuffs so tight they left scars on his wrists.
Harry had a reputation for being volatile, especially when it came to family. Later on though, after a few too many stints in juvenile detention centres Harry started becoming noticeably conflicted. He began hesitating before using violence or losing his temper and he started spending more and more time away from the Hutchinson family. Most of the other Hutchinson's thought Harry was becoming someone else, that spending as much time away from them was changing him. The truth was he just got tired of the constant acting. He had been acting so long he had forgotten that he wasn't the character he was playing and the façade slowly crumbled.
It all came tumbling down one day when at the age of nineteen he decided to go to college where like many lads he met a girl. Multiple girls actually but eventually he met what he felt was the girl. He slowly fell in love and soon he didn't act at all any more. He was who he thought he truly was. He dated Hanna for nearly a year before proposing and when she got a job offer in Swindon, a town miles away from London he went with her, using his college qualifications to get a job as a P.E teacher there. Things went okay for the first couple of years but then the cracks began to show.
Their relationship had been rushed and unfortunately they weren't meant to be together like they had both originally thought. They both had things about each other they just couldn't adapt to and slowly it destroyed their relationship. They both stubbornly stuck to what they already knew to be a failed relationship for another two years before finally Harry had enough and packed his bags one day, announcing that he was going home to London and that the divorce papers would come through in the mail. Despite knowing that the relationship wasn't even that any more the look of relief on Hanna’s face still pained him. Harry has been home in London for about six months now but still hasn't made his presence known to any of the other Hutchinson's.
Harry left London at age twenty so has been gone for about six years. Contact with family has varied but hasn't been very regular at all.
Harry received his nickname from family for the way he's always conflicted about things; typically going back and fourth between ideas and solutions and such.
